混凝土，简称为“砼(tóng)”，是指由胶凝材料将集料胶结成整体的工程复合材料的统称，在目前的土木建筑工程，混凝土结构占据了主导地位。  

  　　混凝土由胶凝材料、颗粒状集料(也称为骨料)、水以及必要时加入的外加剂和掺合料按一定比例配制，经均匀搅拌，密实成型，养护硬化而成的一种人工石材，具有原料丰富，价格低廉，生产工艺简单的特点，因而使其用量越来越大。  

  　　同时混凝土还具有抗压强度高，耐久性好，强度等级范围宽等特点。这些特点使其使用范围十分广泛，不仅在各种土木工程中使用，就是造船业、机械工业、海洋的开发、地热工程等，混凝土也是重要的材料。  

  　　混凝土的主要原料为水泥、石灰、石膏等无机胶凝材料，与水拌和使混凝土拌合物具有可塑性;进而通过化学和物理化学作用凝结硬化而产生强度。  

  　　一般说来，饮用水都可满足混凝土拌和用水的要求。水中过量的酸、碱、盐和有机物都会对混凝土产生有害的影响。集料不仅有填充作用，而且对混凝土的容重、强度和变形等性质有重要影响。  

  　　为改善混凝土的某些性质，可加入外加剂。由于掺用外加剂有明显的技术经济效果，它日益成为混凝土不可缺少的组分。为改善混凝土拌合物的和易性或硬化后混凝土的性能，节约水泥，在混凝土搅拌时也可掺入磨细的矿物材料──掺合料，它分为活性和非活性两类。掺合料的性质和数量，影响混凝土的强度、变形、水化热、抗渗性和颜色等。  

  　　混凝土种类分类  

  　　一、按胶凝材料  

  　　1、无机胶凝材料混凝土，如水泥混凝土、石膏混凝土、硅酸盐混凝土、水玻璃混凝土等;  

  　　2、有机胶结料混凝土，如沥青混凝土、聚合物混凝土等。  

  　　二、按表观密度  

  　　混凝土按照表观密度的大小可分为：重混凝土、普通混凝土、轻质混凝土。这三种混凝土不同之处就是骨料的不同。  

  　　重混凝土是表观密度大于2500Kg/m3;，用特别密实和特别重的集料制成的。如重晶石混凝土、钢屑混凝土等，它们具有不透x射线和γ射线的性能。普通混凝土即是我们在建筑中常用的混凝土，表观密度为1950～2500Kg/m3;，集料为砂、石。轻质混凝土是表观密度小于1950Kg/m3;的混凝土。它由可以分为三类：  

  　　1.轻集料混凝土，其表观密度在800～1950Kg/m3，轻集料包括浮石、火山渣、陶粒、膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀矿渣、矿渣等。  

  　　2.多空混凝土(泡沫混凝土、加气混凝土)，其表观密度是300～1000Kg/m3，泡沫混凝土是由水泥浆或水泥砂浆与稳定的泡沫制成的，加气混凝土是由水泥、水与发气剂制成的。  

  　　3.大孔混凝土(普通大孔混凝土、轻骨料大孔混凝土)，其组成中无细集料。  

  　　普通大孔混凝土的表观密度范围为1500～1900Kg/m3，是用碎石、软石、重矿渣作集料配制的。轻骨料大孔混凝土的表观密度为500～1500Kg/m3，是用陶粒、浮石、碎砖、矿渣等作为集料配制的。  

  　　三、按使用功能  

  　　结构混凝土、保温混凝土、装饰混凝土、防水混凝土、耐火混凝土、水工混凝土、海工混凝土、道路混凝土、防辐射混凝土等。  

  　　四、按施工工艺  

  　　离心混凝土、真空混凝土、灌浆混凝土、喷射混凝土、碾压混凝土、挤压混凝土、泵送混凝土等。按配筋方式分有：素(即无筋)混凝土、钢筋混凝土、钢丝网水泥、纤维混凝土、预应力混凝土等。  

  　　五、按拌合物的和易性  

  　　干硬性混凝土、  半干硬性混凝土、  塑性混凝土、流动性混凝土、高流动性混凝土、流态混凝土等。  

  　　按照《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标注》GB/T50081-2002，制作边长为150mm的立方体在标准养护(温度20±2)℃、相对湿度在95%以上)条件下，养护至28d龄期，用标准试验方法测得的极限抗压强度，称为混凝土标准立方体抗压强度，以fcu表示。  

  　　按照GB50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》规定，在立方体极限抗压强度总体分布中，具有95%强度保证率的立方体试件抗压强度，称为混凝土立方体抗压强度标准值(以MPa计)，fcu，k表示。  

  　　按照GB50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》规定，普通混凝土划分为十四个等级，即C15、C20、C25、C30、C35、C40、C45、C50、C55、C60、C65、C70、C75和C80。  

  　　混凝土设计规范依据现行国家标准《工程结构可靠性设计统一标准》GB  50153及《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》GB50068的原则制定。本规范是对混凝土结构设计的基本要求，混凝土结构的设计除应符合本规范外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。  

  　　混凝土的裂缝是不可避免的，其微观裂缝是本身物理力学性质决定的，但它的有害程度是可以控制的，有害程度的标准是根据使用条件决定的。在修补裂缝前应全面考虑与之相关的各种影响因素，仔细研究产生裂缝的原因，裂缝是否已经稳定，若仍处于发展过程，要估计该裂缝发展的最终状态。  

  　　混凝土裂缝处理  

  　　1、表面处理法  

  　　表面处理法包括表面涂抹和表面贴补法两种。表面涂抹适用范围是浆材难以灌入的细而浅的裂缝，深度未达到钢筋表面的发丝裂缝，不漏水的缝，不伸缩的裂缝以及不再活动的裂缝。表面贴补(土工膜或其它防水片)法适用于大面积漏水(蜂窝麻面等或不易确定具体漏水位置、变形缝)的防渗堵漏。  

  　　2、填充法  

  　　用修补材料直接填充裂缝，一般用来修补较宽的裂缝(裂缝宽度>0.3mm)，作操作简单，费用低。宽度小于0.3mm，深度较浅的裂缝、或是裂缝中有充填物，用灌浆法很难达到效果的裂缝、以及小规模裂缝的简易处理可采取开V型槽，然后作填充处理。  

  　　3、灌浆法  

  　　此法应用范围广，从细微裂缝到大裂缝均可适用，处理效果好。  

  　　4、结构补强法  

  　　因超荷载产生的裂缝、裂缝长时间不处理导致的混凝土耐久性降低、火灾造成的裂缝等影响结构强度可采取结构补强法。包括断面补强法、锚固补强法、预应力法等混凝土裂缝处理效果的检查包括修补材料试验;钻心取样试验;压水试验;压气试验等。  

  　　混凝土强度等级是指混凝土的抗压强度，强度等级应以混凝土立方体抗压强度标准值划分，采用符号C与立方体抗压强度标准值(以N/mm2;  或  MPa计)表示。  

  　　混凝土的抗压强度是通过实验得出的，我国采用边长为150mm的立方体作为混凝土抗压强度的标准尺寸试件。用非标准尺寸的试件进行试验，其结果应乘以折算系数，换算成标准立方体强度：200mm×200mm×200mm的试件，折算系数为1.05;100mm×100mm×100mm的试件，折算系数取0.95。  

  　　普通混凝土强度等级可以划分为十四个，即：C15，C20，C25，C30，C35，C40，C45，C50，C55，C60，C65，C70，C75，C80。例如，强度等级为C30的混凝土是指30MPa≤fcu,k<35MPa。  

  　　LED灯带质量识别的技巧  

  　　1.看标签。正规的LED灯带包装袋和卷料盘上面都会有印刷标签，而不是打印的标签。  

      2.看LED灯带表面的清洁度。如果采用SMT工艺生产的LED灯带，其表面的清洁度非常好，看不到什么杂质和污渍。  

  　　3.看焊点。正规的LED灯带生产商生产的LED灯带是采用SMT贴片工艺，用锡膏和回流焊工艺生产的。因此，LED灯带上的焊点比较光滑而且焊锡量不会多，焊点呈圆弧状从FPC焊盘处往LED电极处延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正规的LED灯带会在包装箱里面附上使用说明和灯带规格书，同时还会配备LED灯带连接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED灯带包装箱里则没有这些附件，因为一些厂家毕竟还是能省则省。  

  　　5.看FPC质量。FPC分敷铜和压延铜两种，敷铜板的铜箔是凸出来的，细看的话能从焊盘与FPC的连接处看出来。而压延铜是密切和FPC连为一体的，可以任意弯折而不会出现焊盘脱落现象。敷铜板如果弯折过多就会出现焊盘脱落，维修时温度过高也会造成焊盘脱落。  

  　　6.看包装。正规的LED灯带会采用防静电卷料盘包装，一般会5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防静电防潮包装袋密封。而山寨版的LED灯带会因为节约成本，而采用回收卷料盘，然后没有防静电防潮包装袋，仔细看卷料盘能看出外表有清除标签时留下的痕迹和划痕。  

  　　当然最重要的是要知道灯带只能起到点缀作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次灯带都是整米一段的所以该用多少用多少。  而颜色上则可以选择暖白和月光白，因为灯带的主要作用就是点缀，所以建议都用暖白的这样客厅和餐厅点起来的效果就比较温馨，也更耐看，用月光白的话看久了可能会审美疲劳，如果要清新的效果的话可以考虑用蓝光的。扁三和扁四的区别是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的区别还是亮度。如果珠数一样的那就是长度的区别了。此外，如果要点缀和照明都要有的话则可以安装T5支架，其价位可能会贵点但是效果不错。
