墙贴画只需直接粘贴在墙面上便可起到美观的装饰作用，具有使用方法简单、装饰性好的优点，受到了不少人的喜爱。但是，墙贴画缺点也不可忽视，消费者应综合衡量产品的基本特征再选择是否选购。  

  　　(1)环保性低  

  　　墙贴画缺点之一是产品自身带有的粘胶含有甲醛这种有害的致癌化学物质，其环保性的表现不佳，不利于构建一个绿色、健康的生活空间。

  　　第二要素是墙贴画颜色。墙贴画的颜色不能太深，否则容易形成压抑的环境，对孩子成长不利。当然，也不要选择纯白色的墙贴画，因为纯白色的墙贴画反光现象太严重，对孩子的视力有很大影响。不过，消费者可以选择一些浅色的墙贴画作为孩子房间的主色调。

  　　(2)大部分的餐厅墙贴画走明朗轻快的路线，一般采用橙色以及相似色，是因为这些颜色具有刺激食欲的功效，不仅能够提高就餐者的饮食兴趣，而且从用餐环境方面来说，橙色还能够给就餐者带来温馨感，加强就餐者之间的交流，提升他们之间的感情。当然，也可以选择一些名人字画，这种墙贴画能提升餐厅的艺术性，具有更强的文化韵味。  

  　　墙贴纸是一种贴纸，具有较强的粘性，但是这也产生了更换时不容易撕下的问题，如果强行撕下还可能导致墙体受损。因此，当贴上的墙贴画撕不下来时，可以用以下几种方法解决：  

  　　(1)对墙贴纸用清水进行浸透，由外而内，先浸透墙贴画表面，再浸透墙贴画底面。  

  　　(2)用吹风机或者熨斗对墙贴画进行加温，较高的温度可以对不干胶墙贴画的进行软化，便于撕掉。  

  　　(3)用砂纸对墙贴画进行打磨，对墙贴画留下的粘胶印，用卫生纸沾上风油精擦拭即可彻底清除掉墙贴画的痕迹。  

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。
