(1)双向钢筋的空间分隔较为灵活，有利于抗震，同时节省材料;  

  　　(2)双向钢筋可以灵活的配合建筑平面的布置，合理化的安排建筑结构;  

  　　(3)双向钢筋构造便于采用装配式结构，有效提高施工的效率;  

  　　(4)  双向钢筋结构的整体性、刚度较好、设计处理也不错，能达到较好的抗震效果，并且随意浇筑所需的形状;  

  　　(5)双向钢筋的结构是属于柔性结构框架，在强烈地震下，会产生严重的水平移位，造成严重的非结构性破损;  

  　　(6)由于所需的水泥和钢材用量较大，构件种类较复杂，工作量大，施工容易受到季节和环境的影响。  

  　　(1)尽量不要在实木复合门的门扇上面悬挂过于贵重的物品。另外应该尖锐物对于门扇的磕碰。  

  　　(2)开启或者关闭实木复合门的时候，不要用力过猛，也不要用力撞击实木复合门。  

  　　(3)擦洗实木复合门的时候，我们最好选择软布清洗实木复合门，不要用硬布擦实木复合门，从而防止硬布划伤门扇的表面。  

  　　选择节能插座，最主要在看他的节能率(是不是整套设备可以一起节能)，其次看它是否能保护电器(防雷击，清除电力垃圾)，还有要看它的材质等，另外一个需要注意的是查看节能插座的使用寿命，对电器有无特殊性保护作用等。原则指导上，用户选购时应该根据自己的需求合理选择节能插座产品。  

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
