  　　电子灯箱制作的方法有很多软件，一下就为大家推荐的是一款利用CoreLDRAW的方法制作出来的电子灯箱：  

  　　一、在CorelDRAW软件里面排版，排好内容的大小和距离，并且在以后需要打孔的位置都要排好直径为4.9毫米的圆。这一步推荐使用CorelDRAW-x4版本。  

  　　二、把排好的CorelDRAW  文件导出PLT文件，然后导入到文泰刻绘软件中，用刻字机刻出图形，刻字的材料一般使用即时贴，推荐使用反光膜，用反光膜做出来的质感效果比较好但是价格成本比较高。  

  　　三、刻好的内容除了字以外的即时贴揭掉，把文字内容部分贴在铝塑板上，一般做电子灯箱都是选用黑色的3mm铝塑板。  

  　　四、按照第一步所排的圆的位置打孔，注意：LED小灯的直径是5mm和3mm，打孔的时候选用4.9mm和2.9的钻头比较好。  

  　　五、插灯，注意灯的正负极，灯插好后用LED电子灯箱测试仪测试一下所插的灯是否都亮，然后用胶棒或者三秒胶把所有的小灯都固定在铝塑板上，另一方面也起到了防水的作用。  

  　　六、接线，把每一路的LED小灯都串联起来，然后用LED电子灯箱测试仪一下每一路的电阻，记住每一路的电流应该控制在13-18毫安之间，电流过大容易烧坏，电流过小LED灯的亮度不够。  

  　　七、连接控制器，按照控制器上面的电路说明接好。通220V交流电测试，测试大约5分钟，断开交流电，用手轻轻触摸电阻，如果电阻比较烫，说明该路电流比较大，还需要增加电阻。  

  　　八、封装，确定以上步骤都没问题了，用自喷漆喷涂电子灯的灯脚，这一步是为了防止灯与灯之间短路和防水的作用，待油漆干了之后用F型灯箱专用包边把正反两块板材包起来就可以了。  

  　　一般的电子灯箱的价格不贵，一般三十元到五十元左右，这个要看消费者的自己所需大小定制要求来定价的。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;
