1 毛毡特点

　　第一、具有较好的韧性和弹性，可以作为密封、衬垫、防震的材料。

　　第二、具有较好的保温性和保暖性，可以用作隔热保温材料，也可以制成鞋垫。

　　第三、具有较好的耐磨性，可以用作抛光材料。

　　第四、具有较好的粘合性，不易散开。

　　第五、具有较好的伸缩性，可以用作皮革滚动带。

　　第六、过滤性好，可以吸油。

2 毛毡分类

　　第一、按照用途的不同，可以分为工业毛毡和民用毛毡。

　　1、工业毛毡主要包括：T112型毛毡、112型毛毡、122型毛毡、132型毛毡、412彩色毛毡、L112松软毛毡、Z112胶粘毛毡、J112浸胶毛毡、 X112吸油毛毡、Z541阻燃毛毡等。

　　2、民用毛毡主要包括：F412服装用毡、322床垫毛毡、X321鞋垫毛毡、L321鞋里毛毡、551防寒毛毡、552帐篷毛毡、417装饰用彩色毛毡、541包装运输毛毡等。

　　第二、按照颜色的不同，可以分为红色、黄色、绿色、蓝色、黑色、白色、灰色等。

　　第三、按照产品等级的不同，可以分为特级毛毡、标准毛毡、中等毛毡、普通毛毡。

3 毛毡规格

　　一般来说，常用的合格毛毡制品规格通常是1mx1m，厚度范围在1—30mm，如果需要的是异形规格如1mx2m等则要订做。一般合格的毛毡密度为0.35—0.40g/m3。如果是特殊性抛光的毛毡密度大约为0.50g/ m3。

4 毛毡价格

　　毛毡的质量和密度是其价格的决定因素。毛毡的质量主要取决于羊毛的粗细程度以及毛的长度、细度。毛毡质量越好，在使用过程中便不容易松散，产品的结合力就越高。

　　毛毡的价格一般按照1mx1m的规格来计算，最低价格一般是3元/㎡，进口澳毛的价格最高，一般厚度为3—20mm的毛毡价格为 50元/㎡。因此，根据质量以及毛质的不同，价格一般在3元/㎡—50元/㎡。

5 毛毡保养

　　第一、毛毡制品不可进行漂白，通常应用冷水清洗。

　　第二、一般只能手洗，不宜用洗衣机洗。

　　第三、清洗是用手指轻轻按压，较脏的部分可以轻轻搓洗，切记不可使用刷子进行清洗。

　　第四、为了防止毛毡起毛球，可以加入少许洗发精和润丝精进行清洗。

　　第五、需要用清洗剂时必须选择不含漂白剂的试剂。

　　第六、清洗后，应将毛毡挂着通风处晾干，如需要烘干，应使用低温烘干。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
