于2010年4月1日正式实施国标GB/T24509-2009  ，其中规定防火木地板以纤维板、刨花板、胶合板等为基材，以涂料或浸渍纸为饰面材料，通过阻燃处理，达到一定阻燃等级，具有阻燃功能的木质复合地板，达到B1级的阻燃标准以及烟毒等级标准。  

  　　防火木地板兼有超耐磨特性，耐热、耐潮、耐酸碱、抗老化特点，完全适合公共场所和家庭使用。地板阻燃性有利于提高防火安全水平，是减少火灾损失的战略性措施之一。它尽力实现了低毒、低烟和无污染性，从而减少了建筑物的火灾荷载量，减缓了火势的蔓延，降低了材料燃烧时的烟气浓度和毒性，为火场疏散逃生创造条件。  

  　　防火木地板种类  

  　　一、耐磨复合实木地板  

  　　这种防火木地板又可以称为超耐磨多层实木地板，表面以无机钢化纤维材料与专用纸浸渍热固性氨基树脂，与胶合板或者细木工板等实木基材表面相结合作为饰面层，同时在正面加耐磨层，在反面加平衡层，然后通过热压加工成企口地板。这是新型的浸渍纸层压地板，兼具了强化地板的耐磨品质，实木地板的舒适和复合地板的稳定。  

  　　二、耐火塑木地板  

  　　塑木地板不是传统意义上的木地板，它是一种复合材料，又可以称为塑胶木，是利用回收塑料和木纤维等天然纤维经过高分子改性加工制成的材料，兼具塑料和木材的优点，同时又具有一定的耐火性，是一种非常具有发展潜力的环保材料。  

  　　三、防火强化复合木地板  

  　　这种防火木地板就是通常所说的防火阻燃地板，以纤维板、胶合板或刨花板为基材，用防火涂料或浸渍纸为饰面材料，然后通过防火阻燃技术处理后，具有一定阻燃等级的木质复合板。其特点更加偏向于强化地板，性能稳定，结构稳固，比较经久耐用。  

  　　2010年4月1日，防火阻燃地板新国标GB/T24509-2009正式开始实施，国家规定饭店、学校、娱乐等公众聚集场所和人员密集场所的装修材料必须达到一定的阻燃等级，否则不得通过消防安全检查。而事实上，家居装修同样需要考虑木地板的防火性能。  

  　　防火木地板选购  

  　　防火木地板主要的指标有两个，一是阻燃制品标识使用证书，二是国家消防部门认定通过的消防认证证书。目前，国内两项指标都通过的企业不超过20家。  

  　　防火木地板阻燃等级必须达到B1级的阻燃标准，但由于地板行业一直属于非标化严重的产业，加上监管力度的欠缺，不少商家甚至厂家都钻了用户对产品和标准不了解的空子。  

  　　建议大家在选购防火地板时一定要让商家提供相关证书，还是那句话，安全无小事。互联网时代，网购盛行，在此提醒大家在淘宝等网购平台购买防火地板时，尤其要注意认准证书，以免上当受骗。  

  　　地板作为一种重要的铺地材料，因易燃性是普通木质地板的致命弱点，因此在火灾环境中有着不可忽视的影响，在许多领域应用上受到限制。资料表明，火灾中，约80%的人是死于吸入有毒烟雾。在紧要关头，阻燃型防火木地板可以发挥防火、耐火的重要特性，为火灾中无助的生命争得一线生机。  

  　　现今为了美观和舒适，多使用强化地板，按标准要求铺地材料的燃烧性能不低于GB8624规定的Bfl级，且产烟毒性等级不低于t1级。普通地板难以达到标准的要求，所以添加了阻燃剂的防火木地板必将成为地板界的又一大亮点，主要用于公共场所的铺设，在商用方面的前景很好。  

  　　防火木地板在基材上采用了新研制低毒、低污染、阻燃效果持久、耐流失、耐潮、防腐、防虫、尺寸稳定等多功能的阻燃性胶合剂，它可以隔绝空气火源和可燃性气体或冲淡可燃气体物质使之不燃烧，从而改变木材的热裂解过程，以控制木材的燃烧。  

  　　同时不只在基材上运用先进的科技手段，还使用了防火的平衡层和三聚氢胺浸渍过的电脑图案防火装饰纸，该装饰纸成型后具有光泽佳、透明性佳、表面硬度高、耐磨、耐高温、耐撞击、耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐焰性、机械硬度、电绝缘性、耐电弧性良好及不易老化等特点，保证了地板表层的耐火阻燃性。

  　　1.检查浴缸缸体是否是完好的，所有零件都到位。重点检查马达位置的排管和质量。  

  　　2.将按摩浴缸放在安装位置之前，需给易漏水的地方填上硅胶做防水，需重点注意下水口和连接马达的部件水管位置。  

  　　3.需要不断调整地脚螺丝，令其安全着地以保证按摩浴缸呈水平状。接电板的四周需要做好防水措施，这也降低了漏电事故发生的可能性。

  　　吸音板安装施工技术  

  　　吸音板的铺设，关键是板的固定，根据龙骨的断面、吸音板边的处理及板材的类型，常分为三种固定方式。普通吸音板安装通常都以采用螺钉固定安装法。  

  　　1、吸音板(包括基层板和饰面板)用螺钉固定在龙骨上。金属龙骨大多采用自攻螺钉，木龙骨采用木螺丝。  

  　　2、用胶粘剂将吸音板(指饰面板)粘到龙骨上。  

  　　3、将吸音板(指饰面板)加工成企口暗缝的形式，龙骨的两条肢插入暗缝内，不用针，也不用胶，靠两条肢将板担住。
