　　铁艺装饰品是通过将含碳量很低的生铁烧熔，倾注在透明的硅酸盐溶液中，两者混合形成椭圆状金属球，再经高温剔除多余的熔渣，之后轧成条形熟铁环，经过除油污、杂质、除锈、防锈以及艺术处理后的家庭装饰用品。铁艺装饰品的类型都比较广泛，小到烛台挂饰，大到铁艺大门、护栏等，在家庭装修中作为局部装饰是很不错的选择。

3玄关设计方案

　　玄关设计的变化万变不离其宗，围绕装饰性、实用性和过度性三个方面展开。

　　(1) 低柜隔断式，以低形的矮柜来限定空间，兼并收纳杂物与划分空间的功能。

　　(2) 通透玻璃式，以大屏玻璃做装饰遮隔大空间的同时又保持大空间的完整性。

　　(3) 格栅围屏式，以不同造型的镂空雕花格栅屏做隔断，形成通透与遮挡的互补。

　　(4) 半敞半隐式，为上下结构设计，上半部分为开敞式下半部分为完全遮蔽式玄关柜或鞋柜设计。

　　(5) 顶地灯呼应式，这种设计中规中矩，多用于玄关比较规整的方正区域。

　　(6) 实用为主式，实用为先后期点缀，使整个玄关以实用为主。

　　(7) 引导过渡式，因地制宜随行就势。

　　(8) 巧用屏风式，借助屏风划分区域。

　　(9) 通透玄关拓展空间，通透的玄关设计可以减少空间的压抑感，保持玄关的采光。

5铸铁浴缸安装

　　铸铁浴缸安装步骤

　　(1)先量好浴缸的高度和长度，预留出下面铺垫材料，也就是底座的高度(不宜过高)，在墙面上做上明显的记号。

　　(2)在地面上用方砖或水泥做底座，要求达到预留的高度，记得留出排水管的洞口，还应注意上平面保持在一条水平线上。

　　(3)最后再安装缸体，轻拿轻放，正对底座，接驳水管，缸体外面再用水泥或砖砌好，安装配件;用玻璃胶将靠墙接缝填补好。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
