屋顶材料，是一种重要的建筑材料，根据每个地区的环境、气候不一样，对顶材料的性能要求也是不一样的，比方说南方多雨水，所以很多传统的南方都是采用斜屋顶，并且所用的材料比较防水。传统的北方屋顶基本都是平的，其要求耐温、耐寒等。  

  　　用在屋顶上的材料取决于坡度、外观风格、结构成本和气候等。普通的屋顶材料包括合成屋顶、复合和木质屋面板瓦、黏土和水泥瓦，以及金属板等。为了描述这些材料，经常要采用俗语平方。平方是用来描述覆盖100平方英尺(9.3m2)屋顶的面积。设计师必须知道每平方米的重量，以及绘制布局图所要求的坡度。屋顶材料的重量将影响到所有把荷载传递到基础上的骨架构件的尺寸。屋顶材料也会影响要求的坡度，以及所选择的坡度形成的外观。  

  　　(1)  卷材屋面  

  　　在欧美国家，大部分低坡商业屋面均采用卷材屋面系统。TPO、PVC、EPDM等防水卷材几乎都应用于卷材屋面系统。在欧洲也有采用改性沥青防水卷材建成的屋顶。  

  　　(2)  屋面板瓦  

  　　沥青、玻璃纤维和木材都是最典型的用作屋顶材料的屋面板瓦。大多数建筑规范和制造商都要求屋顶最小坡度为4/12，带有一层屋面衬垫材料。如果在玻璃纤维沥青瓦下面铺设2层毛毡，并且如果沥青瓦是密封的，就可以把沥青和玻璃纤维屋面板瓦铺在低于2/12坡度的屋顶上。木屋面板瓦一般必须安装在坡度至少为3/12屋顶上面。沥青和玻璃纤维在外观和应用上上是类似的。  

  　　(3)  陶土和水泥瓦  

  　　对于高端价格住宅或在极容易着火的地方，陶瓦是最常用的材料。尽管陶瓦比好的沥青多彩瓦贵二倍，但它的寿命也长。陶瓦可以是不同的颜色、材料、图案。陶图、混凝土和金属都是最普通的材料。  

  　　(4)  金属板  

  　　金属板作为一种屋面围护系统，其历史可以追溯到12世纪，当时的欧洲人就已经在一些标志性建筑的屋顶上安装金属瓦。  

  　　6.  屋顶通风和通道  

  　　当绘制出屋顶布局后，设计师必须确定阁楼空间的尺寸。阁搂是在天花托梁和椽子之间形成的空间。必须为阁楼空间提供盖有3.2mm网眼的通风口。这些通风口面积必须达到阁楼面积的1/150。如果在阁楼楼层的正面提供了蒸汽障，通风口面积就可以减少到阁楼面积的1/300。  

  　　一般像轻质屋顶材料包括了想石棉、瓦片、草、荆条等材料。下面以束条为例：  

  　　束条拱屋顶：用铁丝、藤条、苇条或麻等把有一定强度的韧性条材(如荆条、细竹、柳条、芦苇、秫秸、麻杆等)捆扎成束，弯成弓形，支承在墙或边梁上，密排联扎，下设钢拉杆，组成拱形屋顶的承重结构;上作油毡屋面或起脊作瓦屋面。束条拱屋顶适用于一般小型工业和民用建筑,跨度以6～10米为宜，最大可达15米。但须注意防腐、防虫和防火。  

  　　钢结构屋顶的材料一般都是采用彩刚单板或复合板，复合板的种类比较多，有苯板，岩棉板，三层复合(就是中间是岩棉)，上下是单板在现场安装。  

  　　钢结构屋顶的保温：  

  　　钢结构屋顶保温隔热通常采用三种方法：  

  　　⑴室内喷涂阻燃聚氨脂。  

  　　⑵室内粘附硅酸岩棉。  

  　　⑶室内粘附聚苯乙烯泡沫  

  　　保温厚度一般采用1～5cm和8cm(东北地区)两种，可适应不同的自然环境对保温的要求。  

  　　目前比较受欢迎的的屋顶保温隔热材料有聚氨酯硬泡、聚苯板隔热层、FS水泥粉煤灰保温屋面、FB新型复合屋面板等，下面小编就为详细介绍这些新型屋顶保温隔热材料。  

  　　一、聚氨酯硬泡  

  　　聚氨酯硬泡是一种具有闭孔结构的低密度微孔泡沫材料,它的热导率小,隔热性能好,吸水率低,施工操作方便。我国在屋面上使用聚氨酯硬泡还处于起步阶段,主要采用直接喷涂方式。一般在现场喷涂发泡成型,可在任何复杂结构的屋面上作业。  

  　　二、聚苯板隔热层  

  　　聚苯板是用水泥和粉碎的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料掺合而成的屋面板。聚苯板位于细石混凝土面层和防水层之间,除有隔热作用外,还有隔离层的作用,以防止面层细石混凝土伸缩时拉裂防水层。  

  　　三、FS水泥粉煤灰保温屋面  

  　　FS型保温材料是利用粉煤灰、硫铝酸盐水泥、稳泡剂和发泡剂等材料在常温常压下浇筑并发泡成型的。其环保及综合利用情况好。FS型保温材料的密度小,所以热导率很低,因而保温性能良好。  

  　　四、FB新型复合屋面板  

  　　FB新型复合屋面板集轻质、保温、隔热和防水等多种功能于一体。其外形尺寸为1200mm×700mm×100mm,该屋面板将屋面的保温、防水、找平等现场湿作业工序改为工厂化生产,提高了效率,屋面工程施工速度可提高2～3倍,比传统屋面的重量减轻约230kg/m2。
