(1)蓄水隔热法：利用水体既可以为使用者提供良好的景观或是游泳活动空间又可以起到隔热的效果。通常情况是在屋顶搭建水池，并注入200mm-600mm的水并栽植适量植物营造良好的景观点，既满足使用者观赏功能又能隔热;或是浇筑泳池，两者都需要充分考虑屋顶的防水工作。  

  　　(2)绿色植物法：此类方法现在被大量使用，既环保节约成本又能达到很好的隔热效果。通常是建造小型屋顶花园或是利用盆景营造小型绿色景观。屋顶花园需要考虑承重能力和基层土壤的厚度，此类方法效果最佳也提高了绿化率。此外还可以利用爬山虎或者地锦等攀藤植物将墙壁遮掩起来，能有效的隔热。  

  　　(3)木箱隔热法：成本最低，对动手能力和后期维护要求不高。根据房顶的面积大小制定大小适宜的木箱，并在其中放置泡沫保温板。但要注意进行防火措施，以防止木箱燃烧发生危险。此类方法多用于室外，因室内环境需要美观而且会影响室内的高度。  

  　　(4)搭建遮阳棚：成本较高，但提供了额外的室外活动空间。搭建的类型和材料多样，搭建的形式也多变。需注意的是搭建要合理否则会影响建筑体正常采光。  

  　　(5)防晒涂料法：指的是在屋顶涂抹多层隔热涂料，反射大量太阳光避免太阳的热能在屋顶累积。  

  　　(6)隔热砖块、隔热膜等：利用隔热性能好的各类材料进行铺设，以此来达到隔热效果。但要根据建筑体的屋顶使用需要来进行选择，避免影响正常使用。  

           屋顶隔热的材料考虑到挡光、挡雨、保湿、降温的能力，也需要考虑抗老化性能(使用年限)、耐高温能力、厚度重量以及成本。  

  　　(1)植物植栽;类：宜采用植株矮、根系浅的植物。高大的乔木根系深，树冠大，而屋顶的风力大土层太薄，容易被风吹倒。若加重土层，会大大增加重量。因此通常种植根系较浅，耐寒，耐旱的植物：佛甲草、油麻常春藤、木槿、扶桑和玫瑰、散尾葵等植物。  

  　　(2)岩棉板：特点是防火性能强、阻燃、吸湿性强，能有效防止火灾，但保温效果不佳。  

  　　(3)聚氨酯发泡材料：保温效果较好，强度高，耐损伤，但价格偏高。  

  　　(4)XPS板：保温效果极佳，强度高，耐湿性强，在施工前需要对表面进行额外处理。  

  　　(5)EPS板：保温效果较好，但强度较差。价格便宜因此被大量使用。  

            纵观建筑体的整体，我们可知建筑的屋顶是建筑外部结构中会受到室外环境影响最大的一个部分，热环境影响则是其中最明显的一个因素。特别在一些夏天炎热冬天寒冷的地区，则更是重视屋顶隔热的作用。此类地区有非常显著的特点：夏季时间较长且长期处于闷热的状况，而冬季时间短切阴湿例如福建浙江广东等地。以上地区需要兼顾隔热和保温的作用，夏季要隔热冬季则要保温。  

  　　建筑体主要功能是供人使用，因此要考虑到人的感受。提高使用者的舒适度，保证使用者长时间在其中时不会受到影响，屋顶隔热就能起到很好的调节作用。  

  　　(1)尽量不要在实木复合门的门扇上面悬挂过于贵重的物品。另外应该尖锐物对于门扇的磕碰。  

  　　(2)开启或者关闭实木复合门的时候，不要用力过猛，也不要用力撞击实木复合门。  

  　　(3)擦洗实木复合门的时候，我们最好选择软布清洗实木复合门，不要用硬布擦实木复合门，从而防止硬布划伤门扇的表面。  

  　　选择节能插座，最主要在看他的节能率(是不是整套设备可以一起节能)，其次看它是否能保护电器(防雷击，清除电力垃圾)，还有要看它的材质等，另外一个需要注意的是查看节能插座的使用寿命，对电器有无特殊性保护作用等。原则指导上，用户选购时应该根据自己的需求合理选择节能插座产品。  

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
