目前市场上800*800的瓷砖踢脚线的价格大概在10元/平左右，当然踢脚线跟地砖也差不多，如果是800的地砖，但全是大面的话，估计大概20元/平。  

       

  　　不过以上这个数字也只是个参考意见，具体瓷砖踢脚线的价格还得看是什么品牌，什么原材料，就算是地区的不同也都会造成价格差异，所以还得广大的消费者自己去多打听多了解，最后自己做一个正确的判断。  

  

    

  施工准备  

       

  　　1、施工前应认真清理墙面并且提前一天浇水湿润墙面。  

       

  　　2、按需要数量将阳角处踢脚板的一端，用无齿锯切成45°，并将踢脚板用水冲净，阴干备用。  

       

  　　3、镶贴安装时，由阳角开始向两侧试贴，检查是否平直，缝隙是否严密，有无缺边掉角等缺陷，合格后方可实贴。  

       

  　　4、不论采取什么方法安装，九正家居网提醒都均要先在墙面两端先各镶贴一块踢脚板，其上沿高度应在同一水平线上，出墙厚度要一致，然后上两块踢脚板上沿拉通线，逐块依顺序安装。  

       

  施工方法  

       

  　　1、粘贴法：根据墙面标筋和标准水平线，用1：2~2.5水泥砂浆抹底灰，并刮平划纹，待底层砂浆干硬后，将已湿润阴干的瓷砖踢脚板抹上2~3mm素水泥浆进行粘贴，用橡皮锤敲击平整，并注意随时用水平尺、靠尺板找平、找直。次日，再用与地面板同色的水泥色浆擦缝。  

       

  　　2、灌浆法：是将踢脚板临时固定在安装位置，用石膏将相邻的两块踢脚板以及踢脚板与地面、墙面之间稳牢，然后用稠度10~15cm的1：2水泥砂浆(体积比)灌浆。并随时把溢出的砂浆擦干净。待灌入的水泥砂浆终凝后，再把石膏铲掉擦净，用与板面同色水泥浆擦缝。  

  

    

  　　市面上常见的踢脚线尺寸有800*110mm、600*110mm、1000*110mm。  

       

  　　作为踢脚线来说，瓷砖踢脚线是较早的一种材料类型，在当时刚出现的时候，一般踢脚线的高度都在10cm左右的位置。但近几年随着人们对于家装美感的追求，踢脚线的高度也在随之一点点的降低，因为踢脚线太高会影响家居环境的美观，所以现在的瓷砖踢脚线在兼具实用性的同时又要考虑美观性，一般家装中使用到的瓷砖踢脚线是6.6cm或7cm的高度尺寸。  

          

    

  　　开放式厨房由于要与餐厅客厅的吊顶装修一致，所以一般采用石膏板，采用石膏板使整个厨房更有空间扩大感。

  　　真石漆施工工艺  

       

  　　真石漆施工工艺的主要流程为基层处理→涂刷底漆→喷中层真石漆→打磨→成品保护→验收。  

       

  　　1、基面准备程序  

       

  　　由于基面的状况直接关系到真石漆的施工质量，因此在装修前，必须对基面认真检查验收，具体要求介绍如下：  

       

  　　A、对于刚建成的新墙，需要充分养护、干燥;对于已受潮剥离的旧墙，则需重新做底层批荡，然后才能进行真石漆的喷涂施工。  

       

  　　B、涂装基面应坚牢平整，含水率10%以下，PH值10以下。测量基面含水率方法：晴天时利用透明胶布平铺基面，以胶带封合胶布四周，经2-4小时后，若胶布内部呈结露现象，则基面含水率高，不宜施工。雨天后须在干燥3日以上确保完全干燥，以免影响基材内碱基渗出，产生白华，并导致剥落。  

       

  　　C、涂装基面的表面强度，需在13.8mpa以上为标准。  

       

  　　2、防潮底漆喷涂程序  

       

  　　在喷涂真石漆前，先在基面上均匀地喷涂或滚涂一层防潮底漆，进行封底处理，以免由于基面渗色、透湿，从而污染，溶胀真石漆影响施工质量，防潮底漆干透时间约为60分钟。  

       

  　　3、真石漆喷涂程序：  

       

  　　待防潮底漆干透后即可进行真石漆的喷涂施工，基本施工方法主要有以下两种：  

       

  　　第一种是喷装施工法：此法是使用特制喷枪进行施工。室内工程喷装可一次完成，外墙则要分两步进行;待第一层稍干后再作第二次喷涂。喷涂时务必使涂层厚薄均匀，不露底，浮点大小基本一致，喷涂总厚度以2-3mm为宜.或按不同设计要求而定。  

       

  　　第二种是混合施工法：即先用灰铲在此墙体上薄薄地批抹一层真石漆，两次的总厚度以2-3  mm为宜。这种施工方法省料，又能因表面浮点突出而同样可干透。  

       

  　　表面打磨程序：在喷涂防水保护膜之前，需用专用砂纸等工具磨掉已干透的真石漆涂层表面的浮砂及粒之锐角，增加真石漆表面的美感，同时保证防护膜的完全覆盖。  

       

  　　4、喷涂防水面漆程序  

       

  　　喷涂防水面漆一定要在真石漆完全干透后进行，防水面漆一般喷两次，首先薄而均匀地喷涂一层防水面漆，约经过60分钟待其硬化后，即可喷第二遍防水面漆，至此真石漆的全部施工程序即将完成。  

       

  　　真石漆施工工艺注意事项：  

       

  　　1、真石漆施工必须是在装修工程的最后阶段进行，以免未干透时的涂层被沾污或破损。  

       

  　　2、室外施工最好搭棚用防水薄膜顶防雨，风速过大也会影响喷涂的施工效果。  

       

  　　3、如在喷涂期间遇大雨，真石漆表面尚未喷涂防水保护膜时必须将已施工部分进行遮盖，以防雨水冲刷，如一旦被雨水冲刷，则需视其受破坏的程度进行返工和修复。  

       

  　　4、确认真石漆完全干透后，应及时喷涂防水保护膜以防不测。  

       

  　　5、气温5℃以下的施工环境会影响涂料的成膜，因此在该气温条件下不宜施工。  

       

  　　6、用多支喷枪同时喷涂同一面墙体时，应选用相同型号的“枪嘴”，以使每支喷出的浮点基本一致，否则，会影响整体效果。

  　　一、龙骨布置与弹线  

       

  　　1、弹线：确定标高控制线和龙骨布置线，如果吊顶有标高变化时，应将变截面部分的相应位置确定，接着沿标高线固定角铝。  

       

  　　2、确定龙骨位置线：根据铝塑板的尺寸规格及吊顶的面积尺寸来安排吊顶骨架的结构尺寸，要求板块组合的图案要完整，四周留边时，留边的尺寸要均匀或对称，将安排好的龙骨架位置线画在标高线的上边。  

       

  　　3、安装与调平龙骨：根据纵横标高控制线，从一端开始，边安装边调平，然后再统一精调一次。  

       

  　　4、钢、铝龙骨安装：采用铝龙骨安装时，先将铝龙骨按翻样图尺寸及位置固定于楼板上，必须安装牢固，表面平整，尺寸准确。对于采用钢龙骨安装的部分，为防止发生电化学腐蚀可，要进行防腐处理或加垫片。  

       

  　　二、块板安装  

       

  铝塑板与另一张铝塑板或其它材料，通过铆钉、螺栓、螺钉、钉子等连接起来。但是因为铝塑板表面为铝，所以当与不同的金属材料连接在一起时，会产生电化学腐蚀，须使用铝或不锈钢铆螺栓等来进行板或板与其它金属材料之间的连接。  

       

  　　铝塑板与龙骨架的安装，主要有吊钩悬挂式或自攻螺丝固定，也可采用钢丝扎结，安装时按弹好的板块安排布置线，从一个方向开始依次安装，并注意吊钩先与龙骨固定，再钩住板块侧边的小孔。铝塑板在安装时应轻拿轻放。保护板面不受碰撞或刮伤。用M5  自攻螺钉固定时，先用手电钻打出直径为4.2mm  孔位后再上螺钉。  

       

  　　在连接处装入衬垫材料。再在上面打密封胶，最后再揭掉板的保护膜。注胶前，一定要清洁剂将金属板及铝合金(型钢)框表面清洁干净，清洁后的材料须在一小时内密封，否则重新清洗。密封胶须注满，不能有空隙或气泡。清洁用擦布须及时更换以保持干净。应遵守标签上的说明使用溶剂，且在使用溶剂时严禁烟火。注密封胶时，应用胶纸保护胶缝两侧的材料，使之不受污染。  

       

  　　三、端部处理  

       

  　　当铝塑板四周靠墙边缘部分不符合方板的模数时，在取得设计人员和监理的批准后，可不采用以方板和靠墙板收边的方法，而改用条板或纸面石膏板等作吊顶处理。
