1TVOC是什么

　　TVOC是总挥发性有机化合物。一般指有机气态物的总和。

　　分类

　　TVOC可以分为八个类别，即：烷类、芳烃类、烯类、卤烃类、酯类、醛类、酮类和其他，这些也是常见的有机气态物质。

　　来源

　　TVOC来源分为室内室外两种情况，室外的来源主要是由燃料燃烧和交通运输产生的;室内的来源主要是天然气、采暖、烹调等产生的烟雾，此外，家具、家电甚至人体都会排放出VOC。在室内装饰装修中，VOC来自涂料和油漆等材料。

2TVOC标准

　　TVOC国家标准GB/T188834-2002 <室内空气环境标准》规定是不能超过0.6㎎ m3。这是我国强制性要求。一般来说室内voc浓渡在0.16mg m3至0.3mg m3时，对人体健康基本无害，而如果tvoc浓度为3.0-25 mg m3时，会产生不适，甚至可能出现头痛;当voc浓度大于25 m3时，除头痛外，可能出现其他的神经毒性作用。< p>

目前，我国的室内空气检测依据文件是《室内空气质量标准》和 GB/T18883-2002和《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》GB50325-2013。以下截取部分内容：

　　1、《室内空气质量标准》GB/T18883-2002

3TVOC的危害

　　VOC是指室温下饱和蒸气压超过了133.32pa的有机物，它的沸点一般在50℃至250℃，挥发在空气中，它的毒性和刺激性会对人体产生危害。经研究认为，TVOC可能会引起机体免疫水平失调，并且可能影响人的中枢神经系统功能，常见的症状有头晕、嗜睡、无力，甚至消化系统和造血系统都能受到影响。

4TVOC超标怎么办

　　1.首先要通过专门的仪器检测出超标原因，如使用不环保建材或涂料，则应马上更换。

　　2.经常打开门窗，进行通风换气，或者可以安装活性炭空气净化器，将TVOC排放出去。

　　3.多摆放能吸收有害物质的植物，如芦荟、吊兰等。

5水泥发泡保温材料市场展望

　　水泥发泡保温材料是国家的新型材料，其环保节约为特点，深受大家的欢迎，并且在中国，工厂、住房的日益增加，对建筑材料也是需求不满，据统计每个地级市场的年需求量水泥发泡保温材料几百万m3，而目前各地手工半机械生产的年产量不足3万m3，市场需求矛盾突出，市场前景比较客观。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
