冷板其实就是我们常说的冷轧板，是一种普通碳素结构制成的冷轧板。冷板是由普通的碳素结构钢热轧钢带进过冷轧技术制作而成的一种钢材，其厚度一般控制在4mm以下。冷板是在常温下尽早压制而成，所以生产过程中不会产生氧化的铁皮。冷板的表面质量不错，尺寸方面精度要求很高，加上一些机械制作和工艺性能的优势都比热轧板好，所以很多的机械制作领域都会选择冷轧板来使用，而不选择热轧板使用。  

  　　其实很多的朋友们看到冷板就会想，既然有冷板，那么是不是也有热板呢?确实如此。冷板和热板都是属于钢材的一种，但是却有很大区别。下面我们就来了解一下冷板和热板的区别有哪些吧。  

  　　(1)  冷板是不经过加热制作而成的板材;热板是经过加热冲压加工而成的板材。  

  　　(2)  冷板钢材有一定程度的加工硬化，可以有很好的的屈强比;热板刚才的强度相对低一点，表面质量要相对差一点。  

  　　(3)  冷板采用冷轧加工工艺，所以表面没有氧化的现象，质量更好一点;而热板经过热轧加工工艺表面有氧化现象。  

  　　(4)  冷板伸展性能好，但是价格偏贵一点;热板韧性和表面的光洁度都不及冷板，但价格相对便宜。  

  　　(5)  冷板在制作生产工艺中，由于压速相对较高，所以在生活过程中很容易出现带材的情况;而热板的温度和加工的温度基本相近，不容易带材。  

  　　(6)  冷板制成后，如果表面不进行电镀的话是灰色的;而热板不电镀的话，表面是黑褐色的。两种板材电镀后的光滑度进行比较，冷板的光滑度要优于热板。  

  　　了解了冷板的概念后，我们来了解一下冷板的制作工艺，这对于大家更好的了解冷板有一定帮助。通过冷板的概念我们知道冷板是不经过加热制作而成的板材，所以冷板刚才表面是没有一些麻点、氧化铁皮等存在的缺陷。相反，冷板表面光滑、质量好、光洁度相对高的优势。另外，冷板制作的产品尺寸精度高，产品的性能可以满足一些产品制作的特殊要求，比如电磁性能和深冲性能，因此冷板应用范围更加广泛。  

  　　冷板在生活中的应用很广泛，比如汽车制造、航空、精密仪表、电气、食品罐头等。产品的性能和制作工艺决定了产品的用途，正是由于冷板的产品性能好，制作工艺优质，才可以在很多的行业应用，制作出一些精美的仪器和产品。  

  　　酚醛板施工工艺如下：  

  　　1、准备施工中要用到的材料和工具。工具包括：批刀、抹刀、美工刀、卷尺、锯子、搅拌器、水平尺、电子称、吊线锤、墨斗、钉锤、拉拔测试仪、电钻、铆钉枪、湿度仪、PH试纸等。另外，施工人员的安全帽、安全带等装备必须落实到位。  

  　　2、检查墙面基层是否达到可以安装板材的标准。墙面要干净、干燥、平整才行。  

  　　3、为使板材安装位置准确，要弹、挂基准线。  

  　　4、检查基准线是否弹、挂准确，要保证在水平位置。  

  　　5、粘贴酚醛板，按照自下而上的顺序进行。  

  　　6、安装网格布。  

  　　7、清理干净版面，做保护层施工，涂抹抗裂砂浆。  

  　　金卤灯一般可以分为两类，一类是石英金卤灯，另一类是陶瓷金卤灯。除了这种分类方法外，金卤灯还可以按填充物分为四类，有钠铊铟类、钪钠类、镝钬类、卤化锡类;按结构可以分为三类，有椭球形卤钨灯、直管形卤钨灯、不带外玻壳的短弧球形卤钨灯、单端或双端椭球形的卤钨灯。  

  　　LED灯带质量识别的技巧  

  　　1.看标签。正规的LED灯带包装袋和卷料盘上面都会有印刷标签，而不是打印的标签。  

      2.看LED灯带表面的清洁度。如果采用SMT工艺生产的LED灯带，其表面的清洁度非常好，看不到什么杂质和污渍。  

  　　3.看焊点。正规的LED灯带生产商生产的LED灯带是采用SMT贴片工艺，用锡膏和回流焊工艺生产的。因此，LED灯带上的焊点比较光滑而且焊锡量不会多，焊点呈圆弧状从FPC焊盘处往LED电极处延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正规的LED灯带会在包装箱里面附上使用说明和灯带规格书，同时还会配备LED灯带连接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED灯带包装箱里则没有这些附件，因为一些厂家毕竟还是能省则省。  

  　　5.看FPC质量。FPC分敷铜和压延铜两种，敷铜板的铜箔是凸出来的，细看的话能从焊盘与FPC的连接处看出来。而压延铜是密切和FPC连为一体的，可以任意弯折而不会出现焊盘脱落现象。敷铜板如果弯折过多就会出现焊盘脱落，维修时温度过高也会造成焊盘脱落。  

  　　6.看包装。正规的LED灯带会采用防静电卷料盘包装，一般会5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防静电防潮包装袋密封。而山寨版的LED灯带会因为节约成本，而采用回收卷料盘，然后没有防静电防潮包装袋，仔细看卷料盘能看出外表有清除标签时留下的痕迹和划痕。  

  　　当然最重要的是要知道灯带只能起到点缀作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次灯带都是整米一段的所以该用多少用多少。  而颜色上则可以选择暖白和月光白，因为灯带的主要作用就是点缀，所以建议都用暖白的这样客厅和餐厅点起来的效果就比较温馨，也更耐看，用月光白的话看久了可能会审美疲劳，如果要清新的效果的话可以考虑用蓝光的。扁三和扁四的区别是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的区别还是亮度。如果珠数一样的那就是长度的区别了。此外，如果要点缀和照明都要有的话则可以安装T5支架，其价位可能会贵点但是效果不错。
