隔热膜又称太阳膜，一般是由PET基材复合而成的薄膜，带有水溶性压敏胶，具有隔热节能、抗紫外线、美观舒适、安全防爆等功能。隔热膜本身有多于3层的功能材料，厚度达到大于0.051mm，能紧紧铁柱玻璃，所以即使玻璃受到猛烈的冲击，玻璃碎片也不会脱落飞溅。

　　隔热膜能够有效的阻挡太阳辐射的热量，防止热气进入室内，因此也就无须花钱把热气泵出了。不同于窗帘盒百叶窗，隔热膜可以挡掉可能通过窗户进入屋内的高达79%的热气，换句话说，这相当于每100平方英尺承受阳光照射的玻璃每小时可节约12000个英国热量单位。

　　隔热膜功效：

　　1、隔热性能：高科技阳光产品隔热率可量化，隔热率高达79%。装贴了隔热膜的房间在夏季要比没有装贴隔热膜的房间文帝要低3-6度以上，在炎热的季节里减少了大量的热量，保持了清爽，降低了空调使用费用。这些都是窗帘、遮阳伞、遮阳棚这些传统的遮阳产品所做不到的。

　　2、隔紫外线：隔热膜因为在膜层中加注了紫外线吸收剂，因而可以隔离99%的紫外线，保护皮肤不受伤害，家居家具、地板、布艺不褪色。

　　3、保暖：隔热膜不仅能在夏天阻挡阳光保持凉爽，还能在冬季起到保温作用，可将室内的热源(远红外线)反射回室内，从而起到保温的作用。

　　4、私密、单向透视：经过金属化处理的隔热膜，会在玻璃上形成“镜面”效果。在白天能有效遮挡他人窥视的眼睛，又不影响从室内清晰观察室外的景观。

　　5|安全防爆：玻璃遇到外力冲击破碎时，其飞溅的碎片非常容易伤到人，将隔热膜贴在窗玻璃的内表面，就能有效的提升玻璃的安全防爆性能，保护人身安全。

　　热传递在建筑物热量交换中表现为三种方式：传到热+对流热<25%，辐射热>75%。淫才，隔热最关键的是要隔绝辐射热。现代隔热膜的生产技术中，往往是通过真空喷镀或磁控溅射技术将铝、金、铜、银等金属制成多层致密的高隔热金属膜层。金属材料中的外壳层电子(自由电子)一般没有被原子核束缚，当被光波照射时，光波的电场使自由电子吸收了光的能量，而产生与光相同频率的振荡，此振荡又放出与原来光线相同频率的光，称为光的反射。金属的导电系数越高，穿透深度越浅，反射率越高。这些金属层会选择性的将阳光中饭的各种热能源，包括红外线、紫外线及可见光热能反射回去，再配合膜上的颜色对太阳热辐射的吸收后，再二次向外释放，随着室外的空气流动带走一部分热量，从而有效起到隔热的作用。

　　隔热膜品牌介绍

　　1、龙膜(品质最好的玻璃膜，占全球销量的21%)

　　世界窗膜协会会员，美国龙膜是世界上最大的玻璃膜生产商—美国首诺公司生产，工厂位于美国弗吉利亚洲的马汀斯威尔，是全球唯一一家拥有全部生产工艺和生产设备的玻璃膜生产厂家。龙膜销量占窗膜协成员销量的58%，占全球销量的21%。

　　2、威固(价格最高的玻璃膜，占全球销量的5%)

　　威固的总公司是挪瓦玛翠斯，挪瓦玛翠斯是由经纬控股和南方资本集团共同出资成立的合资企业，总部设在新加坡，下有威固(V-KOOL)，琥珀光学(Huper  Optik)，纳米光学(Nanolux)三大品牌系列，分销及经销网络现已遍布全球近30个国家，拥有超过1100个零售店铺。威固的品牌形象宣传是所有的玻璃膜品牌中最好的，当然羊毛出在羊身上，威固的价格也是最高的。新加坡大部分是华人，中国人是最了解中国人的，所以威固在中国的市场是做的最好的，其他几个世界品牌得好好向威固学习。威固目前在整个亚洲非常不错，但是欧美市场怎么打开，新加坡人就得好好想想了，打开了欧美市场，威固的全球销量就不是5%了。

　　3、3M(知名度最高的玻璃膜，占全球销量的8%)

　　5、强生(抗划性最好的玻璃膜，占全球销量的8%)

　　世界窗膜协会会员，强生公司，是世界窗膜协会的倡导者和重要成员，自创立开始，就致力于发展超安全、超抗划的玻璃贴膜，1999年，JOHNSON(强生)公司又对其生产线进行了大规模的技术改造，使其产品质量更出色，产量也翻了几番，拥有世界先进的SPUTTER生产线以及领先于同行业的全球专利技术：抗气候骤变处理技术和压力敏感胶电磁处理技术，让强生玻璃膜的安全性和抗划性在全球处于领先地位，所以被评为抗划性最好的玻璃膜。不过也由于其多元化的经营，导致了其始终不能在玻璃膜领域，有很大的突破。品牌宣传上要向3M多学习，研发和生产上要向龙膜和贝卡尔特多学习。强生的玻璃膜也会像强生这个品牌一样，享誉全球市场。

　　6、雷朋(曾在中国销量最好的膜，占全球销量的约1%)

　　雷朋的总部在台湾，雷朋产品贴牌于美国MADICO和日本LINTEC母厂，以及世界其他的一些玻璃膜生产厂家，将应用于航天飞机和国际空间站的高科技薄膜进行技术转化，应用于现代汽车上，具有高隔热性、高透视率、私密性、防护性等特点。雷朋曾经在中国是销量最好的膜，但是雷朋在中国的假货横行，让这个品牌在现在的中国市场受到了极大的冲击，雷朋怎么解决它的假货问题，决定了它在中国的持续发展，否则就会像其他一些品牌一样，在中国市场昙花一现。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;
