橡木又称栎木，是橡木经刨切加工后做成的实木地板或者实木多层地板，其强度和韧性高，花色品种多，纹理丰富美丽，花纹自然，冬暖夏凉，脚感舒适，是适宜的地板铺设材料。  

  　　橡木地板的优点：  

  　　1.具有比较鲜明的山形木纹，并且触摸表面有着良好的质感。  

  　　2.韧性极好，可根据需要加工成各种弯曲状，颇具美感。  

  　　3.档次较高，适合制作欧式家具、中式古典家具，显厚实感，有红木家具的端庄沉稳，但价格却比红木家具低。  

  　　4.橡木质地细密，管孔蚀，强度大，欧美国家用其来储藏红酒。  

  　　5.质地坚实，制成品结构牢固，使用年限长，在许多古式的门窗花格制作中采用。  

  　　橡木地板缺点：内有较多的侵填物，不易吸水，耐腐  

  　　1.优质树种比较少，目前大多进口自俄罗斯及美国，也有部分从土耳其、奥地利、德国及加拿大进口。欧洲美洲其它也有很多地区出产，不过进口量极少。  

  　　2.通常进口橡木板材在国外已经经过严格的烘干处理，具有很好的稳定性。也有些厂家直接从国外进口原木，自己剖切烘干。目前国内很多橡木家具的专业厂商制造的橡木家具稳定性都很高。不过由于橡木质地硬沉，水份脱净比较难，未脱净水制作的家具，过一年半载可能会开始变形或收缩开裂。  

  　　橡木地板的知名品牌有肯帝亚，扬子地板，安心，好佳好，欧象，凯莱，圣卡,  福人，拜尔地板，林昌地板，方圆等。  

  　　橡木地板选购技巧：  

  　　1.购买和铺设最好是同一单位负责  

  　　优质的实木地板和实木复合地板产品厂家一般会拥有专业的铺装团队或者专业的铺装指南，来保证售出的产品铺装服务。如果消费者遇到销售与铺装不是同一家单位的时候，就要小心了，如果以后地板出现问题后，这个很可能引起两方相互推脱责任，从而造成消费者的苦不堪言。所以消费者要力争销售与铺装为同一单位。  

  　　2.  不要过过分的追求纹理一致  

  　　橡木地板是天然的木制品，树木由于种植的地点不同，阳光补充不同等因素，木材的颜色也大不相同。就算是同一木材剖锯下来的板材，根据其位置不同，颜色深浅程度不同，纹理也不会有一致的，所以有时候难免会存在着色差和不均衡现象，这都是非常正常的。消费者朋友购买时也不要吹毛求疵，不必过分的要求纹理颜色一致。  

  　　3.  安装时加铺大芯板  

  　　为了追求脚感，很多木地板上都加上了一层芯板，实际上这些大芯板的质量是存在着差异的，劣质的会影响橡木地板的铺装质量。所以，如果非要要求好的脚感，就要选市场上销售名牌的大芯板产品。高仿的产品太多，大家一定要认清厂家和品牌认证，资质认证，避免上当受骗。  

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。
