常见的承重墙改造误区主要有这几个：  

  　　误区一：承重墙可以随便改  

  　　承重墙体的结构是不能够随便改动的。人们如果随意改动承重墙，会对房屋结构造成不可挽回的损害，严重影响房屋的结构稳定。因此，对于承重墙，人们应该谨记“不可拆、不能动”的态度。  

  　　误区二：承重墙能拆除  

  　　一般来讲，承重墙是不可以拆除的。因为承重墙是承担建筑上部楼层的重要支撑墙体，如果将其拆除，会影响整栋建筑的安全稳定性，严重的还可能会导致建筑倒塌，造成严重的安全事故。  

  　　误区三：承重墙能开门  

  　　承重墙除了不能拆、不能改之外，还不能开门。有些人认为，不拆承重墙，只是在墙上开道门应该不会影响承重墙的性能。但这种想法是错误的，即使是在承重墙上开道小门，也会影响承重墙的安全性。处于安全考虑，建议人们还是不要敲动承重墙。

  　　在制造业中可以用于汽车制动系统零件、发动机零件、变速箱高温垫片、半导体用工具、高温传感器探头、特种电子连接器、分析仪器零件、特种电缆护套、电熨斗、微波炉耐热零部件等等需要长期接触高温环境的零部件。
