轴承是在机械中常见到的，起着支撑机械旋转体，降低其运动降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数，并保证其回转精度的作用。当其他机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时，用来保持轴的中心位置及控制该运动的机件，就称之为轴承。通常在机械设备里可以看见，比如汽车轮毂轴承。

　　轴承根据适用环境不同，分为滑动轴承、滚动轴承、直线轴承三大类。

　　1.滑动轴承

　　滑动轴承一般是由耐磨材料制成的。主要以关节轴承为代表。

　　2.滚动轴承

　　滚动轴承还可分为深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、调心球轴承、推力球轴承、双向推力角接触球轴承、推力滚子轴承、滚针轴承、外球面球轴承、调心滚子轴承、法兰轴承、带座轴承、组合轴承等。

　　3.直线轴承

　　直线轴承可分为金属直线轴承和塑料直线轴承。

　　轴承安装一般要经过以下步骤：

　　(1)清洗轴承及轴承关连部件。

　　(2)按照标准要求，检查关连部件的尺寸及精加工情况。

　　(3)进行安装。

　　(4)安装好轴承后对轴承安装情况进行检查。

　　(5)供给润滑剂使轴承保持功能。

　　轴承的主要材料是轴承钢，好的轴承钢具有如下特点：1)接触疲劳强度。2)耐磨性能。3)硬度好。4)防锈性能高。5)加工性能强。

  　　1、首先确定基层的质量、表面是否有污渍、开裂、含水率状况等。  

  　　2、检查墙面的平整度和光滑度，处理墙壁至清洁、光滑、无无粘附颗粒物，要求符合平整度要求≤2mm。  

  　　3、上腻子，采用氟碳漆专用抗裂腻子，按说明调配，充分拌匀，不能超过4小时后使用;用铝合金靠尺托刮腻子，先竖刮在横刮，速度和用力要均衡;粘贴装饰胶带，按要求进行界格条的分割，界格分好后披腻子，然后逐遍将胶带撕下;腻子一般批4遍左右，腻子层干燥后用用120目或150目的砂纸打磨，同时修直阳角和腰线。  

  　　4、底漆喷涂。在腻子抛光干燥后否符合要求的基础上喷涂底漆，喷涂均匀，刮风和下雨天不宜施工;底漆喷涂一遍，如表面有批刮印痕或蜂眼现象，必须打磨至符合要求;底漆干燥后应做到颜色光泽均匀，涂膜表面光滑，无粉尘等污渍。  

  　　5、喷涂面漆。按说明比例配好面漆，调配后的氟碳漆必须采用200目纱网进行过滤，过滤后不断搅拌以免沉淀;考虑施工面积、施工人数、面积分配等问题，一般安排多名人员同时施工，在保证不流挂的前提下，尽可能的喷厚一些。  

  　　6、做好防护工作，施工人员要带防毒面罩和手套，对落水管风进行保护。做到无流挂、明暗不均、发花等现象，应该手感细腻有光泽，最后清理现场。  

  　　氟碳漆施工注意事项  

  　　(1)施工温度0-35℃，基面温度最好不低于5℃。  

  　　(2)材料贮存要注意防潮、防水、防太阳直射。  

  　　(3)光泽一致，不允许流挂、漏涂。  

  　　(4)严格按比例配制，每次配料量不宜过多，以免长时间静置，导致固化。  

  　　(5)一定要使用专用专配套辅料，严禁用水、香蕉水、醇、汽油等。  

  　　(6)在湿度85%以下，温度0-35℃为宜，切勿在以下条件下施工：雨、雪、雾、霜、大风，或相对湿度85%以上。  

  　　(7安全措施及预防方法：保证良好通风，佩戴防护用具，防止沾污皮肤、眼睛。如有漆料溅入眼睛，请立即用清水冲洗并及时就医。施工环境严禁烟火。  

  　　(8)常温下涂装后的漆膜7d左右方可完全固化，建议不要提前使用。

           双人折叠床标准规格为2000*1800mm或2000*1500mm。  

  　　然而在实际生产中受折叠床款式的影响，双人床宽度的尺寸维持在1000mm到1900mm之间，床度保持在1900mm到2100mm之间。  

  　　双人折叠床多为沙发床形式出现，便携式户外折叠床双人规格的比较少。双人折叠床的价格受材质的影响相差甚大，从几百元到上千的都有。  

           实木折叠床兼具了实木床和折叠床的优点：  

  　　从材质上讲：实木折叠床多采用松木或者楠竹制作而成，坚固耐用，容易保养，健康环保无污染。  

  　　从功能上讲：实木折叠床可以折叠收纳，方便了小空间居室拥挤的难题，同时也可以作为来客招待的床，不用时收起来即可，免去了设置客房的浪费。  

  　　从外形上讲：实木折叠床相比于普通的钢架折叠床要美观的多，具有一定装饰性。  

           多功能折叠床是一种多用的家具，一般来说是坐卧两用的，使用该折叠床时可以根据需要来设定床架放下来的角度，可以变成椅子沙发或者床。  

  　　现有一种新型多功能折叠床，在不使用折叠床时可以隐藏在柜子里面的，即翻上床架就是个柜子，放下床架就变成一张舒适的床铺。

  　　三、欧洲标准EN12227-2010版，家用游戏床的安全要求和测试方法。  

  　　四、国家行业标准QB  2453.1-99和QB  2453.2-99版，家用小床安全要求的测试方法。
