空心砖是以黏土、页岩、煤矸石为主要原料，经加水糅合、挤出、切坯、干燥和焙烧而制成的。按照国家的相关标砖要求，空心砖的孔洞率要大于或者等于35%才能称之为合格的空心砖。相比其它的砖体，空心砖具有以下的优点。  

  　　(1)节约能源。由于空心砖的孔洞率大于等于35%，因而可极大地节省土地资源和烧砖所消耗的能源。  

  　　(2)较大地减轻墙体的自重。由于空心砖的自重仅为实心黏土砖的1/3，所以可以较大地减轻墙体自重，从而可以较大地节省地基处理的费用。  

  　　(3)保温、隔热性能好，以厚度为240mm的空心砖墙体为例，其热阻则相当于厚度为360mm的实心黏土砖墙体的热阻。  

  　　(4)加快施工速度。由于空心砖的规格尺寸较实心黏土砖大，所以加快了施工中的砌筑速度，减小了施工的周期。  

  　　空心砖有两种分类方法，一种是按照密度等级来划分，还有一种是按照产品的质量来划分。  

  　　(1)按照空心砖的密度等级，空心砖可以分为三种，分别是800级、900级和1000级。其中800级的空心砖是指五块空心砖密度的平均值应该是小于或者等于800千克/立方米，900级的空心砖是指五块空心砖密度的平均值应该是在801~900千克/立方米之间，1000级的空心砖是指五块空心砖密度的平均值应该在901~1000千克/立方米之间。  

  　　(2)按照产品的质量，空心砖可以分为A等、B等和C等。其中A等是指其大面抗压强度不小于5.0MPa，单块抗压最小值不小于3.7MPa。B等是指其大面抗压强度不小于3.0MPa，单块抗压最小值不小于2.2MPa。C等是指其大面抗压强度不小于2.0MPa，单块抗压最小值不小于1.4MPa。  

  　　(1)清整基面。首先，应清整被砌的基础表面或楼面，并洒水润湿。  

  　　(2)排砖。空心砖墙体砖的排列，根据墙体的厚度不同而有所不同，具体的有以下三种。  

  　　①厚度为115  mm的隔墙。如果是厚度为115  mm的隔墙.则可将空心砖240  mm*  115  mm的那一面平行于地面纵向使用，砌法如同实心黏土砖的立砌。对于所需之半头砖，则可通过将空心砖从中锯切来实现，当然亦可采用240  mm*115  mm*115  mm的多孔砖。  

  　　②厚度为240  mm的墙体。如果是厚度为240  mm的墙体，则可将空心砖240  mm*40  mm的那一面平行于地面，而且要将孔的轴线平行于墙体轴线使用，砌法如同实心黏土砖的平砌。对于所需之半头砖，则可通过将空心砖从中锯切来实现，当然亦可采用240  mm*15  mm  *115  mm的多孔砖。  

  　　③厚度为360  mm的墙体。如果是厚度为360  mm的墙体，则可将空心砖采用两平一侧的方法砌筑，两层平砌砖上下层半砖错缝。对于所需之半头砖，则可通过将空心砖从中锯切来实现，当然亦可采用240  mm*  115  mm的多孔砖。  

  　　(3)砌筑。使用符合规定的砂浆进行砌筑。  

  　　(4)施工注意事项  

  　　①空心砖必须在砌筑前1天水浸湿。砌筑要采用不低于M5的砌筑砂浆，灰缝砂浆要饱满。  

  　　②空心砖要上下皮错缝砌筑，不得有通缝。在墙的转角、门窗洞口等部位，要采用多孔匹配砌筑或将空心砖锯切使用，严禁将空心砖敲打成半砖或7分砖使用。  

　　减压阀从发明到现在已经有了许多种不同的规格和型号，下面就几种典型的减压阀型号做出简要介绍。

　　1.0232活塞式减压阀，这是进口减压阀里号称最轻便小巧并且性价比最高的一种减压阀，它是黄铜镀镍的，PN16，出口压力1-5.5bar是可任意调节的，常被用于高楼大厦的支管减压。

　　2.0234活塞式减压阀，这是有双活接头的一种安装简便的减压阀，也是任意可调的，黄铜材质。应用如上。

　　3.0226膜片式减压，这种减压阀是黄铜材质，可以接上压力表，是黄铜为主要材质。

　　4.0204膜片式减压阀也是由黄铜材质做成的，PN40，出口压力1-7bar任意可调。一般广泛的用于精密的设备上，比如说实验室。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。
