(1)如果衣柜只有挂衣区与叠放区，对于裤子这种比较长的衣服来说，只能放置在叠放区。虽然在衣柜的空间收纳上问题不大，但是这种做法非常容易让裤子形成褶皱。这种情况下，衣柜里面有个裤架就能很好的解决这个问题。  

  　　(2)衣柜裤架可以放家里西裤、领带、正装，还有其他一些不宜折叠衣服都可以收纳在衣柜裤架上，有效提高整个衣柜空间的收纳效率。  

  　　(3)目前衣柜裤架的材质一般都是铝镁合金制作而成，裤架上也设置了防止的裤子滑落的防滑条，这样可以避免花落出现的皱褶，可以有效保证衣物的整体美观性。  

  　　(4)衣柜裤架除了方便衣服的存取之外，也在一定程度上增加了衣柜存放量。衣柜裤架的底部安装有导轨，可以一下全部拉出柜体，使用非常方便。而且裤架一般都的安装在衣柜的中间，对衣柜空间利用的更加充分，避免了空间的浪费。  

  　　(5)衣服裤架的设计减少了衣物的褶皱情况，同时也降低了衣物频繁熨烫的问题，减少对衣物的损伤。  

  　　(6)衣柜裤架也对衣柜空间进行了分隔，人们可以把不同的衣物摆放在不同的空间，一定程度上满足了人们的个性化需求。  

           说了这么多衣柜裤架的优点，对于要设计衣柜裤架的用户，应该最关心尺寸问题，这里也来跟大家详细说一下。  

  　　(1)深度  

  　　一般的衣柜深度在600mm-650mm之间，对于这种尺寸的衣柜，减掉滑动门最低深度90mm，  背板厚度最低20mm，衣柜裤架的深度范围基本在490mm—540mm之间，宽度并没有明确的限制。一般来说，衣柜裤架基本安装在个抽屉、格子架下面，因而裤架的宽度一般都跟抽屉与格子架的宽度保持一致，也就是最少要有480mm。  

  　　(2)高度  

  　　说完了衣柜的深度，我们再来说一下高度的问题。衣柜裤架的高度，简单来说就是裤架管到地板的净空间。因为衣柜裤架一般放在格子架或者抽屉下面，而格子架、抽屉的高度一般在160mm到200mm之间，衣柜裤架所需要的净空间，也就是裤架管之下，至少需要600mm，按照这么推算，衣柜裤架的高度至少需要700mm，比这个尺寸再小的话，就容易碰到底板了。  

           介绍衣柜裤架材质之前，先要跟大家说一下衣柜裤架的组成。衣柜裤架一般由三个部分组成，导轨、裤架管与裤架边框。品牌厂商的库管架一般用的都是铝镁合金、铝钛合金这类比较耐磨耐用的合金材质，导轨的材质也跟库管架相同。但是裤边框的材质就不大一样，金属、实木、塑胶等都有，部分库边框的材质与衣柜所用材质相同，采用中纤板等材料。  

  　　虽然适合做成裤边框的材质比较多，但是具体到每种材质，又各有优缺点。实木美观又耐看，但是容易热胀冷缩，受天气的影响比较大。塑胶材质虽然结实且不受天气影响，但是环保性不如其他材质。所以目前使用比较多的是合金边框与板石边框，这两种材质不论是环保性还是实用性，以及外观上都比较好，但是成本要比其他的材质稍微高一些。材质的选择严重影响到产品的使用寿命，所以在选择时一定要慎重。
