1酒柜设计尺寸

　　一般来说家用的酒柜都没有统一的标准，只需要根据家里的实际面积去设计便可，酒柜通常都包含了两个部分，底柜和上柜。底柜的尺寸高度在在600mm之间，厚度在500mm左右，上柜的尺寸高度不超过2000mm，厚度不超过350mm。如果酒柜的旁边就是吧台，为了方便拿取酒，酒柜和吧台之间的距离通常在900mm之间。

　　酒柜的实际高度最好按照使用者的身高去设计，一般来说不超过1800mm。酒柜的厚度大概在300~400mm之间，酒柜的空隙间隔大概也是在300mm~400mm之间，而按照人体工程学，人体的活动区域在450mm左右，那么总体上酒柜的设计空间就在1060~1270mm左右。

2酒柜设计方案

　　酒柜是在每个家庭中比较常见的一件家具了，风格有各种各样的。一般的家庭都会把酒柜会设置在餐厅处，将隔断和酒柜合二为一，这样既节省了空间，也体现出家的层次感。这个在现代的餐厅酒柜设计知识中，是非常普遍的，因为这样的隔断造型比较时尚，加之储物空间也非常的丰富，所以这类酒柜比较受欢迎。

　　除了作为隔断之外，还有一种酒柜就是定制的酒柜，根据餐厅面积的大小，然后选择一个墙面来进行打造，这样的好处就是可以从底下做到屋顶，而且打造的各个功能区和酒柜造型都可以完全满足自己的需求和喜好。这类酒柜也是当下比较流行的一种，比起隔断酒柜，更显餐厅豪华和气派。

　　还有一种新流行的酒柜打造方案，这种方法因隔板的兴起而生，那就是使用隔板制作出比较有个性的酒柜造型，这样的隔板都是固定在墙上的，并且非常坚固，使用不用的造型和不同颜色的隔板，然后制作出一个整体造型，让你家的酒柜看起来更加的时尚个性。这类酒柜比较适合年轻人，可以凸显出年轻人有活力的特点。总之，一个好的酒柜可以使家庭更加美观。

3酒柜设计注意事项

　　(1)规避光害性能。首先一般而言酒不能再太阳下暴晒，其次如果阳光经常直接晒到柜体上，时间久了，会使柜体变形等等。所以柜体一般都会使用完全不透光的门，完全将紫外线挡在门外，一般葡萄酒的收藏者没有看到自己的酒，会觉得心里不舒服，忐忑不安，因此玻璃门的酒柜很受人欢迎，而且有些玻璃还有滤除紫外线的功能呢。

　　(2)要具有通风，净化空气的功能。葡萄酒在陈放过程中会产生有害气体二氧化硫，而二氧化硫会危害到软木塞，进而劣化酒质。在酒窖中二氧化硫可以靠自然的通风排除掉，但在葡萄酒柜这种封闭的环境中，二氧化硫便会积存。一般而言十天开一次门让酒柜通风，就可排除掉二氧化硫。

5玻璃窗隔音膜

　　普通的窗玻璃即不能遮光，也不能隔热，带颜色的镀膜玻璃虽然能遮光，但又不能隔热。玻璃窗隔音膜很好地解决了以上问题。现在的玻璃窗隔音膜除了隔音效果之外，更有阻隔紫外线、保温等功能。

　　玻璃窗隔音膜作用

　　1、隔热保温

　　隔热贴膜在炎热的夏天能够阻隔50%以上的太阳光辐射热，使室内温度低于常温4-6度，人体倍感凉爽舒适，降低了空调的费用;在寒冷的冬季，玻璃贴膜有效减少玻璃热传递，减缓室内热量散发，保温相当于25CM厚的砖墙效果，更好的保持室内温度。

　　2、安全防爆，防止玻璃飞溅

　　由特殊聚酯膜作基材，膜本身有很强的韧性，并配合特殊的压力敏感胶和金属层。当玻璃遇到意外碰撞时，玻璃破裂后被粘牢在一起，碎片不会四处飞溅，提高玻璃的抗打击强度。

　　3、阻隔紫外线

　　玻璃贴膜的紫外线阻隔率高达99%,防止了因长期紫外线照射引起的皮肤黑色素沉淀导致的皮肤变黑、甚至是皮肤癌。同时还能够有效防止地板、地毯、窗帘、家具、艺术品、以及织物的褪色老化。

　　4、单向透视保护隐私

　　外侧屏蔽视线，从内可以看见外，从外看不到内，形成单向透视，保护隐私，营造私密空间，即不影响光线的摄入，又能使窗外景观清晰可辨，尤其是炎炎夏日让您居住空间尽享安逸隐秘，宁静舒适。

　　5、美观装饰

　　高贵品质，缤纷色彩，美化居室外观，提升装修档次和品位，构建和谐居家环境。

　　6、防止光污染

　　阻隔太阳眩光，防止光污染。玻璃膜有助于修正光照强区和背阳区温度的不均衡，并分散刺眼的、不舒服的眩光，舒缓疲劳，减少太阳对眼睛的伤害。

　　7、隔音降噪防磁辐射

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
