说起日式家居，大部分人肯定会先想到榻榻米。榻榻米旧称叠席，大小固定，所以铺了多少张可以知道房间的大小。起源于中国汉代，后来在传播到日本并逐步获得广泛应用，至今已经有近两千年的历史。

  　　许多选择日式风格的业主都会打造一个和室，和室的空间都是用原木、白墙、和纸、拉门构建而成。和室设计在整个居室中非常重要，下面简单介绍和室该怎么设计。  

  　　(1)在进行和室设计之前要熟悉和室各类装饰产品和配套产品，包括榻榻米、障子门窗、彩绘门、壁纸、滑槽等。要重点了解各类产品的相关尺寸、设计注意事项、要求等等。  

  　　(2)了解并熟悉居室的空间形状，要对空间尺寸进行实地考量，同时要注意有没有梁、柱或者斜面、非直线角等。  

  　　(3)在做榻榻米的铺设规划时，用衣柜柜体、壁龛柜体的深度尺寸来进行微量尺寸调节。  

  　　(4)房间有墙柱的话，建议把墙柱包进墙内，或者把有墙柱的地方做成壁龛，维护房间的整体美观。  

  　　(5)和室内不能缺少低矮的电源插座，以便安装和使用地灯和其他电器。如果有其他各种电器的线路，要收纳、隐藏起来，和室看上去会更加干净整洁。  

  　　和室的装饰应该以素雅为主，不要过于繁杂，装饰品以及家具都要配以日式风格。  

  　　和室看似简单，但是装修起来有很多细节，稍不注意可能影响整体美观和实用度。关于和室装修，有以下三点需要注意。  

  　　(1)和室必须要架高，否则水汽和湿气会让木材或建材腐烂，而且叠席也会因为潮湿而难以坐卧。  

  　　(2)和室铺设榻榻米，因为寒冷的时候人睡在叠席上可以把地气吸纳上来，经过叠席的蔺草之后慢慢由冷变热，所以人睡在上面不会感觉那么冷。而且叠席在夏天还是透风的，吸汗能力也强，又会让人感觉凉爽。  

  　　(3)要注重和室的多功能使用。过去的和室空间设计一般局限于饮茶和充当临时睡房，但是现在和室功能应该朝着阅读、休闲娱乐甚至冥想静坐等方面发展。  

  　　1.白天户外人像补光——闪光灯作为补光  

  　　白天在户外摄影时，主体和背景反差很大，如果采用曝光的手段会导致背景曝光过度，正常摄影的时候主体又曝光不够，这时候可以选择使用闪光灯进行补光。  

  　　2.夜晚人像  

  　　一般来说，夜晚人像的拍摄不适合使用闪光灯，虽然闪光灯可以照出人像，但是背景却很暗，这时就需要开启慢速闪光灯功能。  

  　　3.反射拍摄  

  　　当使用闪光灯时，闪光灯会过多曝光出人的某些部位，对拍摄效果产生很大影响，但如果使用可转动的灯头就会好很多。将灯头进行调节，投光到屋顶上，通过屋顶反射下来。这样效果就可以很好。  

  　　4.  多重闪光灯近摄  

  　　一个闪光灯加上仰拍或者柔光可以得到多重拍摄效果;如果使用多盏闪光灯，则能在微距时得到很好的拍摄效果，细节处理也更加到位。
