玻璃幕墙，是指由支撑结构体和玻璃组成的，可相对主体结构移动，且受重小，是现代社会高层建筑时代的显著特点。玻璃幕墙的墙体一般有单层玻璃和双层玻璃两种。

　　玻璃幕墙的配件主要是由驳接爪、驳接头、焊接底座、梅花玻璃爪以及大理石挂件等产品组成。它的主要应用领域是在化工、石油、船舶、建筑、桥梁、装潢等行业。

　　一般在玻璃幕墙施工前，都会先做出一份施工方案，施工方案的存在是为了保证施工能够按照流程有秩序的进行。通常一份完整的施工方案至少要包括以下内容：

　　1、该方案的编制依据及原则。

　　2、工程概况。

　　3、施工部署：总流程的安排、人员的安排、施工顺序、平面布置、机械设备、工期、材料运输及存放。

　　4、施工进度计划及进度保证措施。

　　5、施工技术方案：包括测量、结构与预埋件位置及偏差处理方案、角位安装、各类幕墙安装、门窗安装、焊接、吊篮等各种方案。

　　6、质量保证措施：包括设计质量、材料采购和加工、现场施工等措施。

　　7、现场管理措施。

　　8、材料采购计划以检验程序。

　　9、玻璃幕墙检验标准及售后服务。

　　第一，施工准备。准备好工程图纸、工具、施工队、相关表格等施工中所需要的资料和物品。

　　第一，对建筑外进行测量放线。

　　第二，处理预埋件偏差过大的问题，及时进行修补。

　　第三，按照从下至上的顺序安装立柱。

　　第四，确定横梁位置，然后进行安装。

　　第五，安装面板。

　　第六，所有工序完成后，清理打扫现场。

　　第七，验收工程是否合格。

      1、在玻璃幕墙工程中所用的所有材料必须符合国家现行的产品标准和工程技术规范，在进行验收时，要严格检查各种材料的合格证书，要进行性能检测，并将检测结果记录在报告中。

      2、玻璃幕墙使用的玻璃要控制反射比，防止造成光污染，影响人们的生活健康。玻璃的颜色、品种等都要符合设计要求。

      3、玻璃幕墙中的支撑幕墙要采用安全玻璃，玻璃厚度不应小于6.0mm，而玻璃幕墙中的玻璃肋不宜采用单片的钢化玻璃,玻璃厚度不应小于12mm。

      4、在安装玻璃时要采用双道密封的方式，所有幕墙玻璃都要采用边缘处理。

  　　LED灯带质量识别的技巧  

  　　1.看标签。正规的LED灯带包装袋和卷料盘上面都会有印刷标签，而不是打印的标签。  

      2.看LED灯带表面的清洁度。如果采用SMT工艺生产的LED灯带，其表面的清洁度非常好，看不到什么杂质和污渍。  

  　　3.看焊点。正规的LED灯带生产商生产的LED灯带是采用SMT贴片工艺，用锡膏和回流焊工艺生产的。因此，LED灯带上的焊点比较光滑而且焊锡量不会多，焊点呈圆弧状从FPC焊盘处往LED电极处延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正规的LED灯带会在包装箱里面附上使用说明和灯带规格书，同时还会配备LED灯带连接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED灯带包装箱里则没有这些附件，因为一些厂家毕竟还是能省则省。  

  　　5.看FPC质量。FPC分敷铜和压延铜两种，敷铜板的铜箔是凸出来的，细看的话能从焊盘与FPC的连接处看出来。而压延铜是密切和FPC连为一体的，可以任意弯折而不会出现焊盘脱落现象。敷铜板如果弯折过多就会出现焊盘脱落，维修时温度过高也会造成焊盘脱落。  

  　　6.看包装。正规的LED灯带会采用防静电卷料盘包装，一般会5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防静电防潮包装袋密封。而山寨版的LED灯带会因为节约成本，而采用回收卷料盘，然后没有防静电防潮包装袋，仔细看卷料盘能看出外表有清除标签时留下的痕迹和划痕。  

  　　当然最重要的是要知道灯带只能起到点缀作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次灯带都是整米一段的所以该用多少用多少。  而颜色上则可以选择暖白和月光白，因为灯带的主要作用就是点缀，所以建议都用暖白的这样客厅和餐厅点起来的效果就比较温馨，也更耐看，用月光白的话看久了可能会审美疲劳，如果要清新的效果的话可以考虑用蓝光的。扁三和扁四的区别是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的区别还是亮度。如果珠数一样的那就是长度的区别了。此外，如果要点缀和照明都要有的话则可以安装T5支架，其价位可能会贵点但是效果不错。
