1不锈钢窗纱好吗

　窗纱的材质大致有三种，一种是金属材质，其中就包括像不锈钢、锌钢、铝材;另一种是玻璃纤维;最后一种是塑料材质。在这三种材质中，以玻璃纤维材质最为美观，以塑料材质价格最为低廉，以金属材质最为耐用、坚固，而且价格介乎于玻璃纤维材质和塑料材质之间，色彩丰富，是比较好的窗纱材质。

　　在金属材质的窗纱中，不锈钢、锌钢、铝材都是很适合做窗纱的材料，各自各有优缺点，都是比较好的窗纱材质。其中，不锈钢窗纱又有以下优点：

　　可以防鼠，不锈钢强度高、韧性好，老鼠也很难咬开不锈钢窗纱;可以防蚊蝇，在防普通蚊蝇和昆虫的同时，还可预防一种潮湿地区才有的麦蚊(体积十分小，是疟疾、黄热病等其他病原体的中间寄主);可以防火，耐高温、阻燃，能达到基本防火的需求;具有透气透光的优点，于普通尼龙窗纱相比可更好的增加空气流通率和阳光的光线照射;最后，不锈钢表面色泽光亮美观，可以适应多种装修风格。

2不锈钢窗纱规格

不锈钢窗纱的长宽规格要使用者依据实际情况来决定，我们说不锈钢窗纱的规格，一般是以目数为单位的。目表示原料颗粒的尺寸，目数表示原料的孔数，例如3目即表示每平方英寸(2.54 cm * 2.54 cm)上有3个孔。目数范围是3-30目，径数范围是0.21-1.2mm，重量大致范围是9-64kg。以下是其中一些具体规格：

　　规格为3目*1mm，重量为42-45kg;

　　规格为3目*1.2mm，重量为60-64kg;

　　规格为4目*1mm，重量为58-60kg;

　　规格为4目*0.8mm，重量为35-37kg;

　　规格为6目*0.5mm，重量为19-23kg;

　　规格为6目*0.7mm，重量为42-44kg;

　　规格为8目*0.45mm，重量为23-25kg;

　　规格为8目*0.55mm，重量为33-36kg;

　　规格为20目*0.35mm，重量为38-41kg;

　　规格为24目*0.17mm，重量为9-10kg;

3不锈钢窗纱价格

不锈钢按材质分为：无磁无镍(201)不锈钢窗纱、4/6个镍(304)不锈钢窗纱、最好的是316材质的不锈钢窗纱。家用选择304材质的不锈钢窗纱即可。不锈钢窗的价格计算方法是目数*1/2*丝径²*丝价+人工费+流通费。当然在购买过程中，消费者是不会按照这个公式来计算的，通常来说都是以平方米或米为单位来计算。不锈钢窗纱的价格正常价位在8-16元/平方米，贵一些的价格在40-60元/平方米。

4不锈钢窗纱安装

　　首先要准备好窗纱、滑轮、压条等工具，注意要把边缘都涂上玻璃胶，以免在安装过程中出现手被划伤的情况。把不锈钢窗纱对齐窗框后裁剪成合适的尺寸(要留出压边)，然后把窗纱的左右两条边对准窗框槽，压进去之后用滚轮把压条也压进去，把边角处的压条也用起子压入槽中。另外两条边也是一样的安装方法。安装完成后可以轻晃窗纱，以检测安装是不是牢固。

5钻头的磨法

　　1、刀刃口与砂轮面的摆放位置要在一个水平面上，这样才能保证整个刃都会被磨到。

　　2、钻头轴中心线与砂轮面之间的角度保持在60度即可。为什么是60度?一个是这个角度比较好找，另一个该角度不会影响钻头顶角的大小和切削刀形状的改变。

　　3、磨钻头时，要先从刃口开始，慢慢往后磨。并且磨钻过程中，还要注意刃口的温度变化，一旦温度过高，要及时冷却钻头。

　　4、钻头磨削标准动作是：一只手用来上下摆动钻头前部，另一只手按住钻头尾部不能向上翘起。

　　5、慢慢修磨刃口，直到钻头轴线两边的刃口达到完全对称为止。

　　6、两边刃口磨到对称后，钻头还没有磨完，还要注意一下钻头顶端的锋尖是否够锋利，不够的话，就要把它磨尖。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
