2002年3月1日，我国中华人民共和国建设部编著的《建筑装饰装修工程质量验收规范》正式实施。其中，对建筑装饰装修工程中的各个项目做出了分门别类的具体要求。其内容根据目录安排包括：则总、术语、基本规定、抹灰工程、门窗工程、吊顶工程、轻质隔墙工程、饰面板(砖)工程、幕墙工程、涂饰工程、裱糊与软包工程、细部工程、分部工程质量验收十三个部分，是权威性和实际性的专项说明书。下面列举几项内容作为参考。

　　3.3施工

　　3.3.1承担建筑装饰装修工程施工的单位应具备相应的资质，并应建立质量管理体系。施工单位应编制施工组织设计并应经过审查批准。施工单位应按有关的施工工艺标准或经审定的施工技术方案施工，并应对施工全过程实行质量控制。

　　3.3.9墙面采用保温材料的建筑装饰装修工程，所用保温材料的类型、品种、规格及施工工艺应符合设计要求。

　　抹灰工程

　　4.1一般规定

　　4.1.1本章适用于一般抹灰、装饰抹灰和清水砌体勾缝等分项工程的质量验收。

　　4.1.2抹灰工程验收时应检查下列文件和记录：

　　1抹灰工程的施工图、设计说明及其他设计文件。

　　2材料的产品合格证书、性能检测报告、进场验收记录和复验报告。

　　3隐蔽工程验收记录。

　　4施工记录。

　　4.2一般抹灰工程

　　4.2.1本节适用于石灰砂浆、水泥砂浆、水泥混合砂浆、聚合物水泥砂浆和麻刀石灰、纸筋石灰、石膏灰等一般抹灰工程的质量验收。一般抹灰工程分为普通抹灰和高级抹灰，当设计无要求时，按普通抹灰验收。

　　主控项目

　　4.2.2抹灰前基层表面的尘土、污垢、油渍等应清除干净，并应洒水润湿。

　　《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》的适用范围，适用于工业与民用建筑的室外与室内墙面、顶棚等装饰工程，包括楼(地)面油漆和打蜡工程，不包括家具、灯具和卫生洁具等装饰。因此，也适用于办公室装修质量标准，主要包括内容有：

　　一般抹灰工程：石灰砂浆、水泥混合砂浆、水泥砂浆、聚合物水泥砂浆、膨胀珍珠岩水泥砂浆、麻刀石膏灰等。

　　装饰抹灰工程：水刷石、水磨石、干粘石、假面砖、拉条灰、拉毛灰、喷砂、喷涂、滚涂、弹涂、仿石和彩色抹灰等。

　　门窗工程：铝合金门窗安装、钢门窗安装、塑料门窗安装等。

　　油漆工程：混色油漆、清漆和美术油漆工程以及木地板烫蜡、擦软蜡、大理石、水磨石地面打蜡工程等。

　　刷(喷)浆工程：石灰浆、大白浆、可赛银浆、聚合物水泥浆和水溶性涂料、无机涂料等刷浆(喷浆)工程和室内美术刷浆(喷浆)工程

　　玻璃工程：平板玻璃、夹丝玻璃、磨砂玻璃、钢化玻璃、彩色玻璃、压花玻璃和玻璃砖等安装

　　裱糊工程：普通壁纸、塑料壁纸和玻璃纤维墙纸等

　　饰面工程：天然石饰面板、大理石饰面板、花岗石饰面板、人造石饰面板、人造大理石饰面板、预制水磨石、水刷石饰面板、饰面砖、外墙面砖、陶瓷锦砖(马赛克)等

　　罩面板及钢木骨架安装：罩面板、胶合板、塑料板、纤维板、钙塑板、刨花板、木丝板、木板凳、钢木骨架、木骨架、纲木组合骨架、强钢龙骨骨架等。

　　细木制品：楼梯扶手、贴面板、护墙板、窗帘盒、窗台板、挂镜线等

　　花饰安装：混凝土花饰、水泥砂浆花饰、水刷石花饰、石膏花饰。

  　　室内装修质量标准除了遵循国家的建筑标准外，根据装修公司的不同，标准也是不尽相同的。下面举例一些室内装修质量标准作为装修标准的参考：  

  　　1.3家庭居室装饰的设计和施工除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家、行业、和地方的有关安全、防火、环保、建筑、电气、给排水等现行标准、规范的规定。  

  　　1.4承揽家庭居室装饰的设计、施工单位，应具备资质证书和营业执照，施工人员应按规定持证上岗，其中燃气管道必须由具有燃气安装资质的单位安装。  

  　　1.5家庭居室装饰要保证建筑结构的安全，严禁拆改和损坏主体和承重结构：  

  　　1、不得在承重墙、抗震墙上开洞;  

  　　2、不得任意扩大原有门窗洞口;  

  　　3、不得任意增加楼面荷载;  

  　　4、不得任意填充、加厚阳台地面;  

  　　5、不得任意凿剔楼、顶板;  

  　　6、不得拆除挑阳台上的窗下墙。  

  　　涉及建筑主体和承重结构变动的装饰工程，应经原设计单位书面同意，并由设计单位提出设计方案。家庭居室装饰如需要更改给排水管线，供暖设施及燃气设施等，必须取得管房部门的书面同意。  

  　　1.6家庭居室装饰所用的主要材料及设备，应按设计文件和合同规定选用，产品质量应符合有关标准的规定。  

  　　卫生器具及管道安装  

  　　2.1卫生器具品种、规格、颜色应符合设计要求和合同的规定，管材、管件、洁具等产品质量应符合现行标准。  

  　　2.2管道安装应横平竖直、辅设牢固，坡度符合要求，阀门，龙头安装平正，使用灵活方便，明管刷防锈涂料，暗管刷防腐漆。  

  　　2.3给水管道与附件，器具连接严密、经通水试验无渗漏。  

  　　2.4排水管道应畅通，无倒坡、无堵塞、无渗漏，地漏表面应略低于地面。  

  　　2.5卫生器具安装位置正确，器具上沿要水平、端正牢固，外表光洁无损伤。  

  　　电气工程  

  　　3.1电气产品、材料必须是符合现行技术标准的合格产品，电线、电缆、开关、插座尚应具有国家电工产品安全认证书。  

  　　3.2电气布线宜采用暗管敷设，导线在管内不应有结头和扭结，导线距电话线、闭路电视线不得少于50厘米，吊顶内不允许有明露导线，严禁将导线直接埋入抹灰层内。  

  　　3.3灯头做法、开关接线位置正确，厕浴间宜选用防潮开关和安全型插座，有接地孔插座的接地线应单独敷设，不得低于0.5MΩ。面向电源插座时应符合“左零右相，接地在上”的要求。  

  　　3.4开关、插座安装牢固，位置正确，盖板端正，表面清洁，紧贴墙面，四周无空隙，同一房间开关或插座上沿高度一致。  

  　　3.5电气工程施工完成后，应进行必要的检查和试验，如漏电开关的动作，各回路的绝缘电阻以及电器通电，灯具试亮、开关试控制等，检验合格后方能使用。  

  　　3.6工程竣工时应向用户提供电气竣工简图、标明导线规格及暗管走向。  

  　　(1)为收纳设置专门的收纳区对于一些小户型来说，不免显得有的过于浪费空间，因此我们在进行收纳设计的时候，不妨利用房屋中既有的梁柱或者是墙面凹凸的空隙来进行收纳。比如在凸的两边架设柜架，在凹处部分放置隔板。这样不仅方便了收纳，还能让空间给人有层次感和空间感。  

  　　(2)对于在墙体上如何利用收纳，我们有以下的方法。比如，我们可以在墙体上面设置壁龛，这样不仅满足了我们收纳的需求，还扩大的空间的视觉感觉;设置隔板，我们可以在一些墙角设置隔板，在隔板上放置一些不常用的换季物品，从而满足收纳的需求。  

  　　(3)对于地面和顶面的收纳妙招。我们建议不妨把书房的地面局部架高，并且用抽屉将抬起的部分设置成一格格的，这样地面下偌大的空间就可以收纳杂物或者棉被等大物品了。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。  

        不同牌子的水晶吊灯价格不同，为了让大家了解得更清楚，介绍几个目前最受欢迎的品牌，看看这类牌子的产品价格如何。
