和其他材质的工艺品相比，核桃工艺品算是年轻的一种。目前主要是进入旅游市场，近些年来旅游的人数、次数越来越多，旅游市场在不断升温，核桃工艺品的销量也越来越好。制作核桃工艺品需要的成本比较低、而且技术也不难，变废为宝的同时，还能享受视觉美感。  

       

  　　核桃工艺品古朴自然，又不失精美大气;而且核桃是吉祥之物，“核”字与“和”“合”谐音，象征着和气生财、家和万事兴，不仅仅是一个吉祥工艺品，也是送礼的好选择，深受大众喜爱。核桃的保健性能和观赏实用性决定着它的收藏价值，所以核桃工艺品具有非常可观的升值空间。  

  

    

  　　核桃工艺品制作前要做好各方面的准备，比如工艺品的造型、尺寸规格、原材料的选择等。根据所需要的工艺品的大小尺寸设计好合适的模具，还要对核桃进行加工处理，切成片状、去除果肉、磨片等。  

       

  　　(1)设计。这是重要的一步，不仅需要设计灵感，而且还需要各方面的精细尺寸，才能展现最佳的造型。  

       

  　　(2)选料。基本要求就是外表没有裂纹、没有划痕缺口的，然后再考虑色泽、纹理等。核桃的质量越好，做出的镂空效果更完美。  

       

  　　(3)切片。纵向或者横向把一整个核桃切成核桃片，纵向切割保持核桃片高度在1.8-2.4cm之间，横向切割保证核桃片的厚度在0.8cm左右;切割的时候要用夹子固定核桃，保证安全。  

       

  　　(4)去除果仁。这一步需要使用尖锐的硬物进行处理，要细心，以防破坏核桃内部的结构。  

       

  　　(5)磨片。借助砂轮即可，根据所需要的形状进行打磨。  

       

  　　前期准备工作完成之后，就可以开始具体的造型制作。制作过程主要分为粘贴、脱模、抛光、清理和上漆几个部分，下面具体解释一下。  

       

  　　粘贴：根据所设计的造型对核桃片进行粘贴，可以在乳胶里加入着色剂，使其色彩与核桃相近。  

       

  　　脱模：从模具上取下半成品，但是要注意用力适当。  

       

  　　抛光：这一步包括内抛光、外抛光和整体抛光。  

       

  　　清理：用小刷子把里里外外的碎皮清干净。  

       

  　　上漆：一般要上两遍，第一遍的漆干了之后再进行第二遍上漆。  

  

    

  　　由于品牌不同、核桃品质和工艺的好差，核桃工艺品价格也会有所不同。下面列举几个例子，对核桃工艺品价格进行介绍。

　　区别如下：

    

　　1、成分含量不同。

    

　　304：碳(C)≤0.08、硅(Si)≤1.00、锰(Mn)≤2.00、磷(P)≤0.045、硫(S)≤0.03、铬(Cr)18-20、镍(Ni)8-10

    

　　201：碳(C)≤0.15、硅(Si)≤1.00、锰(Mn)5.5-7.5、磷(P)≤0.05、硫(S)≤0.03、铬(Cr)16-18、镍(Ni)3.5-5.5

    

　　2、组成不同。

    

　　201组成为17Cr-4.5Ni-6Mn-N，是节Ni钢种，301钢的替代钢。

    

　　304组成为18Cr-9Ni，耐热钢。

    

　　3、应用范围不同。

    

　　304应用范围比较广，一般多用于食品生产设备、昔通化工设备、核能等。

    

　　201多用于铁路车辆等。

    

　　4、质量不同。

    

　　304多为进口不锈钢材，201是国产不锈钢材。

    

　　304质量要比201好，价格也贵一点。

    

　　5、耐腐性不同。

    

　　304不锈钢材的耐腐蚀性要强于201的。

  

    

　　一般情况下，304不锈钢材是很难生锈的，因为它具有很强的耐腐蚀性。但是在一些特殊环境下，它是有可能会生锈的，比如与含有氯离子的食盐、海水、土壤等接触会生锈;没有经过固溶处理也会生锈。

  　　304不锈钢材硬度：一般有两个标尺，一个是HRC，一个是HRB，HRC是88-96，HRB是32-46之间。  

  

    

          当ppr水管漏水了，我们该怎么办?不要光呆看着而束手无措了，可以这样做：             

       

          1.用小钢锯将水管漏水的地方锯掉，注意，锯口要是平整的。             

       

          2.拿一张砂纸打磨新露出的端口，动作应轻轻的，不需要打磨得太多。             

       

          3.用一块干净布擦拭端口。             

       

          4.将专用胶水涂于ppr水管的端口上，稍晾一会儿，期间在“竹节”的接头内涂上胶水。             

       

          5.ppr水管的两端都将端口与“竹节”相连，并反复转动直至牢固。             

       

          6.待上述过程结束后，于接缝处涂抹适量的胶水，避免出现渗漏的现象。  

  

    

          是中纤板好，还是实木颗粒板好，将两者的优缺点进行对比：             

       

  　　中纤板：             

       

          1.优点：材质细腻，裁切面封边做得好，不易开胶，方便制成各种造型，因此常用来制作门板或背板。             

       

          2.缺点：其基材为粉末类，使用的胶水较颗粒板的多，因此容易有环保问题。另外，因中纤板胶水含量多，内部结构空间少，因此防潮性差，极易变形。             

       

  　　实木颗粒板：             

       

          1.优点：该板材内部结构为交叉错落，握钉力好。板材的密度比较高，木质纤维颗粒比较大，有更多的天然木材本质，黏胶剂使用量通常低于5%，更具环保特点。此外，该板材变形小，尺寸稳定性好，强度高，因此即便挂上重物也不容易变形。             

       

          2.因其平整度不够，所以不易做弧度和造型。
