  　　1、框架及面罩  

  　　大型led灯箱的主要构件为钢、塑结构，底座双边框采用钢或不锈钢焊接构成，图案外罩采用玻璃板、有机玻璃板、灯箱布等。小型门头、杆式、悬挂式led灯箱主要构件为注塑框架，图案外罩多采用玻璃、有机玻璃或透明塑料板。  

  　　2、图案印刷载体  

  　　led灯箱的印刷载体按其结构及制作工艺，可采用合成纸、喷绘胶片、自粘性背胶胶片、灯箱画布等材料。  

  　　3、辅助光设施  

  　　led灯箱的辅助光(俗称打光)依据其图案画面的结构，承印材料、印刷墨层厚度，图案幅面进行打光设计。以前多采用普通荧光灯，随着新型灯具的应用，led灯箱的辅助光也从单一的打光，发展为多类型的打光方式。由此产生的画面质  量及均匀性、柔和度有了较大的提高。  

  　　led灯箱制作的注意事项  

  　　1、led灯箱制作在加工生产的过程中要采用一定的防静电措施。工作台要接地，工人要穿防静电的服装，带防静电环以及带防静电手套等，有条件的可以安装防静电离子风机，同时要保证车间的湿度在65%左右，以免空气过于干燥而产生静电，尤其是绿色的led更容易受到静电的破坏。  

  　　2、led灯箱制作的时候要注意温度的升高会使led的内阻变小。当外界的环境温度升高后，led的光源内阻就会减小，如果使用稳压电源供电就会造成led的工作电流升高，当超过一定的工作电流后，就会影响到led产品的使用寿命，严重的话就会破坏led光源，因此最好选用恒流源供电，以保证led的工作电流不受外界温度的影响。  

  　　3、led灯箱制作要保证密封。led灯箱制作应用于室外，面临着防水、防潮的密封问题，如果处理不好就会直接影响到led灯箱的使用寿命。  

  　　led灯箱制作步骤  

  　　1、将需要的字样或者是图案在准备好的板上做出来。  

  　　2、使用电钻在板上打出一个羽发光二极管直径相当的孔。  

  　　3、将led灯在每个文字或者是图案中串联好，再将文字和图案的led灯进行相应的并联，并联好后使用事先准备好的胶对其进行密封固定，避免它们出现脱落的现象。  

  　　4、将这些文字图案都串联好之后，使用不同的线将事先准备好的控制器连接起来，连接好后，led灯箱就基本上就完成了，最后通电试验是否成功。  

  　　混凝土强度等级是指混凝土的抗压强度，强度等级应以混凝土立方体抗压强度标准值划分，采用符号C与立方体抗压强度标准值(以N/mm2;  或  MPa计)表示。  

  　　混凝土的抗压强度是通过实验得出的，我国采用边长为150mm的立方体作为混凝土抗压强度的标准尺寸试件。用非标准尺寸的试件进行试验，其结果应乘以折算系数，换算成标准立方体强度：200mm×200mm×200mm的试件，折算系数为1.05;100mm×100mm×100mm的试件，折算系数取0.95。  

  　　普通混凝土强度等级可以划分为十四个，即：C15，C20，C25，C30，C35，C40，C45，C50，C55，C60，C65，C70，C75，C80。例如，强度等级为C30的混凝土是指30MPa≤fcu,k<35MPa。  

  　　LED灯带质量识别的技巧  

  　　1.看标签。正规的LED灯带包装袋和卷料盘上面都会有印刷标签，而不是打印的标签。  

      2.看LED灯带表面的清洁度。如果采用SMT工艺生产的LED灯带，其表面的清洁度非常好，看不到什么杂质和污渍。  

  　　3.看焊点。正规的LED灯带生产商生产的LED灯带是采用SMT贴片工艺，用锡膏和回流焊工艺生产的。因此，LED灯带上的焊点比较光滑而且焊锡量不会多，焊点呈圆弧状从FPC焊盘处往LED电极处延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正规的LED灯带会在包装箱里面附上使用说明和灯带规格书，同时还会配备LED灯带连接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED灯带包装箱里则没有这些附件，因为一些厂家毕竟还是能省则省。  

  　　5.看FPC质量。FPC分敷铜和压延铜两种，敷铜板的铜箔是凸出来的，细看的话能从焊盘与FPC的连接处看出来。而压延铜是密切和FPC连为一体的，可以任意弯折而不会出现焊盘脱落现象。敷铜板如果弯折过多就会出现焊盘脱落，维修时温度过高也会造成焊盘脱落。  

  　　6.看包装。正规的LED灯带会采用防静电卷料盘包装，一般会5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防静电防潮包装袋密封。而山寨版的LED灯带会因为节约成本，而采用回收卷料盘，然后没有防静电防潮包装袋，仔细看卷料盘能看出外表有清除标签时留下的痕迹和划痕。  

  　　当然最重要的是要知道灯带只能起到点缀作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次灯带都是整米一段的所以该用多少用多少。  而颜色上则可以选择暖白和月光白，因为灯带的主要作用就是点缀，所以建议都用暖白的这样客厅和餐厅点起来的效果就比较温馨，也更耐看，用月光白的话看久了可能会审美疲劳，如果要清新的效果的话可以考虑用蓝光的。扁三和扁四的区别是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的区别还是亮度。如果珠数一样的那就是长度的区别了。此外，如果要点缀和照明都要有的话则可以安装T5支架，其价位可能会贵点但是效果不错。
