(1)不易燃烧。水泥压力板是国内公认的一种防火性能优越的板材，被广泛用在各种公共场所，正常的板材经过高温锻造之后，其表面也容易起火，然而水泥压力板不会，发生火灾时，依旧能保持常态。  

  　　(2)绝缘性好。水泥板材在制作的过程中，添加了天然纤维，这不仅让板材质量更轻，而且还有了较强的绝缘性。家庭装修时，可以将水电线路放置在水泥压力板表面。就算电路发生故障，存在漏电风险，水泥压力板也能将电流有效阻隔，最大限度减少对人有可能造成的伤害。  

  　　(3)适合作为户外材料使用。户外使用的板材对其性能要求比较高，需要具备耐高温、耐腐蚀的特性。水泥压力板是经过高温压制而成，板材的收缩比低，无论户外温度多高或者多低，压力板表面不变形、不弯曲。雨水中含有一定量的酸碱物质，一般板材长期被雨水侵蚀后，容易受到损坏，而水泥压力板则具有较强的耐腐蚀性，不会存在这种情况。  

  　　市面上水泥压力板的尺寸基本都是1200mm×2400mm和1200mm×2440mm的，其中，前者是板材的长度，而后者是板材的宽度，水泥压力板的厚度主要有2.5mm、3mm、5mm和6mm，可满足消费者的不同需求。当然，作为一种板材，它是可以切割的，如果消费者有特殊的尺寸要求也是可以满足的。  

  　　(1)准备阶段。在板材安装之前，首先要对安装区域进行一个测量，知道其尺寸之后对水泥压力板进行切割。板材与板材之间的连接需要依靠螺丝，对板材切割完成之后，要提前钻孔，钻孔大小与螺丝大小保持一致。  

  　　(2)连接龙骨。在连接压力板与龙骨之前，最好配有橡胶垫或者塑料垫，放在二者中间，既起到了找平的作用，而且也能对声音起到有效阻隔。如果所用到的材料是木龙骨，那么建议用圆钉连接，如果是轻钢龙骨，那么旋转螺丝所起到的固定性更强。  

  　　(3)放置方向。一般来说，如果水泥压力板安装在墙面上，那么应该为纵向放置，如果用水泥压力板作为天花板吊顶，那么板材既可横向放置，也能纵向放置。在安装的过程中，注意将水泥压力板与地面龙骨保持一定距离。  

  　　(4)水泥压力板固定。水泥压力板钻孔时，要注意孔的位置不能太靠边沿，应该与其中两个横截面的距离保持为10毫米。用普通的圆钉固定时，圆钉与左右横截面也必须保持10毫米距离，利用外部力量，将圆钉头部钉入压力板中，水泥压力板才能算是固定好了。  

  　　水泥压力板作为一种优质的防火板材，其价格也并不是很贵。常见的水泥压力板价格是以平米计算的，大约每平米需要15元到60元，有部分商家将水泥压力板按张数来计算价格，每张的尺寸在1200mm×2400mm×5mm到1200mm×2400mm×25mm之间，价格大约为25元到30元之间。

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
