茶叶因其本身的凝神降压作用，所以制作出来的茶叶枕对睡眠有良好的促进作用。具体的好处主要表现为以下几个方面：  

       

  　　(1)有效调节身体的新陈代谢，非常适合出汗多的人。  

       

  　　(2)茶叶明目清神的固有优势，让睡了一晚茶叶枕的你第二天上班有一个很好的状态，从而有效提高工作效率。

  　　茶叶枕中的茶叶，一般都是用陈年的茶叶制作而成，而容易产生细菌和沉积灰尘是陈茶一个鲜明的特点。这些滋生细菌的茶叶，会对人的身体健康产生不利的影响，这对越来越注重健康的现代人来说，是一个不小的弊端。  

       

  　　(2)影响脊椎生长  

       

  　　茶叶枕柔软的质地导致其不能起到很好的定型作用，如果孩子长期枕这样的枕头，会导致骨质松软并影响脊椎的生长。就算是成年人，睡久了茶叶枕也容易导致颈椎痛。因而不管是成年人还是小孩，使用茶叶枕都需要考虑适量问题。

  　　(3)枕头里面的茶叶渣建议三个月更换一次，同时平时也要注意多晾晒。陈年的茶叶虽然里面有一些有害的成分，但是却具有败火消炎的作用。所以使用陈茶前，可以先用开水把陈茶烫一烫，以起到杀菌的作用。  

       

  　　(4)茶叶梗独特的香气与硬度，也可以用在茶叶枕中，可以与茶叶一起作为填充物。但是红茶与普洱茶的茶叶梗比较硬且尖，放在枕头中会很不舒服，不建议作为填充物。  

  

             关于茶叶枕的清洁问题，一般来说枕芯需要每个月晾晒2次以上，晾晒之后还需要用手轻拍，让枕头内的茶叶松散开，从而提高枕头的舒适度。茶叶枕的茶香的话，一般能够持续3年左右。我们在平时的使用过程中，要保证枕芯不发霉，还要注意保持茶叶枕的干燥问题。因为茶叶本身就具有抗菌与防霉的功效，一般只要通过合理的晾晒就可以让茶叶回复原有的香味与特性。

  　　1、选择吸音板最重要的原则是该款吸音板是否有权威的检测报告。目前国内最权威的墙体隔音检测报告单位包括清华大学和同济大学的建筑声学研究所。合格的吸音板应该出具有官方的检测报告，标明由该吸音板组成墙体的隔声效果。如果一种吸音板宣传其隔音性能如何好，但是却提供不了正式的检测报告，消费者一定要谨慎。
