铁丝工艺品指的是利用铁丝为原材料制作而成的一种工艺品，其设计来源于灵感一般都是来源于生活，却有创造出了高于生活的价值，体现出了人明智慧的结晶。铁丝工艺品在我国拥有一定的历史，它能够体现出人们的心灵手巧，是一种必不可少的装饰品之一。

　　铁丝工艺从最初人们农闲时所从事的一个小玩意，用家里的铁丝模仿一些家具摆设进行制作，到后来的小作坊到成立的公司，其随着经验的累计，使得工艺品不断的完善，让越来越多的人们喜爱，同时产品还受到了许多其他国家人们的欢迎，大量出口到欧美、日韩等国家，

　　铁丝工艺品是集艺术性、实用性于一身的工艺品。其利用铁丝制作而成的工艺品，线条看上去非常的简洁，有效的将现代与古典美融合在一起，具有一定的实用性与艺术性，打破了传统的单调平面布局，有效的丰富了空间层次，与整个家具的设计相互呼应，深受人们的喜爱。

  　　铁丝工艺品在制作的时候，会通过许多的步骤进行处理，一个完整的工艺品会经过原材料的调直、压丝、搓丝、弯制花式、框架组装、焊接、泡制与晒干、验收、喷漆、烤制等步骤才能成品，在制作的过程当中，其制作的难度比较适中，可根据自己不同的想法来设计铁丝工艺品不同的造型。  

  　　1.铁丝原料处理  

  　　可准备好铁丝，制作部分家具的铁丝表面可进行抛光，如果有特殊的需要，可在铁丝周围加上祥丝。  

  　　2.调直处理  

  　　将弯曲、或者是其他形状的铁丝进行调直，调直需要用到经过改造的台钻。调直步骤：可将铁丝拉直，确定长度之后将铁丝一边固定在台钻上，一头用钳子将铁丝固定夹住。同时可用手轻轻的扶着铁丝，开动台钻，可正防线交替转动，直到调直。  

  　　3.压丝处理  

  　　压丝指的是将铁丝压平，我们在设计的过程当中，如果需要拥有平的铁丝便可进行压丝处理。其可通过专业的压丝机来进行操作，在操作压丝机的时候需要两个人紧密的配合，而后，可根据自己的实际所需要铁丝的长度将铁丝切成小段。  

  　　4.马丝的制作  

  　　马丝是一种中空的类似弹簧的铁丝原料，可进行当度加工制作，其特点是可活动页来使用，其制作的工具还是台钻，先固定好光丝为芯子，然后将较细的铁丝穿过搓丝器，固定好之后开动台钻，在制作过程当中，需要注意的是搓出来的马丝要粗细一致均匀才能使用。  

  　　5.弯制花式  

  　　在所有的材料准备完毕之后，可根据自己所需要制作的造型来确定弯制的规格以形状。  

  　　1.截丝：将铁丝截成一定的长度。  

  　　2.花式弯制：可根据不同的款式来进行不同的定型。  

  　　6.框架定型  

  　　框架定型是最重要的一步，是整件工艺品的基础。  

  　　1.备丝：准备好铁丝。  

  　　2.组装:将准备好的铁丝、光丝进行组装。  

  　　7.焊接  

  　　框架组装完毕之后就要进行对焊接，将小部件焊接为一个整体。在焊接钱可采用一点稀盐酸进行稀释，然后在进行焊接会更好。  

  　　点焊：在需要焊接的部分进行点焊，这样能够使得工艺品更加的完美。  

  　　同时还有装填焊接、框架组装、开合门的焊接等步骤。  

  　　8.刷洗与验收  

  　　9.调漆于喷漆  

  　　在工艺品完成之后，可根据其形式进行不同的喷漆。  

  　　10.烤制  

  　　喷完漆之后，为了防止油漆在不合适的温度下发生粘手的情况，可将其放入专门的工艺品烤箱中进行烤干，能够有效的固色。  

　　目前，市场上的铁丝工艺品种类繁多，其价格也是根据铁丝工艺的制作工艺、种类、大小来定价的，目前，在市场上的工艺品其价格一般在50-150元之间，当然如果做工好的工艺品，其价格也有几百块钱的，具体的价格消费者可前往当地的工艺品商店进行询价。

  　　安装玻璃门拉手;全玻璃门扇上拉手孔洞，一般在裁割玻璃时加工完成。拉手连接部分插入洞口时不能过紧，应略有松动;如插入过松，可在插入部分裹上软质胶带。  

  　　安装前在拉手插入玻璃的部分涂少许玻璃胶。拉手组装时，其根部与玻璃靠紧密后再按紧固定螺钉，以保证拉手没有松动现象。  

  　　led球泡灯选择方法  

  　　1、根据所安装地方的空间大小选择合适的灯泡。  

  　　2、现在led球泡灯比较常用的应该是：  

  　　3*1W的led球泡灯的实际功率在4-4.5W左右，代替  =12W左右的节能灯=25W左右的白炽灯  

  　　5*1W的led球泡灯的实际功率在6-6.5W左右，代替  =20W左右的节能灯=40W左右的白炽灯  

  　　7*1W的led球泡灯的实际功率在8-8.5W左右，代替  =30W左右的节能灯=60W左右的白炽灯  

  　　8*1W和9*1W也还可以，但是性价比不高，而且一般体积比较大，家庭使用就不太适合。

  　　2、通风隐私：叶片调整15-25度时，室外看不到室内，同时室内外空气对流，通风性好。  

  　　3、抗风性能：建筑外窗可以承受大于2000pa风力，能符合中高层以上建筑外窗要求。  

  　　4、遮雨防尘：叶片调整45度时，雨水不会飘进室内，叶片关闭时，封闭性好，有效阻隔风尘。  

  　　5、视野宽阔：叶片调整到90度时，可达到最大视野范围,无任何遮挡压抑感。  

  　　6、采光性能：叶片调整105度时，具有光线折射效力,可增加室内采光度。
