1流量开关种类

　　第一、挡板式流量开关

　　又称为机械式流量开关，通常安装在水泵出水口到设备出水口的这段管路中，允许水平和垂直安装。挡板式流量开关的机械部分与电子部分安全隔离，不含有容易导致故障的波纹管，而且其电器部件不与温差大的金属部件直接接触，可有效避免电器部件产生冷凝水导致锈蚀的情况，并且其断开和复位流量较小。挡板式流量开关可广泛用于工业自动化、机械设备、空气压缩工业、制冷及空调领域，工业场合主要应用于激光设备冷却系统、水冷焊机、电炉、真空镀膜机、多晶硅铸锭炉等。

　　第二、热式流量开关

　　又称为电子式流量开关，是利用探测头温度变化的原理设计的。可用于监控管道内流体的流速大小、断流监测或防止泵的空转。

　　第三、压差式流量开关

　　压差开关用作HVAC中的流量控制，具有准确控制流量，对水系统不再额外增加阻力，对水管管径无要求以及无水流扰动干扰等特性，可取代任何形式的靶式流量开关，相对于靶式流量开关又可以避免由水泵气蚀引起的假流量，并且拥有准确的复位流量和断开流量。可广泛应用于使用板式换热器、套管式换热器和壳管式换热器的大、中、小型风冷或水冷冷水机组中作为水流量控制以及水泵、水过滤器状态的监控。

2流量开关工作原理

　　流量开关的探头内置有发热模块和感热模块，因此，流量开关的热传导与介质的流速密切相关。在测量时，发热模块会发出热量，如果管道内没有介质流动，那么感热模块接收到的热量将会是一个固定值，当有介质流动时，感热模块所接收到的热量则会随着介质的流速变化而变化，感热模块会将温差信号转化成电信号，再通过处理器将其转换为对应的标准模拟量信号或接点信号输出。

3流量开关安装注意事项

　　第一、流量开关出厂调节在最小流量值附近，在使用时不能调到低于出厂设定的位置，以免导致开关无法恢复到“无液流”的位置。

　　第二、如果需要调高流量值，应该沿着顺时钟方向旋转调节螺丝。在调高出厂设定值后若需要调低流量值，可以沿着逆时钟方向旋转调节螺丝。

　　第三、调节结束后，检查流量开关的设定值是否不低于出厂设定值，按动主杠杆数次，检查主杠杆回复时开关是否有“咔嗒”声，如果没有，应沿着顺时钟方向旋转调节螺丝直至杠杆回复时发出“咔嗒”声。

　　第四、封漆的设定螺丝不可调节。否则一旦变动便会破坏流量开关的控制或造成调节失效而无法工作。

　　第五、如果流量调节过高，在低流量时将无法带动流向片，开关无法动作。如果流量调节过低，开关会过于灵敏从而产生误动作。

4氟树脂涂料缺点

　　氟树脂涂料虽然有良好的综合性能，但是也有以下不完美的地方。

　　油性氟树脂涂料缺点：

　　(1) 对外墙施工条件和配套材料要求高，双组分涂料施工存在多项限制。

　　(2) 氟树脂涂料涂层偏向刚性，没有良好的弹性，性能不稳定。

　　(3) 造价高，长期装饰效果一般。

　　(4) 含有大量的有机挥发物，对环境有污染。

　　水性氟树脂涂料缺点：

　　(1) 在分解温度下为无毒状态，受热分解会产生十几种有害气体。

　　(2) 保光性和硬度都较差。

5衣柜拉手安装

　　衣柜拉手安装：将拉手的专用螺丝杆从门板背面拉手孔插入门板正面，露出丝杆，然后将拉手丝孔对准门板正面露出的丝杆，用螺丝刀将拉手通过丝杆与门板锁紧。

　　衣柜拉手安装的位置有一定讲究。像一组大衣柜，上部的拉手应该装在门的下角，下部的拉手应该装在门的上角。这不仅是为了符合人体工程学的规范要求，也是为了视觉上的形式美。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

8厨房水槽堵了怎么办

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
