  　　一、诱虫光源  

       

  　　杀虫灯的性能首先取决于诱虫光源的性能。诱虫光源的性能主要是由光谱范围和光强所决定。在320～680nm长波紫外光和可见光的光谱范围内，光谱范围越宽，诱虫种类越多，光强越大有效面积越大。光强又取决于光源的种类和功率。有史以来，诱虫光源有火堆、煤油灯、白炽灯、荧光灯、紫外灯、高压汞灯、双波灯、频振灯、节能灯、节能宽谱诱虫灯、LED灯等，名目繁多。  

       

  　　目前生产的各种杀虫灯一般都以汞灯作诱虫光源。各种汞灯的节能效率、诱虫效果，也各有差异：  

       

  　　1、紫外灯：就是黑光灯，330-400nm的长波紫外光，是人类不敏感、看不见的光，所以紫外灯叫做黑光灯。多种害虫对长波紫外光敏感，但普通直管紫外灯能耗较高。  

       

  　　2、双波灯：包括3色灯，这是个比较模糊不确切的命名。一般指两种单色光波灯，这种诱虫灯光谱狭窄，诱虫种类少，其能耗受灯的基本类型决定。  

       

  　　3、频振灯：这是一种不科学、不准确的命名。国家标准GB/T24689.2-2009《植物保护机械  频振式杀虫灯》中，定义频振为将电源转化为多种特定频率的技术，此定义从语文角度就是病句，从科学角度更不成立。光就是按一定频率振动的波，一切电转换光的光源都是将电能转化为多种特定频率的光波，按此定义，各种电转换光的灯都应称为“频振灯”，所以这是不正确的。  

       

  　　目前市面上所谓“频振灯”，其实就是直管紫外灯和直管荧光灯组合，这种组合光源诱虫种类多，效果好，但耗能较高，需外加镇流器，安装使用较麻烦。  

       

  　　4、节能灯：正式名称为“紧凑型单端荧光灯”。单端荧光灯用电量比普通白炽灯节省80%，可方便地直接取代白炽灯，但光谱只有可见光，诱虫种类少。  

       

  　　5、节能宽谱诱虫灯：是在普通节能灯基础上，为杀虫灯研发的专用光源。在紧凑型单端荧光灯的灯头上，安装日光和紫外光两种发光灯管的诱虫光源。这种诱虫光源用电量比普通白炽灯节省80%，光谱覆盖320～680nm，诱虫种类多、效果好，而且安装使用方便。  

       

  　　二、杀虫部件  

       

  　　杀虫部件是杀虫灯的主要功能部件，有电击式、水溺式、毒杀式、粘连式等方式。  

       

  　　1、电击式杀虫灯：杀虫部件主要结构包括高压发生器(升压器)、杀虫网。  

       

  　　(1)高压发生器：高压发生器是把220V交流电或4-12V直流电，上升到2000-3000V，用以电击触碰杀网的害虫。升高低电压的工作原理有两种，一种是利用电磁感应原理，一种是利用倍压整流原理。根据两种原理，也就研发出两类高压发生器。  

       

  　　(2)杀虫网：杀虫网结构有两种形式：横式杀虫网和竖式杀虫网。  

       

  　　A、横式杀虫网：基本结构包括裸金属丝和绕线柱。  

       

  　　B、竖式杀虫网：基本结构包括裸金属丝和固定圈。  

       

  　　(裸金属丝必须选择耐腐蚀、不易氧化的材料，一般采用不锈钢丝、镀镍丝、合金丝)  

       

  　　2、水溺式杀虫灯  

       

  　　杀虫部件是水体和挡虫板。  

       

  　　(1)水体：可以利用自然水体、在灯下设置杀虫池(集虫池)，也可用水盆。  

       

  　　(2)水溺式杀虫灯有两种结构：有挡虫板和无挡虫板两种。有挡虫板结构包括三块挡虫板和固定圈。挡虫板的材料主要有三类：透明玻璃、透明塑料或有色塑料;有色塑料以黄色为主，有诱集蚜虫作用。挡虫板以放射状固定在诱虫光源周围，挡虫板之间夹角为120°。无挡虫板杀虫灯的杀虫效果不及有挡虫板杀虫灯。  

       

  　　3、毒杀式杀虫灯和粘连式杀虫灯  

       

  　　杀虫主要部件分别为盛有挥发性化学农药的毒瓶和粘虫纸(板)，使用不多，效果也不太好。  

       

  　　三、集虫部件、保护部件和支撑部件  

       

  　　集虫部件、保护部件和支撑部件都是杀虫灯的辅助部件。  

       

  　　1、集虫部件：  

       

  　　(1)电击式杀虫灯集虫部件主发包括：漏斗、防逃器和集虫器(袋);防逃器是为了防止被击剑倒而未死亡的大型昆虫，在杀虫灯天亮停止工作后从漏斗口逃逸的专用部件。  

       

  　　(2)水溺式杀虫灯集虫部件就是水体或养殖动物的腹腔。  

       

  　　2、保护部件：主要就是雨篷。  

       

  　　3、支撑部件，主要包括：主柱、支架、横担等。  

  

    

  　　1.安装铝合金机匣横梁  

       

        安装时注意使之保持水平，误差为1mm，如不水平会导致门体行走时出现力道不均匀的现象，造成机器寿命降低。  

       

  　　2.门体吊挂的安装  

       

  　　用附带的门体吊挂螺栓组件把吊架装置安装到门体上指定位置。  

       

  　　3.限位装置安装  

       

  　　拧松限位器的安装螺栓,把限位器装置确定嵌入到动力梁的导轨上。首先移动门体确定门体的开闭位置，然后确定限位器的位置,设定限位器装置的位置时，应使吊挂装置碰到限位器的胶垫后停止,用六角扳手确实拧紧固定安装螺栓。  

       

  　　4.门体的高度及缝隙调整  

       

  　　拧松固定吊架用螺母，进行调整螺栓的安全调整，拧紧固定吊架用螺母。确认行走时的阻力,确认门移动是没有滞重现象，而且没有摩擦声音，门体与门框之间是否有摩擦。门体动扇与地面高度一般保持在10mm。动扇与定扇之间缝隙为5mm。  

       

  　　5.皮带张力的调整  

       

  　　将张紧轮装置向左用力拉，使皮带保持绷紧，然后拧紧四个压板螺栓。拧松四个调节固定螺栓，沿顺时针方向旋转张力调整螺栓，调整皮带张力，拧紧四个调节板固定螺栓。  

       

  　　6.地轮的安装  

       

  　　在安装时地轮的中心位置根据门体动扇宽度的一半加上5mm。  

       

  　　7.控制系统的调整  

       

        在正常情况下不用去调整，保持出厂设定为好。  

       

  　　8.探头的安装  

       

  　　安装前用螺丝刀从探头后部将探头外壳开启。将盒内贴图放置到要安装位置，按图打孔，将探头线从引出线孔穿出。将电线穿过引出线孔，拧紧两个螺钉，要保留的电线足以接到接线板上。调整探头照射的角度根据现场环境选择合适的角度，调整时注意不要用手接触到平面天线。  

       

  　　9.安装完成后检查  

       

        安装完成后将门动扇关闭，检查门体动扇活动区域没有无障碍物，探头照射区域没有活动人员的情况下进行通电。第一次通电时，门体以慢速缓慢运动以记录门体行程。  

  

    

  地热管不热怎么办  1、管道压力不够  

       

  　　有的业户楼层过高或者是小区供暖未端，管道压力不够，导致供暖不理想，  

       

  　　解决方法：这种情况下需要找供暖公司或者找物业来解决，如果解决不了，建议安装循环泵来提高供热水的循环以达到理想的供热效果。  

       

  地热管不热怎么办  2、管道有气  

       

  　　地暖主杠热，回水杠不热，是管道里有气顶着，导致热水不能进入到回路里不能进行循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的放气阀把管道里的气打开，放气，直至放出热水。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  3、过滤器堵塞  

       

  　　供水主杠不热，有可能是供热水质太脏，导致过滤器堵塞，不能使其正常循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：将给水阀门和回水阀门都关闭，用扳手将过滤器排污口拧开，将过滤网取出来倒掉赃物后装回去，将排污口拧紧。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  4、地暖长期不清洗  

       

  　　管道结垢、淤泥锈垢、菌藻等，没有定期处理，长期附着在管路内壁上，使地暖采暖系统温度降低，出现故障，甚至造成地暖管路栓塞。  

       

  　　解决方法：一般来说地暖管道3—5年到清洗一次，地暖设备在每年地暖供暖以前都需要进行清理，地暖清洗应该由专业的地暖清洗公司完成。

  　　同一小区其他用户采暖效果好，而自家效果不好，地暖施工回路不匀。
