1玄关设计要点

　　(1)兼顾装饰与实用，利用玄关的设计收拾好出门入户的鞋帽衣物同时也要兼顾整个空间的连贯性，保持空间格调的平衡协调。玄关的设计风格也或多或少的能够展现居住者的生活习惯于品味。

　　(2)造型，玄关空间充裕的情况下可以可以选择大开大合的开放式玄关造型;若是玄关空间不充裕可以选择半开放式的设计，既能够兼顾风水也不会造成空间的局促感。

　　(3)地面材料，玄关地面设计最好选用耐磨、易清洗、防滑、吸音等材质，比如大理石、地砖、魔石子等都十分耐用且装饰效果也十分好，也十分方便清理。

　　(4)收纳设计，玄关兼顾实用功能的同时不能给人以凌乱的储藏空间的即视感。设计时要充分的利用墙面的空间与尺寸，充分的考虑到鞋柜的高度、厚度、鞋柜的通气性干燥性等。开放式的鞋柜虽然简洁大方但是不能阻挡鞋子气味的散发，阻隔灰尘。因此玄关收纳的设计尽量选用封闭设计。

　　(4)采光，保持玄关的采光可以方便初入门能有明亮的光线整理衣冠，因此玄关设计尽量采用透光的材质或是开放半开放的造型设计保证采光。在玄关设计一面宽大的而穿衣镜不失为一种提高采光的好方式，但是千万不要将镜子正对门口，以免造成恐吓。

2玄关设计与装修宜忌

　　(1) 玄关应设计在什么位置?玄关位置设计不应该与住宅正门成一条直线，容易让人直接窥探到室内，降低房屋的私密性，因此玄关设计子啊大门偏左或是偏右为宜。

　　(2) 是否要设置玄关?并不是所有的房子都适合设计玄关的，一些面积过小的房子设计玄关只会让空间更显狭窄; 大门与墙壁的距离过小的房子设计玄关会影响入室气流，直接就影响财运进家中。

　　(3) 镜面是否能直面大门?自然是不能的，镜面直面大门会将进屋的财运反射出去，影响家里的财运;且镜面直对大门容易吓到从大门进入室内的人，容易产生精神不集中、幻想或是生病等症状。

　　(4) 玄关有横梁?玄关横梁压顶是风水大忌，高悬的横梁像不利于家里集聚运势。若玄关有横梁可以利用假天花来遮挡横梁煞气。

　　(5) 玄关光线不充足怎么办?阴暗的玄关会给人阴气重、不舒适的感受，因此需要借助阳光或是灯光补足玄关光线。除此之外也可以适当的借助整体色调或是玻璃等通透的装修材料或壁灯、长明灯等来加强玄关光线。

　　(6) 玄关要保持整洁，杂乱的玄关对不仅影响住宅的风水和家人健康还会影响整体的家居形象，使整个家居环境带着一丝压抑感。因此玄关要保持整洁清爽令人舒适。

　　(7) 玄关鞋柜要如何设计?原则上玄关鞋柜的高度不宜超过房间空间高度的三分之一，且其高度不宜超过户主身高;鞋柜的面积易小不宜大，宜高不宜矮，鞋子宜藏不宜漏。

3玄关设计方案

　　玄关设计的变化万变不离其宗，围绕装饰性、实用性和过度性三个方面展开。

　　(1) 低柜隔断式，以低形的矮柜来限定空间，兼并收纳杂物与划分空间的功能。

　　(2) 通透玻璃式，以大屏玻璃做装饰遮隔大空间的同时又保持大空间的完整性。

　　(3) 格栅围屏式，以不同造型的镂空雕花格栅屏做隔断，形成通透与遮挡的互补。

　　(4) 半敞半隐式，为上下结构设计，上半部分为开敞式下半部分为完全遮蔽式玄关柜或鞋柜设计。

　　(5) 顶地灯呼应式，这种设计中规中矩，多用于玄关比较规整的方正区域。

　　(6) 实用为主式，实用为先后期点缀，使整个玄关以实用为主。

　　(7) 引导过渡式，因地制宜随行就势。

　　(8) 巧用屏风式，借助屏风划分区域。

　　(9) 通透玄关拓展空间，通透的玄关设计可以减少空间的压抑感，保持玄关的采光。

5铸铁浴缸安装

　　铸铁浴缸安装步骤

　　(1)先量好浴缸的高度和长度，预留出下面铺垫材料，也就是底座的高度(不宜过高)，在墙面上做上明显的记号。

　　(2)在地面上用方砖或水泥做底座，要求达到预留的高度，记得留出排水管的洞口，还应注意上平面保持在一条水平线上。

　　(3)最后再安装缸体，轻拿轻放，正对底座，接驳水管，缸体外面再用水泥或砖砌好，安装配件;用玻璃胶将靠墙接缝填补好。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
