(1)低档水溶性涂料：称其低档，主要是它的成膜物是水溶性的，用湿布擦拭后会留下痕迹，且容易泛黄，价格便宜。主要是聚乙烯醇溶解在水中，再将其中加入颜料等其他助剂而成。但该涂料无毒、无臭、施工方便，所以目前消耗量仍最大。该种原料适用中低档居室或临时居室。  

  　　(2)乳胶漆：主要以水为介质，成膜物不溶于水，耐水性和耐侯性比较高，湿布擦拭后不留痕迹，并有平光、高光等不同装饰类型。  

  　　(3)多彩涂料：该涂料的成膜物质硝基纤维素，以水包油的形式漂在水中，一次喷涂的话可以形成多种颜色的花纹。  

  　　(4)液体墙纸、液体壁纸：这是目前与时俱进的材料，它性能环保，效果多样，可以根据个人喜爱进行量身定制，色彩任意调制，抗污性能比较强，具有较强的耐摩擦能力，施工方便，深受广发人民的喜爱。  

  　　(5)新型的泥类粉末涂料：泥性涂料，工艺配合专用模具施工。其主要材料是硅藻泥、海藻泥，是目前比较环保的涂料，深受消费者和设计师厚爱。  

  　　(6)仿瓷涂料：其装饰效果细腻、光洁、淡雅。  

  　　价格需要根据个人所需来定制：  

  　　(1)一般的涂料，油漆防腐涂料类在13-25元每千克。  

  　　(2)比较优质的涂料再30元以上或更贵的价格每千克。  

  　　(1)开罐后按37%的加水比例用电动搅拌机充分稀释搅拌均匀，形成无粉粒的膏糊状。静置数分钟后再搅拌一次，即可使用。  

  　　(2)用砂纸打磨墙壁后，用轻度清洁剂及水清洗干净墙面，让其干透，并清洗自己准备的优质工具，施工时避免工具黏上已失效的涂料。  

  　　(3)施工前应提前湿润墙面至无明水，也不要在潮湿或寒冷的天气(气温低于5℃，相对湿度大于85%情况下)施工，否则不能达到预期的涂装效果。  

  　　(4)施工的环境要注意通风，从而加快施工工程的进度，涂刷第二遍面漆时应该等到第一遍面漆初干后(2-4小时或更长时间)进行,使用中切忌将已干结的胶浆加水混合在用。  

  　　(5)最后一遍施工后24小时即使用细砂纸打磨，打磨时将刀痕轻轻磨平即可。  

  　　(6)施工完成后，已经稀释的涂料不可再倒回原包装，并在短时间内用完已开封开罐的涂料。  

  　　(7)完工后，要清理那些残留的污迹，工具的清洗，只需用肥皂和清水冲洗即可。  

  　　潜水艇地漏安装环境  

  　　T型地漏：地漏口位置没有改动，下水管口径为大于等于5cm，深度为大于等于8cm；U性地漏：地漏口位置没有改动，下水管口径为与T型一样，深度大于等于15cm，如果符合这两个尺寸的要求，就可以安装了。若地漏位置改动了（新加地漏或移位），或者下水管直径大于等于4cm，深度大于等于5cm，则应选用超薄地漏。  

  　　潜水艇地漏安装办法  

  　　1、拆掉旧地漏上的箅子和扣碗，让下水管能够露出来;  

  　　2、拿出新地漏的内芯和小面板;  

  　　3、将适量的白水泥砂浆分别涂在旧地漏口的内沿和新地漏大面板的下沿，覆盖在旧地漏口上。平面不要高于地面，略微比地面低，下水道口个排水口应对齐;  

  　　4、把潜水艇地漏内芯放进地漏框架中，然后旋紧，盖好箅子。
