优点：  

       

  　　复式结构可极大提高住宅的使用面积。通过夹层复合，可使住宅的使用面积提高50%--70%，适合人口多的家庭居住。  

       

  　　缺点：  

       

  　　层高过低，室内空气流通不够顺畅，容易使人产生憋闷感。另外，虽然储存间多，但层高过低，难以充分利用。  

  

    

  　　复式结构隔板可以分为哪几类?从材料上看，可分为混凝土、全木、槽钢、工字钢等几类：  

       

  　　(1)混凝土  

       

  　　混凝土楼板承重性好，稳定性高，人行走在上面不会有响声，但建造起来麻烦，要考虑房屋的承重结构，建造承重墙。  

       

  　　(2)全木结构  

       

  　　全木结构在古代的复式结构房屋装修中用的较多，但现在除了某些特别喜欢木质结构的家庭会选用，很多家庭已经不怎么使用。因为现在的木材大多数是速生材，使用寿命和承重性上都不如古代建筑用的原生大木头，安全性不高。  

       

  　　(3)槽钢  

       

  　　用槽钢做复式结构楼板的好处是便宜实惠、操作简单;但由于槽钢的抗弯强度不够高，当人在上面走动时，会有一定的晃动声，所以只适用于面积较小、承重少的空间，且跨度一般不宜超过4米，最大不得超过6米，否则会有安全隐患。  

       

  　　(4)工字钢  

       

  　　工字钢比槽钢的抗弯强度更高，自重比混凝土楼板轻，但造价高，工艺也复杂，搭建出来楼板的地面和下层的天花板都需要用木工板包起来，且要定期保养，否则容易生锈。  

  

    

  　　复式结构楼梯该如何进行设计呢?从形式上看，复式结构楼梯大致可以分为三种：  直梯、折梯、弧形梯、旋梯：  

       

  　　(1)直梯  

       

  　　直梯设计以前常用于复式房屋的装修中，但现在已经不太常见了。因为该种楼梯设计占用空间较大，以前房价低，复式楼户型单位面积大，楼梯占用的空间大一些没有多大的影响，但现如今房价高，大多复式楼户型单位面积不大，直梯设计会进一步压缩空间。  

       

  　　(2)折梯  

       

  　　目前，在复式房屋装修中，多数家庭会选择折梯设计。折梯设计的特点是楼梯中间有个明显的折点，将楼梯分成上下两部分。这种设计可以大限度地减少楼梯的占用空间，让室内空间不必太拥挤。但是，要注意的是，折梯的拐角处要进行处理，不要留下尖锐的直角点，以免撞伤人。  

       

  　　(3)弧形梯  

       

  　　该种楼梯设计的特点是利用一个曲线形式的楼梯来实现上下楼的连接。这种设计比直梯节省空间，还兼具美观性和舒适度，人行走在上面，没有直梯拐角那种生硬的感觉，是行走起来最为舒服的一种复式结构楼梯设计。  

       

  　　(4)旋梯  

       

  　　旋梯，是对室内空间占用最小的一种楼梯设计形式，尤其适合小户型复式单位选用。这种旋转的设计可以有效地增强房屋的设计感，让整个房屋变得有趣、有个性，是很多年轻人喜爱的楼梯形式。但在建造旋梯时，要特别注意，楼梯的旋转不要太过强烈，以免人行走在上面产生晕眩感。  

  

    

  　　开放式厨房由于要与餐厅客厅的吊顶装修一致，所以一般采用石膏板，采用石膏板使整个厨房更有空间扩大感。  

       

  　　开放式厨房不仅有可以作为餐桌和吧台的岛台，还将餐厅与厨房结合在了一起，整个吊顶采用石膏板，不同的是在长方形餐桌的上方，根据餐桌的面积用边框式的图案将餐桌上方的吊顶框起来，独特也富有美感。  

       

  　　这个欧式风格的开放式厨房墙面均用高亮度的石膏板，并且在门框、搁架以及橱柜上方的墙壁上都有美丽的带花的藤条图案，吊顶也采用跟墙壁一样颜色的石膏板，整间厨房看上去精致古朴，有温馨浪漫之感。  

  

    

  　　真石漆施工工艺  

       

  　　真石漆施工工艺的主要流程为基层处理→涂刷底漆→喷中层真石漆→打磨→成品保护→验收。  

       

  　　1、基面准备程序  

       

  　　由于基面的状况直接关系到真石漆的施工质量，因此在装修前，必须对基面认真检查验收，具体要求介绍如下：  

       

  　　A、对于刚建成的新墙，需要充分养护、干燥;对于已受潮剥离的旧墙，则需重新做底层批荡，然后才能进行真石漆的喷涂施工。  

       

  　　B、涂装基面应坚牢平整，含水率10%以下，PH值10以下。测量基面含水率方法：晴天时利用透明胶布平铺基面，以胶带封合胶布四周，经2-4小时后，若胶布内部呈结露现象，则基面含水率高，不宜施工。雨天后须在干燥3日以上确保完全干燥，以免影响基材内碱基渗出，产生白华，并导致剥落。  

       

  　　C、涂装基面的表面强度，需在13.8mpa以上为标准。  

       

  　　2、防潮底漆喷涂程序  

       

  　　在喷涂真石漆前，先在基面上均匀地喷涂或滚涂一层防潮底漆，进行封底处理，以免由于基面渗色、透湿，从而污染，溶胀真石漆影响施工质量，防潮底漆干透时间约为60分钟。  

       

  　　3、真石漆喷涂程序：  

       

  　　待防潮底漆干透后即可进行真石漆的喷涂施工，基本施工方法主要有以下两种：  

       

  　　第一种是喷装施工法：此法是使用特制喷枪进行施工。室内工程喷装可一次完成，外墙则要分两步进行;待第一层稍干后再作第二次喷涂。喷涂时务必使涂层厚薄均匀，不露底，浮点大小基本一致，喷涂总厚度以2-3mm为宜.或按不同设计要求而定。  

       

  　　第二种是混合施工法：即先用灰铲在此墙体上薄薄地批抹一层真石漆，两次的总厚度以2-3  mm为宜。这种施工方法省料，又能因表面浮点突出而同样可干透。  

       

  　　表面打磨程序：在喷涂防水保护膜之前，需用专用砂纸等工具磨掉已干透的真石漆涂层表面的浮砂及粒之锐角，增加真石漆表面的美感，同时保证防护膜的完全覆盖。  

       

  　　4、喷涂防水面漆程序  

       

  　　喷涂防水面漆一定要在真石漆完全干透后进行，防水面漆一般喷两次，首先薄而均匀地喷涂一层防水面漆，约经过60分钟待其硬化后，即可喷第二遍防水面漆，至此真石漆的全部施工程序即将完成。  

       

  　　真石漆施工工艺注意事项：  

       

  　　1、真石漆施工必须是在装修工程的最后阶段进行，以免未干透时的涂层被沾污或破损。  

       

  　　2、室外施工最好搭棚用防水薄膜顶防雨，风速过大也会影响喷涂的施工效果。  

       

  　　3、如在喷涂期间遇大雨，真石漆表面尚未喷涂防水保护膜时必须将已施工部分进行遮盖，以防雨水冲刷，如一旦被雨水冲刷，则需视其受破坏的程度进行返工和修复。  

       

  　　4、确认真石漆完全干透后，应及时喷涂防水保护膜以防不测。  

       

  　　5、气温5℃以下的施工环境会影响涂料的成膜，因此在该气温条件下不宜施工。  

       

  　　6、用多支喷枪同时喷涂同一面墙体时，应选用相同型号的“枪嘴”，以使每支喷出的浮点基本一致，否则，会影响整体效果。

  　　一、龙骨布置与弹线  

       

  　　1、弹线：确定标高控制线和龙骨布置线，如果吊顶有标高变化时，应将变截面部分的相应位置确定，接着沿标高线固定角铝。  

       

  　　2、确定龙骨位置线：根据铝塑板的尺寸规格及吊顶的面积尺寸来安排吊顶骨架的结构尺寸，要求板块组合的图案要完整，四周留边时，留边的尺寸要均匀或对称，将安排好的龙骨架位置线画在标高线的上边。  

       

  　　3、安装与调平龙骨：根据纵横标高控制线，从一端开始，边安装边调平，然后再统一精调一次。  

       

  　　4、钢、铝龙骨安装：采用铝龙骨安装时，先将铝龙骨按翻样图尺寸及位置固定于楼板上，必须安装牢固，表面平整，尺寸准确。对于采用钢龙骨安装的部分，为防止发生电化学腐蚀可，要进行防腐处理或加垫片。  

       

  　　二、块板安装  

       

  铝塑板与另一张铝塑板或其它材料，通过铆钉、螺栓、螺钉、钉子等连接起来。但是因为铝塑板表面为铝，所以当与不同的金属材料连接在一起时，会产生电化学腐蚀，须使用铝或不锈钢铆螺栓等来进行板或板与其它金属材料之间的连接。  

       

  　　铝塑板与龙骨架的安装，主要有吊钩悬挂式或自攻螺丝固定，也可采用钢丝扎结，安装时按弹好的板块安排布置线，从一个方向开始依次安装，并注意吊钩先与龙骨固定，再钩住板块侧边的小孔。铝塑板在安装时应轻拿轻放。保护板面不受碰撞或刮伤。用M5  自攻螺钉固定时，先用手电钻打出直径为4.2mm  孔位后再上螺钉。  

       

  　　在连接处装入衬垫材料。再在上面打密封胶，最后再揭掉板的保护膜。注胶前，一定要清洁剂将金属板及铝合金(型钢)框表面清洁干净，清洁后的材料须在一小时内密封，否则重新清洗。密封胶须注满，不能有空隙或气泡。清洁用擦布须及时更换以保持干净。应遵守标签上的说明使用溶剂，且在使用溶剂时严禁烟火。注密封胶时，应用胶纸保护胶缝两侧的材料，使之不受污染。  

       

  　　三、端部处理  

       

  　　当铝塑板四周靠墙边缘部分不符合方板的模数时，在取得设计人员和监理的批准后，可不采用以方板和靠墙板收边的方法，而改用条板或纸面石膏板等作吊顶处理。
