随着人们对于居住条件的高档化，地板打蜡已成为一种必需工序，虽说打蜡可以养护地板，但是在这过程中还是有一些注意事项需要了解的。  

  　　1、如果家里的地板从装修到现在已有好长时间，而且中间也已经进行过多次打蜡养护，那么在重新打蜡之前需先对地板进行起蜡处理。  

  　　2、因为地板蜡本身属于易燃易爆的危险品，在给地板打蜡的过程中，地板蜡中的挥发物质会变成固体附着在地板上，随着空气中的挥发物含量逐渐增大到一定程度，遇明火就会出现燃烧的情况。所以在给地板打蜡时应保持门窗打开通风，不要在打蜡场所吸烟等等。  

  　　3、为防止地板蜡在施工操作时污染到踢脚线和家具，所以在打蜡前，最好先将家具移走，并用胶带纸或其他东西将踢脚线遮住，等到地板蜡晾干以后，再将这些家具复原。  

  　　4、为防止地板出现难以消除的痕迹和损伤，在地板打蜡的过程中，尽量不要直接将地板蜡倒在地板上，并且注意避免砂砾等尖锐物混进地板蜡中。  

  　　5、在完成地板打蜡操作后，需留出一个小时左右的干燥时间。注意：在地板蜡未完全干燥前，禁止在地板上走动。

  　　3、高档木蜡  

  　　使用方法：先用海绵将其涂抹在所要进行养护的地板上，等到地板蜡晾干以后(约40分钟)，再用毛巾用力抛光就行。  

  　　特点：抛光容易，具有保护蜡膜和润泽效果，更适合家庭使用。因高档木蜡的主要成文是天然蜂蜡，在36℃以上呈现透明状，36℃以下呈半透明固状。  

  　　注意事项：高档木蜡每瓶可使用100㎡，使用周期至少要间隔180天。  

  　　一般来说，拼装地板的缝隙都比较明显，而这些缝隙的藏灰能力又比较强，如果想要保持空间整洁度，需要经常清洁地面，建议大家在门口处放置一块摩擦垫，可避免将户外泥土带进居室内。除此之外，这种地板不宜长期处于高温环境中，如果空调温度调的太高，会加速地板老化的速度，建议大家经常给居室通风，能减少板材发霉的可能性。
