氟碳漆是指以氟树脂为主要成膜物质的涂料，由于引入的氟元素电负性大，碳氟键能强，具有优越的各项性能：耐候性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐腐蚀性，而且具有独特的不粘性和低磨擦性。市场上应用比较广泛的氟碳漆主要有：PTFE、PVDF、PEVE三大类型。氟碳漆在建筑、化学工业、电器电子工业、机械工业、航空航天产业、家庭用品的各个领域得到了广泛应用。  

  　　氟碳漆品牌：立邦Nippon

  　　氟碳漆品牌：海虹HEMPEL  

  　　Hempel集团是世界领先的装饰漆、工业漆、船舶漆、集装箱漆及游艇漆供应商。产品能有效保护人造建筑不受自然环境腐蚀，广泛应用于风力设备、桥梁、医院、船舶、发电站和住宅的涂装。在全球拥有24个生产厂，3个主研发中心及7个区域性研发中心，48个销售办事处130多个存货点，以高质量的涂料产品远销世界各地。  

  　　首先，耐擦洗性能主要是指外墙氟碳漆的抗水性能来说的，外墙涂装本身对涂料的抗水性有要求，而外墙氟碳漆有抗水性能，即自清洁功能。自清洁功能能快速帮助漆膜平整，对污垢一冲就能够清洗干净，使用比较便。  

  　　其次，外墙氟碳漆具有防霉功能。防霉功能跟其自身的抗水性能有很大的关系，因为具有很强的抗水性能，因此自然能起到防霉的作用。  

  　　第三，长时间不变色的性能。外墙氟碳漆主要是用于建筑物涂装，建筑物涂装对抗紫外线的要求比较高，因此，外墙氟碳漆的这一功能能够长时间的耐阳光照射而不变色备受建筑工程的青睐。  

  　　第四，外墙氟碳漆具有环保功能。这是最重要的也是备受消费者考虑的首要因素。环保功能是针对其无毒无味，并且用清水就能冲洗干净来说。此外，外墙氟碳漆还具有良好的弹性，可应对因气候变化而引起的各种开裂现象。  

  　　(1)优良的防腐蚀性能：氟碳漆因其极好的化学惰性、漆膜耐酸、碱、盐等化学物质和多种化学溶剂，为基材提供保护屏障;该漆膜坚韧—表面硬度高、耐冲击、抗屈曲、耐磨性好，显示出极佳的物理机械性能。  

  　　(2)强附着性：氟碳漆在铜、不锈钢等金属、聚脂、聚氨脂、氯乙烯等塑料、水泥、复合材料等表面都具有其优良的附着力，基本显示出宜附于任何材料的特性。高装饰性——在60  度光泽计中，能达到80%  以上的高光泽。  

  　　(3)超长耐候性：氟碳漆涂层中含有大量的F--C键，决定了其超强的稳定性，不粉化、不褪色，使用寿命长达20年，具有比任何其他类涂料更为优异的使用性能。优异的施工性—双组分包装、贮存期长、施工方便。  

  　　(4)免维护、自清洁：氟碳涂层有极低的表面能、表面灰尘可通过雨水自洁，极好的疏水性(最大吸水率小于5%  )且斥油、极小的摩擦系数(0.15  —  0.17  )，不会粘尘结垢，防污性好。  

  　　1、首先确定基层的质量、表面是否有污渍、开裂、含水率状况等。  

  　　2、检查墙面的平整度和光滑度，处理墙壁至清洁、光滑、无无粘附颗粒物，要求符合平整度要求≤2mm。  

  　　3、上腻子，采用氟碳漆专用抗裂腻子，按说明调配，充分拌匀，不能超过4小时后使用;用铝合金靠尺托刮腻子，先竖刮在横刮，速度和用力要均衡;粘贴装饰胶带，按要求进行界格条的分割，界格分好后披腻子，然后逐遍将胶带撕下;腻子一般批4遍左右，腻子层干燥后用用120目或150目的砂纸打磨，同时修直阳角和腰线。  

  　　4、底漆喷涂。在腻子抛光干燥后否符合要求的基础上喷涂底漆，喷涂均匀，刮风和下雨天不宜施工;底漆喷涂一遍，如表面有批刮印痕或蜂眼现象，必须打磨至符合要求;底漆干燥后应做到颜色光泽均匀，涂膜表面光滑，无粉尘等污渍。  

  　　5、喷涂面漆。按说明比例配好面漆，调配后的氟碳漆必须采用200目纱网进行过滤，过滤后不断搅拌以免沉淀;考虑施工面积、施工人数、面积分配等问题，一般安排多名人员同时施工，在保证不流挂的前提下，尽可能的喷厚一些。  

  　　6、做好防护工作，施工人员要带防毒面罩和手套，对落水管风进行保护。做到无流挂、明暗不均、发花等现象，应该手感细腻有光泽，最后清理现场。  

  　　氟碳漆施工注意事项  

  　　(1)施工温度0-35℃，基面温度最好不低于5℃。  

  　　(2)材料贮存要注意防潮、防水、防太阳直射。  

  　　(3)光泽一致，不允许流挂、漏涂。  

  　　(4)严格按比例配制，每次配料量不宜过多，以免长时间静置，导致固化。  

  　　(5)一定要使用专用专配套辅料，严禁用水、香蕉水、醇、汽油等。  

  　　(6)在湿度85%以下，温度0-35℃为宜，切勿在以下条件下施工：雨、雪、雾、霜、大风，或相对湿度85%以上。  

  　　(7安全措施及预防方法：保证良好通风，佩戴防护用具，防止沾污皮肤、眼睛。如有漆料溅入眼睛，请立即用清水冲洗并及时就医。施工环境严禁烟火。  

  　　(8)常温下涂装后的漆膜7d左右方可完全固化，建议不要提前使用。
