随着科学技术的不断提高与发展，关于酒柜设计也逐步迈入专业现代化的时代，其中最具有代表性的就是电子酒柜，那么让我们一起来了解一下电子酒柜都有哪些特点吧。  

       

      恒温：酒柜内有两个温度区间酒柜和多温度区间酒柜，且它常年保持摄氏12度。  

       

      湿度高：电子恒温酒柜是采用电子制冷热，能保持酒柜的湿度，使湿度的指数在65%。  

       

      避震：电子酒柜内部都有防震压缩机，有效的规避了酒柜的震动，影响放置在酒柜内葡萄酒的味道。  

       

      避光：酒柜门是茶色避光的特殊玻璃材料，避免光照。  

       

      隔离：柜身的隔板大约有5cm厚，可以有效地隔离外界环境。  

  

    

  　　电子酒柜尺寸有大有小，从酒柜用途来看，可分为家用酒柜和商用酒柜。你首先要明确自己的需要，考虑酒柜的尺寸，判断是家用还是商用，如果是家用，大小不能确定，可结合自己的住宅面积来进行修改。通常家用酒柜高度不要超过180CM，超过这个高度不便于取酒。每层高度在30-40CM之间，厚度通常在30CM，价格一般在700到800之间。如果是商用酒柜，通常分两个部份，一部分是底柜，高度为60CM，厚度为50CM，上柜的尺寸高度为200CM，厚度为35CM，价格一般在1000以上。

      电子酒柜应该每半年就清洁2次，保持酒柜的整洁，维护其性能。  

       

      1、清洁之前，电子酒柜应该先把温控器关掉，然后再拔电源插头关闭电源，如果直接拔掉电源插头，而不关掉温控器的话，是有可能由于酒柜内温度升高后，损坏温控器的。待清理工作结束后，无水分时再通电。  

       

      2、我们可以用软布蘸上清水轻轻擦拭酒柜表面，如果表面有顽固的污渍，清水擦不干净的话，我们可以先用洗洁精擦拭，然后用清水擦拭干净。  

       

      3、注意不要用洗衣粉、去污粉、滑石粉、碱性洗涤剂等强碱性的物品。因为它们可能会损害酒柜外涂复层，甚至损坏酒柜内塑料零件。  

       

      4、酒柜内的零件附件如果有肮脏的地方，我们应该先拆下，再用清水或洗洁精清洗。清洗干净之后，用干布擦拭电器零件表面，不能残留水分。  

       

      5、清洁完毕之后，先插回电源插头，再检查一下温度控制器是否设定在正确位置，无问题时再打开控制器。  

       

      6、若你长时间不使用电子酒柜，则应该关闭电源，作好清洁工作。  

  

    

  　　在市场上的电子酒柜种类繁多，且价格不一，我们如何能够快速地选择出一款合适自己的电子酒柜呢？这里面受影响因素很多，主要的有以下几个方面的因素。  

       

  　　1.光照因素  

       

  　　阳光中的紫外线会破坏红酒的味道，一款好的酒柜会让你无后顾之忧。因为柜门的材料必须采用密闭式不透光来完全隔离紫外线。目前受欢迎的主要是玻璃门的红酒柜，但是具有过滤除紫外线功能的玻璃门，跟普通玻璃门的成本就差了很多。  

       

  　　2.  降温速度  

       

  　　酒柜的温度控制器在降低温度时，必须要一整天持续进行缓慢地进行降温过程。因为外界剧烈的温度变化会让破坏红酒的质感。好的红酒柜可以做到这一点，而一般的红酒柜，则无法做到。因此温度控制系统是我们选购电子酒柜时不可忽略的关键部分。  

       

        3、品牌因素  

       

  　　国产酒柜的质量并非一定比进口酒柜的要差，品牌知名度小酒柜的不一定比知名度高的要差。实际上酒柜虽然在中国销量不是很高，但是绝大多数的电子酒柜都是在本国制造的。很多进口品牌酒柜就是找其他中国本地的工厂代工，生产它们自己的产品，所以不要盲目被品牌因素所迷惑。
