架空地板又叫做耗散型静电地板，是用支架、横梁、面板组装而成的一种地板，地面和地板之间就有一定的悬空空间，可以用来走线及送风等，当架空地板接地或连接到任何较低电位点时，使电荷能够耗散，电阻在10⁵~10⁹Ω为特征，在计算机机房、数据机房等线路众多的机房是相当实用的。  

  　　架空地板做的时候离地面高度没有具体的规范，一般都在10-30cm，应该根据具体需求选择，一般离地越高其承重能力也就越小。  

  　　在很多规范中提到静压箱的设计和规定，在中国机房设计新标准中，  规定如果防静电架空地板下仅作为电缆布线使用时，架空地板的高度不宜小于200mm，  而如果作为空调静压箱使用时，架空地板高度不宜小于350mm。  

  　　在TIA-942标准中，Tier4级要求的防静电架空地板的最低高度为750mm。防静电架空地板下的空间可用作为一个静压箱，静压箱的尺寸越大，送风气流越均匀。  

  　　静压箱高度的选择计算与房间总送风量和送风速度有关，  送风量/送风风速=送风截面积。送风截面积得到后，即可得到静压箱的高度，再考虑地板下的线缆等占用的空间，乘以一个系数(根据地板下线缆的布置情况可取1.1~1.3)，就可以得到架空地板的高度。  根据工程经验，一般静压箱内送风风速应不大于2.5m/s为宜。  

  　　由此可以看出，防静电架空地板的净高度应大于0.75m，而且应注意这个架空净高度不包括防静电地板自身的厚度和地板下保温材料的厚度。  若防静电架空地板下还设有与送风气流相垂直的线槽、管道时，还需要再适当增加架空地板的净高度。总之，在建筑净高、地板承重允许的情况下，应尽可能的提高防静电架空地板的高度，以确保各个地板送风口风量及温度的均匀性。  

  　　架空地板种类  

  　　1、合金钢架空地板  

  　　合金钢架空地板改进以往的工艺，合金钢架空地板在冲压和焊接后都必须进行整形处理，保证了地板外形尺寸精确和足够的表面平整度。选用足够厚度的优质钢板，经800吨压机垂直拉伸，合金钢架空地板一次性整体成形尤其边角成形结构好，并以高强度发泡水泥填充，使得地板角落坚硬无比，具有特强的承载性能，并有效传导到支撑系统上。  

  　　2、铝合金架空地板  

  　　铝合金架空地板是以绿色、环保、可回收的理念和承载能力高进行产品设计制造，发明出美丽、健康、温馨的工作空间。  

  　　3、硫酸钙架空地板  

  　　这是一种新型的架空地板。无甲醛污染物释放，强度高、永久平整、水浸泡不变形、隔音、保温、阻燃等特点，装饰面层根据用户的喜好和应用可有很多选择，可随时轻易搬移至新处所，完全符合经济效益。硫酸钙地板采用无毒未经漂白的植物纤维作为加固材料，结合凝固成的硫酸钙晶体，并经过脉冲压制工序制作而成。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。
