4雷士水晶灯保养

　　雷士水晶灯保养安全相关：

　 1.定期检查悬挂在重要位置或人来人往较多地方的灯具其安全稳固性应是第一位的。大灯往往重达几百公斤，万一堕落果不堪设想。

　　2.应定期派人检查藏在天花内的预埋件及承重吊钩、吊链，防止老化而未察觉，酿成事故。应同时检查内装电线的性能是否完好，发现沾粘、老化，即予更换，确保安全。大型灯具，线路复杂(有分级亮灯的)，最好聘请灯饰公司的专业技术人员进行清洁、保养，所费不多，易于补修且安全可靠。一般每年只需清洁一至二次，即可保持亮丽如新，魅力四射的良好效果。

　　雷士水晶灯除尘：

　　1.清洁过程中，一定要有绵软布料沾上中性清洗剂稀释的水，轻轻地在水晶珠的正背面同时擦拭避免损坏水晶灯。

　　2.保持水晶灯灯体平衡很重要大型水晶灯在拆珠串清洗时，不要拆完一边再拆另一边而造成灯体倾斜导致水晶灯灯体或外框变形;应当前后左右搭配着拆卸。

　　3.擦拭支架、配件时，软布不要沾水特别是不能沾酒精水，以免擦损电镀层外的保护膜，影响水晶灯灯架的表面亮泽效果。

　　4.在除尘过程中如果发现一些水晶灯出现一些瑕疵或者损坏也可及时更换。以前是选用低档水晶珠的，可考虑改挂质量好的高级水晶珠;目前质量好的高级水晶珠表面有防尘处理工艺，不易沾尘，效果较好。

　　5.关于灯架，真的真正电镀金一般可保持三至五年或更长时间不裉色;可考虑三年后重新翻新一次，即有崭新的感觉。

5进口地板与国内地板的区别

　　1.选用的木材不同

　　国外对于木材的树龄、树种都有严格的要求，比如瑞士卢森地板，它采用的是瑞士50~100年树龄的树种，树种为松木，并且在90天内加工完成。在国内，由于森林覆盖面积少，木材的树龄也不大，一般会选择5~10年树龄的树种，而且树种不一。

　　2.关心环保程度不同

　　国外一向注重人文关怀，生产出来的产品绝对不会有害，添加剂甲醛含量超标的地板产品，对于大品牌来说，没达标绝对不会达标，不可以进行销售，制造的产品更注重的是带给消费者的产品必须是环保健康的。而国内地板市场到处充斥着甲醛超标的现象，使用健康的地板产品得不到有效保障。

　　3.生产监控力度不同

　　国外的商家会花费资金不断完善地板生产线，更好地做到全方位的监控和操作。而在国内会出现这样的情况，有些企业为了节约制造成本，会把生产流程交给专门的企业去做，从而失去对生产流程的有效监控。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
