厢房是指四合院中东西两侧的房屋，在四合院中北边是正房、东西两边均为厢房、南侧为倒座、中间是天井，房与房之间由走廊贯通。  

       

  　　在中国的老式的家庭居住方式中，长辈住在正房、长子住在东厢房、次子住在西厢房、佣人等住在南房(倒座)、女儿住后院，之间互不影响但是又不至于隔得太远，想见的时候还是很容易能见到的。  

  

    

  　　东西厢房是不可以随便进行建造的，需要遵循一定的法则和规矩，否则会乱了住宅的风水从而影响到业主及其家人的身心健康。那么东西厢房要如何建造才合理呢?  

       

  　　首先，房屋若是坐北朝南的话，周围地势需要西高东低才对聚财有利。但是房子自身的格局通常都是东高西低。那么在建造的时候就需要注意了，先盖了东厢房后盖西厢房，而且东厢房的高度要比西厢房的高度高三寸。若是西厢房比东厢房高的话则为“虎压龙”，这样是会伤人的。  

       

  　　其次，东厢房绝对不能空出来不盖房屋，因为东边为青龙位，不盖厢房的话则对人丁兴旺会有一定的影响。假若日后生了男孩子，也未必能成大器。只盖西厢房而不盖东厢房的话则会出现破产伤丁的情况，这个是非常不吉利的。不论是东厢房，还是西厢房，都不适合在屋山处设门，不然会对人丁不利，这样会伤害到丁口。  

       

  　　最后，若是坐北朝南的三合院，建议厨房的灶台要设在东厢房，此位为大吉之位，最适合安放厨灶。灶口若是朝南、北向的话则为大吉之向，若是朝西的话则为大凶。如果出现分家情况需在西厢房另起炉灶的话可以设在西厢房的最后一间房屋中，灶口朝北向也是比较吉利的。炉灶的朝向是有很有讲究的。一般来说坐东向西以及坐东南向西北、坐东向西的炉灶，都属于大凶之兆。不论是东厢房还是西厢房厢房，房内都必须安放炉灶。灶门同大门、灶门同主房门、灶门同厢房门之间的门向其五行须连续保持相生，才有吉相出现。  

  

    

  　　那么正房和厢房到底有什么区别呢?  

       

  　　正房一般多指的是四合院内，窗户朝南向的北方，这间房坐北朝南，阳光非常充足，所以采光也很好，而且透气性也极佳，冬暖夏凉是必须的。正房内居住的多为四合院中的长辈(或者是屋主)，而东西厢房会选给自己的孩子居住，一般孩子居住在东厢房，西厢房多作为客人房出现。

  　　1、选择吸音板最重要的原则是该款吸音板是否有权威的检测报告。目前国内最权威的墙体隔音检测报告单位包括清华大学和同济大学的建筑声学研究所。合格的吸音板应该出具有官方的检测报告，标明由该吸音板组成墙体的隔声效果。如果一种吸音板宣传其隔音性能如何好，但是却提供不了正式的检测报告，消费者一定要谨慎。  

       

  　　2、还要留意厂家销售的吸音板和检测时送检的样品是否是同一种产品。如果送检的样品与实际销售的样品是不同的产品，那么销售的产品很明显将达不到检测报告中标明的隔声值。从这一方面而言，消费者要注意辨别厂家的资质、信用和商誉，尽可能避免上当受骗。  

       

  　　3、吸音板的安装方法必须非常简单，否则也很难达到理想的隔音效果。一种墙体如果在实验室里检测能隔音X分贝，在实际工程中常常只能隔音X-2分贝，甚至隔音效果更低，因为实际工程中墙板的安装质量不如实验室里专业人士的安装质量，因此，吸音板安装必须简单，否则现场的安装人员肯定会出现失误，导致墙体隔声值达不到隔声目标。  

       

  　　4、吸音板是一种基于完全新型隔声原理的隔音材料，其显著提高的隔音效果不是通过增加重量和厚度来实现的，因此并不是板材越厚质量越重就是优质的吸音板，市场上不少劣质吸音板就是通过增加厚度重量，损失空间来提高吸音效果的，这是十分不可取的。  

       

  　　5、市场上有一些吸音板是在两块板之间安装橡胶层、减振材料或隔音毡等做成的，采用这种方法，在短期里可以在一定程度上提高隔音效果，但是其隔音效果会随着时间而逐渐降低，因此在选择吸音板是也要注意看吸音的效果能保持多长时间。

  　　吸音板的铺设，关键是板的固定，根据龙骨的断面、吸音板边的处理及板材的类型，常分为三种固定方式。普通吸音板安装通常都以采用螺钉固定安装法。  

       

  　　1、吸音板(包括基层板和饰面板)用螺钉固定在龙骨上。金属龙骨大多采用自攻螺钉，木龙骨采用木螺丝。  

       

  　　2、用胶粘剂将吸音板(指饰面板)粘到龙骨上。  

       

  　　3、将吸音板(指饰面板)加工成企口暗缝的形式，龙骨的两条肢插入暗缝内，不用针，也不用胶，靠两条肢将板担住。
