压花玻璃，是指表面具有凹凸不平的花纹的玻璃，也被称为滚花玻璃，属于平板玻璃的一种，主要的工艺手段为辊法。最抓哟的特点是透光不透明，是一种很好的防隐私的玻璃。

　　压花玻璃主要用于卫生间、隔断、玻璃门、玻璃窗等地方，相对于普通的传统平面玻璃来说，其透光但是不透明，装饰性好，实用性强。

　　压花玻璃用途注意事项

　　1、压花玻璃如果安装在室内的装饰上，那么需要将有压花的一面安装在内侧，因为压花玻璃有一个特点，沾水后会很容易使得玻璃受到影响，然后变得透亮，从而加强的透视性能。而作为浴室门窗或者屋内隔断，那么需要将花纹朝外，这样的话可以防水浸湿。

　　2、压花玻璃透视性能也要看种类，例如菱形或者方形的压花玻璃，靠近后很容易看到里面，隐私性就不会很强，所以适合当隔断。

　　3、压花玻璃不仅适用于防隐私，其实美观性能也很强，适合用于屏风、台灯等工艺品，在灯光的效果下装饰性很强。

  　　不少用户会疑惑，在建筑物的顶楼所打造的女儿墙究竟算不算在层高里面呢?根据《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》以及《建筑抗震设计规范》等国家所著的书籍里面有提到过：房屋高度是指室外地面到主要屋面的板顶高度，室外地面高度则不包括地下停车库、半地下室、全地下室等。板顶高度则是不包括局部突出屋顶的部分的(比如说电梯机房、水箱、微波天线间等，如果含有阁楼的话，应该算到山尖墙的1/2高度的地方)。所以如果没有特殊说明的话，女儿墙的高度是不计算进建筑物的层高里面的。  

  　　地热地板选购误区  

  　　误区一  ：地板面皮越厚越好  

  　　如果保证在地热环境条件下厚面皮(3~4mm)的地板面皮不开裂，通过预压应力生产工艺可以解决这个问题。厚面皮的地热地板优点是表皮的抗压性能好，具有实木地板的特点。由于地板的面皮太厚，在普通环境与地热环境的交变过程，随着地板的含水率的变化，面皮的膨胀及收缩量大于基材，会使地板产生较大的变形。因此并不是地热地板面皮越厚越好。  

  　　地热地板检验检验方法一、察颜观色  

  　　消费者在挑选地热地板时，可以将地板从3mm处刨开，其断面呈纯正的黄白色、即木头的本性，而且用肉眼就可以看出质地很细致、紧密，即木材密度很高。要知道，木材的密度越高，其稳定性能越好，适应环境的能力也就越强，所以消费者选择的地热地板一定要具有很好的热稳定性能。  

  　　地热地板检验检验方法二、耐水实验  

  　　地板的耐水能力越强，则湿胀干缩的水平就会越小，在地热环境中其拔缝、起拱的现象就越少。将所挑选的地热地板从6mm处刨开，外表上滴一滴水，水珠像滴在蜡上一样，坚持着晶莹剔透的圆球型，其地板吸水率越低，地板变形水平会很小，这就为优质的地热地板。  

  　　地热地板检验检验方法三、环保测试  

  　　取两盆30度左右的热水，代表着地热或夏天的温度，将挑选的并且需要对比的地板的锯末分别放在两盆热水里，发出的一种纯正的气味，有一股淡淡的木香的地板则证明其环保性能优良，而发出一股刺鼻的味道，一股甲醛味扑鼻而来则表明其环保性能不达标。  

  　　地热地板检验检验方法四、耐刮擦考验  

  　　在地热地板的外表上的划痕很轻，则表明外表耐磨性强的地板，地板外表临时会保持光亮柔韧，不像劣质地板会出现划痕等问题。  

  　　对于普通消费者来说，不需要太多专业测量工具，通过上述四种很简单的方法，就可以将地板的优劣划分出等级来，尤其是在地热地板行业还没有统一出台管理方针之前，整个市场是比较混乱的。  

  　　地热地板由于其功能的特殊性和地热系统的复杂性，和普通地板相比，地热地板的维护和保养有其独特之处，在加温和保湿方面要特别注意。  

  　　一、安装时地板保温要注意  

  　　在使用地热地板时，消费者一定要注意慢慢地给地坪和地板加热。在安装前，要对水泥地面逐渐升温，每天增加5℃，直至达到18℃左右的标准为止。在安装完成后的头3天内，要继续保持这一温度，3天之后才可根据需要升温，并且每天只能升温5℃。  

  　　二、注意加温要循序渐进  

  　　第一次使用地热采暖，注意应缓慢升温。首次使用时，供暖开始的前三天要逐渐升温：第一天水温18℃，第二天25℃，第三天30℃，第四天才可升至正常温度，即水温45℃，地表温度28℃~30℃。不能升温太快，太快的话，地板可能会因膨胀发生开裂扭曲现象。另外，长时间后再次启用地热采暖系统时，也要像第一次使用那样，严格按加热程序升温。  

  　　三、地表温度不能太高  

  　　要注意的是，使用地热地板时，地表温度不应超过28℃，水管温度不能超过45℃，如果超过这个温度的话，会影响地热地板的使用寿命和使用周期。一般的家庭，冬季室温达到22℃左右，就已经很舒服了，正常升温的话，是不会影响地热地板的使用的。  

  　　一、安装前地面处理要细致  

  　　地面在以两米为半径的范围内必须水平，高低差不得超过3mm。地面要完全干燥，铺设地热地板之前，必须进行地热加温试验，进水温度至少达50℃，以确保采暖系统运行正常。并要保温24小时以上，使地面干透，确保含水率符合标准。  

  　　二、安装工艺细节有讲究  

  　　最好采用悬浮式安装方式，地热地板通过垫层材料紧贴地面，地板和地表之间不存有缝隙，而地板之间要预留更大收缩缝隙。由于水热辐射采暖释放的潮气量大，因此防潮要下功夫。  

  　　一、龙骨布置与弹线  

  　　1、弹线：确定标高控制线和龙骨布置线，如果吊顶有标高变化时，应将变截面部分的相应位置确定，接着沿标高线固定角铝。  

  　　2、确定龙骨位置线：根据铝塑板的尺寸规格及吊顶的面积尺寸来安排吊顶骨架的结构尺寸，要求板块组合的图案要完整，四周留边时，留边的尺寸要均匀或对称，将安排好的龙骨架位置线画在标高线的上边。  

  　　3、安装与调平龙骨：根据纵横标高控制线，从一端开始，边安装边调平，然后再统一精调一次。  

  　　4、钢、铝龙骨安装：采用铝龙骨安装时，先将铝龙骨按翻样图尺寸及位置固定于楼板上，必须安装牢固，表面平整，尺寸准确。对于采用钢龙骨安装的部分，为防止发生电化学腐蚀可，要进行防腐处理或加垫片。  

  　　二、块板安装  

  铝塑板与另一张铝塑板或其它材料，通过铆钉、螺栓、螺钉、钉子等连接起来。但是因为铝塑板表面为铝，所以当与不同的金属材料连接在一起时，会产生电化学腐蚀，须使用铝或不锈钢铆螺栓等来进行板或板与其它金属材料之间的连接。  

  　　铝塑板与龙骨架的安装，主要有吊钩悬挂式或自攻螺丝固定，也可采用钢丝扎结，安装时按弹好的板块安排布置线，从一个方向开始依次安装，并注意吊钩先与龙骨固定，再钩住板块侧边的小孔。铝塑板在安装时应轻拿轻放。保护板面不受碰撞或刮伤。用M5  自攻螺钉固定时，先用手电钻打出直径为4.2mm  孔位后再上螺钉。  

  　　在连接处装入衬垫材料。再在上面打密封胶，最后再揭掉板的保护膜。注胶前，一定要清洁剂将金属板及铝合金(型钢)框表面清洁干净，清洁后的材料须在一小时内密封，否则重新清洗。密封胶须注满，不能有空隙或气泡。清洁用擦布须及时更换以保持干净。应遵守标签上的说明使用溶剂，且在使用溶剂时严禁烟火。注密封胶时，应用胶纸保护胶缝两侧的材料，使之不受污染。  

  　　三、端部处理  

  　　当铝塑板四周靠墙边缘部分不符合方板的模数时，在取得设计人员和监理的批准后，可不采用以方板和靠墙板收边的方法，而改用条板或纸面石膏板等作吊顶处理。
