酒吧酒柜指的是酒吧专门用于酒类储存及展示的柜子，一般的酒柜采用电子、木板、PVC等材质组合的酒柜，存放酒的数量比较多，所以专门用于酒吧储存酒。一般我们把酒柜分为新潮红酒柜,电子恒温酒柜,红酒储藏柜  欧式酒柜,双温酒柜等等类型，每隔类型的酒柜都有各自的性能及特点。

  　　酒柜的保养：  

       

  　　1.酒柜要摆正、保持酒柜的平稳，同时应避免重物倾轧。  

       

  　　2.表面注意酒柜的清洁卫华，除了定时用棉布清洁表面浮沉外，犄角旮旯处的积尘也要清扫干净。每半年还要更换一次酒柜上方通气孔的活性碳过滤器。每两年清理一次冷凝器(酒柜背面的金属网)上的灰尘。表面有污渍时，千万不要使劲猛擦，可以用温茶水去除，然后涂上一些光蜡，轻轻磨拭几次以形成保护膜，最好每年能对酒柜进行一次全方位的大清洗。  

       

  　　3.酒柜应做好防晒、通风防潮防腐工作。实木酒柜应避免阳光直射，在冬天，最好将其搬离据取暖流1米左右的地方。在做好防晒工作的同时还应做好防腐防潮工作。实木酒柜应放在室温恒定，空气流通顺畅的地方，在它四周10米之内最好不要放置任何物品，以免阻碍空气的流通。  

       

  　　4.　一年或两年换一次层架，以免实木层架变形和腐蚀对酒有所影响，在搬动实木酒柜时还用注意轻拿轻放，避免尖锐器物在酒柜上留下划痕。
