　　卧室照明的整体氛围强调的是温馨，相比房间里供日常起居之需的主灯，床头灯还兼具着主人床头阅读、更衣、梳妆的局部照明需要，不仅如此，如果布置得当，它还能起到调节卧室情调、美化居室的作用。可以说，床头灯是集普通照明、局部照明、装饰照明三种功能于一身。因此，床头灯的光照效果应当明亮且柔和，能够营造一种温馨的格调。床头灯的光线趋于柔和，主要是为了符合人们夜间的心理状态，刺眼的灯光只会打消您的睡意，令眼睛感到不适。

　　床头灯高度一般是安装在卧室大概1.2米~1.6米左右的位置，这样既能保证床头灯灯光能够照射到床上，又可以对整个房间起到一定的装饰功能，开关位置在0.8米~1.0米高度不等。

1、床头台灯应高于坐卧姿势

　　如果选择了台灯作床头灯，又有在睡觉前阅读的习惯，那就要注意让台灯的光照范围略高于自己的坐卧姿势。因为台灯的高度如果与人躺在床上的高度一致或略低，在看书的时候，由于光线不能直射书本而容易让眼睛感到不适。所以，出于阅读的需要，除了要将床头台灯的位置调高外，还可以在床头的背景墙上安装一盏可调光的壁灯。

2、选择壁灯须预留电线头

　　壁灯的安装位置一般是在床头的上方，或中间一个双头壁灯，或两边各一盏，但要提醒的是，如果在装修前没有在墙上预留电线头，那就最好不要选择壁灯作床头照明。因为壁灯往往安装在靠墙的中间位置，没有暗线，就需要依壁灯的位置在墙上拉一条电线，这样光洁的墙面就显得不美观了。

3、床头灯开关应伸手可触

　　无论是选择台灯、壁灯，还是落地灯作床头灯，都要考虑到灯具是否便于开关和调节。由于不同类型的灯具其摆放、安装的位置也不尽相同，或依床边立一盏纤细的落地灯，或在胡桃木的床头柜上安放一盏欧式台灯，或床头的墙面装上小巧的壁灯。如果床头灯的开关不能让人躺着时伸手可触，那正当昏昏欲睡想要熄灯时，就得再次大动作费劲地找开关或调节亮度，这样一来睡意恐怕也所剩无几了。

4、节能灯不可调光

　　由于节能灯本身就是低耗能灯，相比普通灯泡发同样的光可以很省电。如果再用节能灯作可调节的光，那节能灯就会因频繁的变换光效而减低使用寿命。所以要选择可调节的光源时，应以购置普通灯泡为宜。

　　6、事先考虑布线，每种灯的布线方式都不同，吊灯和壁灯需要在天花板和墙壁上预先埋线，台灯和落地灯要在墙上预留插口。

　　床头灯价格的多少，受它的材质、造型，及品牌效应等情况影响。造型美观大方，或别致精巧的，价格自然会高些，而材质做工良好的，价格也自然高了。便宜的十几元的都有，质量好些的，几十元至几百元的也不错，往上的就更显高档了。建议大家挑选产品时，还是认准品牌为好，质量和售后都较佳，不要图便宜就买。
