　　五金配件价格整体上来看并不是很贵，如果是大批量的批发的话，批发价一般按重量或是按个数算的话，大概是在1-10元左右，但是如果是零买的话，价格就会高一点，大概在5-10元左右，有些重要一点的零配件可能要十几元。

2五金配件有哪些

　　五金配件按照不同的应用场所和用途，可以分为以下类别：

　　1、家具类

　　此类别主要是用在家具上的五金配件，一般有：木螺丝、合页、拉手、滑道、隔板销、吊挂件、钉、打头机、多工位机、转盘、拉链、气动杆、弹簧等。

　　2、橱柜类

　　此类别主要是用在厨房，一般有铰链、导轨、钢抽、拉筐、挂架、水槽、拉篮、踢脚板、刀叉盘、吊柜挂件、多功能柱、柜身组合器等。

　　3、模具类

　　该类别的五金配件包括：冲针、冲头、导柱、导套、顶针、司筒、钢珠套、滚珠套、保持架、外导柱、独立导柱、自润滑板、无给油滑板、外导柱组件等。

　　4、船用类

　　船用类的五金配件就是用在船舶等海上交通运输工具上的，一般包括：卸扣、花兰、卡头、转环、吊环、滑轮、索栓、管座、导缆器、系船柱等。

　　5、服装类

　　该类五金配件就是用在衣物、鞋子以及皮带上的，一般有：钮扣、爪钉、绳扣、针扣、拉链头、五爪钮、时装钮、束绳环、镶石扣、拉锁头、皮带扣、空心钉、合金对扣、合金拉牌、标牌、皮带扣、皮带针扣、皮带对扣、皮带插扣等。

　　箱包类五金配件包括：铆钉、铝条、链条、钢圈、钮扣、方环、四合扣、蘑菇钉、中空钉、钢丝圈、背包架、三角环、三节铆钉、箱包手把、拉牌、标牌等。

　　7、门窗类

　　该类别五件配件主要是用在门和窗上的零部件，通常包括：把手、合页、插销、铰链、风撑、滑轮、门花、喉箍、锁盒、碰珠、传动器、提拉器、闭门器、玻璃胶、三星锁等。

　　8、相框类

　　这类五金配件主要有：挂钩、弹片、叶片、画托、撑脚、支架、压片、活页、包角、直钉、角花、角机、码钉、角钉、绒布等。

　　9、冲压类

　　冲压类五件配件有：平垫、圆片、弹簧、弹片、面盖、外壳、标牌、铭牌、打标、铁线、餐叉、端子、冲压件、牵动臂、T型板等。

　　10、幕墙类

　　幕墙类就是给墙壁做装饰用的配件，包括吊夹、索具、AB胶、驳接爪、幕墙爪、驳接头、玻璃夹、玻璃胶、泡沫条、转接件、干挂件、栏杆扶手、化学螺栓、玻璃幕墙、非标制品等。

　　11、饰品类

　　饰品类就是用在一些家居饰品、首饰品以及玩偶等装饰品上的配件，一般有：手机饰品、卡通人物、穿带饰品、吊坠、字母粒、KT猫、迪士尼、吉祥物等。

　　12、装饰类

　　这类配件是指房屋装修中会用到的装饰品，属于建材用品，一般包括：密封条、柜腿、门鼻、风管、金属吊撑、铁管、不锈钢管、拉铆钉、螺栓、玻璃托、玻璃夹、铝合金梯子、货品支架等。

　　13、通用类

　　通用型的五件配件一般是可以用于很多地方，这类配件主要有：阀门、轴承、弹簧、滑轮、脚轮、接头、管夹、托辊、卸扣、喷嘴、喷头、吊钩、抓钩、钢珠、滚珠、卡箍、抱箍、轴瓦、索具、滚筒、万向轮、油封等。

3五金配件加工

　　五金配件的加工流程，一般是按照如下步骤进行的：分切原料——冲压零件——成型——压铸——注塑——电镀——喷涂——装配——包装——出货。

　　五金配件加工方式有七种，分别是铣、磨、钳、刨、车床、冲压以及铸造。

　　其中以车床和冲压两种方式为主，冲压主要是用来大批量加工板金，效率高。车床也可以进行大批量生产，目前应用比较广泛的车床主要是自动车床和电脑车床两种。

　　五金配件表面加工工艺流程如下：打磨、喷砂、电镀、车纹、擦纹、批花、批边、氧化(即上色)。

5铸铁浴缸安装

　　铸铁浴缸安装步骤

　　(1)先量好浴缸的高度和长度，预留出下面铺垫材料，也就是底座的高度(不宜过高)，在墙面上做上明显的记号。

　　(2)在地面上用方砖或水泥做底座，要求达到预留的高度，记得留出排水管的洞口，还应注意上平面保持在一条水平线上。

　　(3)最后再安装缸体，轻拿轻放，正对底座，接驳水管，缸体外面再用水泥或砖砌好，安装配件;用玻璃胶将靠墙接缝填补好。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
