走廊式户型在日常并不常见，这种户型十分狭长，造型如同走廊。这样的户型造型好不好呢?  

  　　(1)  造型怪异：走廊式户型整个形状就像走廊一样细细长长的，室内各个功能区域都需要沿着细细长长的户型结构分布，给人不舒适的视觉感受。  

  　　(2)  空间利用不合理：走廊式户型内部也需要设计走廊联通各个不同的空间，在原本细长的户型格局上设计一条走廊自然也是很细长的，除了可供人通过也没有别的用途了。  

  　　(3)  内部采光不足：由于走廊式户型呈狭长状，两端的窗户很难为中心区域提供足够的采光。  

  　　(4)  动静分区不合理：不同的功能区沿走廊分布，很容易出现动静区域交错的情况，无法将动静区域进行合理的区分。  

  　　(5)  户型规整：总的来说走廊式户型整体造型还是比较规整的，不会有一些畸形角落的存在，比较利于空间的分割。  

  　　通常见到的走廊式户型有一面长长的墙从一边直通到另一边，基本上横跨所有的功能区域，面对这样的户型要怎样进行化解呢?  

  　　(1)  软隔断分区，若是所有的功能区在整体一条直线上，可以采用具有穿透性的、不占空间面积的隔断进行空间分区。或者用地砖材质、墙面颜色等进行无形的空间区分，保持室内整体的采光效果。  

  　　(2)  墙面层次化：走廊式住宅墙面很长，但是空间不大。可以按照具体的情况利用墙面高出空间。  

  　　(3)  保持整体采光：走廊式户型很难以保持空间的中心区域的采光，在引进足够自然光线的情况下实用灯具进行间接采光，解决中心区域采光不足的问题。  

  　　(4)  保持空间的整体性：适当采用开放式的造型保持空间的整体性。  

  　　走廊式户型装修需要注意室内采光和动静分区的问题，其次就是长长的走廊空间。  

  　　(1)  走廊式户型走廊装修：主要是化解走廊的狭长压抑感，可以选用较明亮的、显色度较高的过道灯;墙体装饰选用浅色的、明亮的、小体积的装饰品;保持走廊的宽度，不要过度使用走廊的墙面。  

  　　(2)  走廊式户型中心采光：走廊式户型的采光主要来源于两端，中心自然采光不够必定要采用间接采光设计，灯具可以选用射灯、筒灯等小型高亮灯具产品;灯光主要还是选用自然光或者白光颜色。  

  　　(3)  走廊式户型动静分区：着重保持卧室和卫生间的隐私性，其他空间可以采用开放或者半开放式的造型，一定程度上可以扩大整体的空间感。  

  　　(1)对于卫浴空间来说，防潮非常重要，因此我们在选择卫浴装修材料的时候，应该选择防水性能比较好的材料。  

  　　(2)对于卫浴空间中的地漏设计，其地漏的水封高度应该要达到50mm，才能不让排水管道内的气流入室内。

  　　3.组合----集成吊顶的外衣，选购集成吊顶时，怎样组合也是非常的关键，虽然说它你可以自由选择自由搭配，但是没有专业人士为你设计布局，那么你将很难达到你想要的理想境界。因此你在购买集成吊项时，必须把平面图交给商家，由他们帮你设计布局。
