虽然芙蓉板与雪弗板都是利用化学材料发泡制作而成，但是在材质、用途、价格与硬度上还是存在一定的区别。  

       

  　　(1)原材料  

       

  　　虽然芙蓉板与雪弗板都是发泡类板材，但是芙蓉板选用的原材料是聚乙烯，而雪弗板选用的原材料是聚氯乙烯。  

       

  　　(2)用途  

       

  　　芙蓉板主要用于建筑装潢与广告行业，而雪弗板的应用更加宽泛，除了芙蓉板主要涉及的领域，雪弗板还可用于家具行业来替代其他装饰板材。  

       

  　　(3)价格  

       

  　　雪弗板的价格比芙蓉板贵一些，所以质量也相对好一些。同时雪弗板具有可刨、可钉、可粘的特性，使用过程中很少出现变形、开裂的现象，所以市场上很多家具会选择雪弗板作为原材料。  

       

  　　(4)硬度  

       

  　　雪弗板的厚度一般在0.3-2公分左右，而芙蓉板的厚度在0.2-1公分左右，所以雪弗板的质地硬一些，芙蓉板则软一些。但是这两种板材都属于Pvc板，都可以用于图案的雕刻。  

  

    

  　　芙蓉板特点：  

       

  　　(1)芙蓉板具有隔音、隔热、保温等性能;  

       

  　　(2)芙蓉板具有阻燃性，遇到火时会自动熄灭，安全性能高;  

       

  　　(3)芙蓉板是通过耐候配方加工制成的，其表面的颜色不会轻易褪去;  

       

  　　(4)芙蓉板既可以使用焊接方式与其他板材连接，也可以通过粘接的方式与其他PVC材料粘在一起;  

       

  　　(5)芙蓉板的重量轻巧，便于运输。  

       

  　　PVC板特点：  

       

  　　(1)PVC板的密度、质地与木材较为相似，具备木材的各项加工性能，常被用于家具的生产;  

       

  　　(2)PVC板的外观简洁大方，色彩丰富、图案多变，设计师可以在其表面进行印刷施彩、覆膜、喷漆等工艺处理。  

       

  　　(3)PVC板具有三层复合结构，通过双向拉伸处理后，柔韧度更强，硬度也更大，安全性更高。  

       

  　　(4)PVC的中间层是用隔音性能较好的多孔材料制成的，独特的材料结构使得声音在板材内部传递时，会不断衰减，从而达到吸音的目的，减少噪音的困扰。  

  

    

  　　芙蓉板是以聚乙烯为原料，在加工过程中添加各种辅助用剂后发泡而成。芙蓉板具有一定的硬度，便于加工、切割、雕刻等操作。芙蓉板在雕刻后能够呈现立体感，为了加强效果，使用者可以选择在图案上喷上彩色油漆。  

       

  　　芙蓉板除了可用于广告路牌、展板、家具的制作，还可以应用于地下工程或者化学工程中，比如包装材料、周转箱等。除此之外，芙蓉板还可以用于汽车、火车等交通工具内的装修。

  　　电子镇流器的优点  

       

  　　1、无频闪：灯管在30KHZ左右工作时，发光稳定，人眼感觉不出"频闪"有利于保护视力。  

       

  　　2、无噪声：高品质电子镇流器噪音可达35db以下，人们感觉不到噪音，有利于在安静的环境中工作和学习。  

       

  　　3、功率因数高，减少了无功损耗，提高了供电设备容量的有效利用率，减少线路的损耗。  

       

  　　4、稳定输入功率和输出光通量：高品质产品有良好的稳压性能，在电源、电压偏差很大时，仍能保持光源恒定功率，稳定光照度，有利于节能。

  　　辨别电子镇流器好坏  

       

  　　把启辉器拆下，断开电源，测试镇流器两端即可。如果镇流器那种比较老的电感式的，电感式的才可以用这种方法测试线圈是否烧坏。这种老式的镇流器坏了，一般就是线圈烧断，导致灯管两端没有电压，不会引起灯管烧坏。对于电子镇流器就会有很多情况。  

       

  　　我们可以按上述所说的方法分别测量三个镇流器的阻值，看看有没有较大区别，以此判断镇流器是否损坏;还可以换起辉器，看看那个会烧的启辉器是否不可以断开，一直处于通路状态，总之用替换法。  

       

  　　电子镇流器的选择  

       

  　　1、看电子镇流器上的标志内容是否齐全，主要应具有生产厂或销售商的中文名称;额定电源电压和频率;配用灯的规格、功率和灯管数量;接线电路图;接线端子连接导线的截面积范围;tc值(外壳最高温度);U-OUT值(输出端最高工作电压);功率因数值和CCC认证标志(应具有企业认证对应的编号)。  

       

  　　2、电子镇流器tc值标得高，说明耐高温环境能力强，一般tc≥65℃，当tc≥70℃以上时属于质量比较好的产品。  

       

  　　3、电子镇流器的U-OUT值(输出端最高工作电压)应标得合适，对配合T8  36W及以下规格和T5  24W以下规格灯管的电子镇流器，U-OUT≤300V。对于配合T5  28W、T5  35W灯管以及T8  58W灯管的电子镇流器，U-OUT值应在(300V～450V)之间。  

  

    

          当ppr水管漏水了，我们该怎么办?不要光呆看着而束手无措了，可以这样做：             

       

          1.用小钢锯将水管漏水的地方锯掉，注意，锯口要是平整的。             

       

          2.拿一张砂纸打磨新露出的端口，动作应轻轻的，不需要打磨得太多。             

       

          3.用一块干净布擦拭端口。             

       

          4.将专用胶水涂于ppr水管的端口上，稍晾一会儿，期间在“竹节”的接头内涂上胶水。             

       

          5.ppr水管的两端都将端口与“竹节”相连，并反复转动直至牢固。             

       

          6.待上述过程结束后，于接缝处涂抹适量的胶水，避免出现渗漏的现象。  

  

    

          是中纤板好，还是实木颗粒板好，将两者的优缺点进行对比：             

       

  　　中纤板：             

       

          1.优点：材质细腻，裁切面封边做得好，不易开胶，方便制成各种造型，因此常用来制作门板或背板。             

       

          2.缺点：其基材为粉末类，使用的胶水较颗粒板的多，因此容易有环保问题。另外，因中纤板胶水含量多，内部结构空间少，因此防潮性差，极易变形。             

       

  　　实木颗粒板：             

       

          1.优点：该板材内部结构为交叉错落，握钉力好。板材的密度比较高，木质纤维颗粒比较大，有更多的天然木材本质，黏胶剂使用量通常低于5%，更具环保特点。此外，该板材变形小，尺寸稳定性好，强度高，因此即便挂上重物也不容易变形。             

       

          2.因其平整度不够，所以不易做弧度和造型。
