塑料扣板与塑钢扣板有什么不同?可从这两方面来看：  

       

  　　(1)制作材料  

       

  　　塑料扣板主要成分是PVC塑料，它的特点在于防水性能强，还有阻止燃烧、隔绝热能的功能。但是在选购的时候要避免选到劣质的塑料扣板，因为这样的材质质量堪忧，很容易脆裂。塑钢扣板主要成分是聚氯乙烯，并且在制作的过程中还使用各类添加剂以及热塑性树脂。所以塑钢扣板的抗冲击也更强一些，并且耐候性稳定。不过塑钢扣板美中不足在于强度不够、容易变形。  

       

  　　(2)耐温性  

       

  　　塑钢扣板的耐温性比塑料扣板好一些，塑料扣板在高温的环境下，容易发生化学反应，从而释放有毒气体。  

  

      　　(1)  塑料扣板制作工艺成熟，所以表面的花色图案较多，消费者的选择余地大;  

         　　(2)  因为塑料扣板以PVC为原料加工成板材，具有轻薄、安装简易的特点。另外，塑料扣板的耐污染、防水性能都不错，清洗起来也方便;  

         　　(3)  塑料扣板在制作的工程中添加了阻燃材料，所以遇火即灭，安全性高;  

         　　(4)  塑料扣板的成本低、装饰效果好，是卫生间、厨房以及阳台吊顶的主打材料。  

  

      　　(1)  确定安装吊顶的尺寸。  

         　　在安装之前先要确定好尺寸，一般请教专业人员进行测量比较稳妥。第一步也是关键的一步，如果尺寸不合适对于后面的安装也是有影响的。  

         　　(2)  确定扣板的距离  

         　　测量好吊顶高度的收角距离，按照合适的间距分布轻钢龙骨，一般间距为1米比较合适。  

         　　(3)固定龙骨架  

         　　人们在安装扣板时，要根据顶棚的长度按照比例裁好扣板，以便于后面的安装。在裁切时需要使用锋利裁刀，然后用用钢尺压住弹线进行切裁，这样安装时，塑料扣板只要稍微弯曲就可以卡进去。扣板安装好后，两侧需要封口。另外，塑料扣板龙骨的间距一般为1米，全部装完后必须调整水平。  

         　　(4)安装扣板  

         　　塑料扣板是条状的，所以需要一块块按顺序并列扣在龙骨上，扣得时候要保持水平。塑料扣板在连接时需用专用龙骨连接件，安装时最好带着手套，这样安装之后可以保持板面的洁净。如不慎留下指印或污渍，可用洗洁精开水清洗后抹干即可。  

  

      

    

  　　人们在选购塑料扣板时，除了要检查产品的合格证与检验报告外，还要观察产品本身是否有缺陷。消费者可以通过“一看二摸三闻”这个口诀从外观、手感与气味来判断扣板的质量。合格的扣板的外观应该是表面没有划痕，光滑平整，也没有刺激性气味的。  

       

  

    

  　　第一、安装潜水泵前，先做检查。检查方法如下：  

       

  　　1、打开滤网，检查连轴器是否转动灵活。  

       

  　　2、把电泵垂直放立，灌满水，接好电缆，检查接头的绝缘电阻值。

  　　第四、潜水泵下井固定好后，开始测试机组是否有缺相、过载、过流、短路等现象。  

       

  　　第五、对缺相、过载、短路、灵敏度等进行调试，直至达到正常工作状态为止。  

  

    

  　　潜水泵在使用过程中，都会遇到一些常见故障，如：  

       

  　　1、漏电  

       

  　　解决方法：把电机拆下放在白炽灯下烘干，更换机械密封。  

       

  　　2、漏油  

       

  　　解决方法：更换油和密封盒。  

       

  　　3、通电后，叶轮不转  

       

  　　解决方法：更换轴承。  

       

  　　4、水泵出水无力、流量小  

       

  　　解决方法：在转子与轴承之间垫一个垫圈。  

       

  　　潜水泵维修注意事项  

       

  　　1、按照原装进行拆卸和装配。  

       

  　　2、自制线模大小要适宜，嵌线位置要精确，端部包扎要牢固。  

       

  　　3、调整好转子后，拧紧螺母。  

       

  　　4、给接头做好防水、绝缘的包扎。  

       

  　　5、做好准备工作再进行试验。

  地热管不热怎么办  1、管道压力不够  

       

  　　有的业户楼层过高或者是小区供暖未端，管道压力不够，导致供暖不理想，  

       

  　　解决方法：这种情况下需要找供暖公司或者找物业来解决，如果解决不了，建议安装循环泵来提高供热水的循环以达到理想的供热效果。  

       

  地热管不热怎么办  2、管道有气  

       

  　　地暖主杠热，回水杠不热，是管道里有气顶着，导致热水不能进入到回路里不能进行循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的放气阀把管道里的气打开，放气，直至放出热水。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  3、过滤器堵塞  

       

  　　供水主杠不热，有可能是供热水质太脏，导致过滤器堵塞，不能使其正常循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：将给水阀门和回水阀门都关闭，用扳手将过滤器排污口拧开，将过滤网取出来倒掉赃物后装回去，将排污口拧紧。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  4、地暖长期不清洗  

       

  　　管道结垢、淤泥锈垢、菌藻等，没有定期处理，长期附着在管路内壁上，使地暖采暖系统温度降低，出现故障，甚至造成地暖管路栓塞。  

       

  　　解决方法：一般来说地暖管道3—5年到清洗一次，地暖设备在每年地暖供暖以前都需要进行清理，地暖清洗应该由专业的地暖清洗公司完成。  

       

  　地热管不热怎么办  5、回路不匀  

       

  　　同一小区其他用户采暖效果好，而自家效果不好，地暖施工回路不匀。
