  　　1、生态鱼缸造完景后要开始养水，首先要放满一缸水，把水泵开开，加入硝化菌，开始培养菌落。硝化菌依赖缸里的水流生存，因此当生态鱼缸里形成了硝化群落，就不可停止水泵，否则硝化菌会死亡要重新开始培养。  

  　　2、放水开泵3天后，可以开始下几条孔雀或者斑马之类的，基本从下开缸鱼开始，就算是正式的培养硝化了，这些鱼不用喂，孔雀可以吃水中的浮游颗粒，而且它还会排便便，正好就是硝化菌初期的食物。养水期间不要开灯，防止藻类生产过快影响水质。  

  　　3、养完水后就开始可以养鱼了，鱼群的搭配也要合适，不宜过多或过大，清道夫青苔鼠这两种鱼必须要有。喂鱼一天或两天喂一次，1-2分钟内吃完最好，千万不宜投放过多食料，以免吃不完发酵影响水质。
