拐角书柜，顾名思义就是放在房间拐角的书柜，它不同与普通的书柜，中规中矩的摆放在书房，拐角书柜可以摆放在房间的任意一个角落。充分利用房间的空间，即使是拐角也会成为一道亮丽的风景。  

      拐角书柜不仅能起到装饰的作用，还能给人们的生活带来方便，因为拐角书柜可以放在房间的任何一个拐角，而不会显得突兀，在美观的同时，可以给人带来便利，在卧室、在客厅都可以做到随时随地取放书。  

      拐角书柜在设计上最突出的特点是充分利用拐角空间，实用性很强，而且一般拐角书柜的体型都很大，所以整体结构被分成很多层，容量充足，一般书店里比较常见。  

      在选购拐角书柜的时候，我们要把握以下两点：1材料，拐角书柜的材料一般都是实木，所以我们要选防霉防潮的拐角书柜；2环保，所选择的拐角书柜不能对身体和书籍造成危害；3款式，在选择拐角书柜的时候要注意款式，是否与室内装修搭配，是否具有实用性等。  

      拐角书柜的尺寸是一个宽泛的概念，没有统一的标准。书柜的尺寸分为外部尺寸和内部尺寸，其中外部尺寸包含书柜的宽度、高度；内部尺寸，指书柜的深度、层与层之间的高度、抽屉的深度等。  

        拐角书柜的外部尺寸：拐角书柜的宽度可以达到100~200厘米之间，不过现在的拐角书柜可以根据消费者的实际需求订制；拐角书柜的高度与一般书柜相同，一般保证成人伸手能够到书柜最上层的书籍，过高不利于取放书籍，也会影响整个拐角书柜的重心，所以家居用拐角书柜高度一般在120~210厘米之间。  

        拐角书柜内部尺寸：拐角书柜的深度要满足现在一般书籍的规格，一般设计在28~35厘米之间；层与层之间的高度也要看书籍的规格，如果是16开的书籍，则一般设计在28~30厘米之间，如果是32开的，一般高度设计在24~26厘米之间，如果是一些规格较大的书籍，尺寸为30~40厘米的，高度就要设计在32~42厘米之间；抽屉的深度一般在20~35厘米。
