(1)安全原则。安全原则是儿童房装修设计时首先要遵循的原则。儿童天性活泼、非常的喜欢动来动去，其缺乏自我的防范意识和保护意识，喜欢什么就去做，从来不考虑后果。因此我们在装修设计儿童房的时候，从孩子安全的角度去考虑，一定要更细心一点。从安全角度去考虑，我们在装修设计儿童房的时候，最好不要大面积的使用镜子和玻璃，最好选择没有锐利边角的家具。另外儿童房的电源插座要选用带有插座罩的，玩具架也不能太高，防止玩具掉落砸伤儿童。

  　　(1)儿童总是充满着朝气与活力，从风水的角度来说，儿童房最好能够选择黎明时最早能够接收到阳光能量的房间。因此我们可以把儿童房设置在住宅的东部或者是东南部。这两个方位对于孩子的健康成长非常的有利。  

  　　(2)从风水的角度去考虑，儿童房中床的朝向应该与父母床位的朝向一致，这样会有利于父母与孩子之间的相处。另外，床的摆放不应该靠近落地窗的位置上，因为这样安全。另外，儿童房床的旁边不应该放录音机，防止儿童的神经衰弱。

  　　FB新型复合屋面板集轻质、保温、隔热和防水等多种功能于一体。其外形尺寸为1200mm×700mm×100mm,该屋面板将屋面的保温、防水、找平等现场湿作业工序改为工厂化生产,提高了效率,屋面工程施工速度可提高2～3倍,比传统屋面的重量减轻约230kg/m2。
