火烧板属于天然花岗石的一种加工工艺，主要是把天然花岗石锯成板材，对板材表面经过初次打磨，在对初磨面用火焰喷少，由于受热不均匀、膨胀成都不同，而使其脱落0.5-1毫米的表面层。这种火烧板加工工艺，暴露了花岗石材料的本色，具有粗狂、自然感强的特点。应用于人行道、公路、室内地板和墙上，有防滑作用，装饰效果也很不错。  

  

    

  　　火烧板的价格要根据火烧板的规格尺寸，以及火烧板的花色来定，一般的80多元一平米，还有3cm加厚的要100元左右，3mm的48元一平米，2mm的44元一平米。现在市面上质量好一点的一般都要200-300元左右一平米，质量好，价格也会相对比较贵;性价比不同价格也是相对比较不同的。还有产品的牌子也是相对比较重要的，主要还是得看自己的需要来进行选择。  

  

    

  　　许多人也把火烧板用于自己家中装饰，但是施工不当可是容易发生意外的。下面来了解一下火烧板施工工艺，具体操作如下：  

       

  　　(1)清理基层。把混凝土层表面的积灰和杂物等清理干净，如果有的部分凹凸不平，要把凸出的地方凿平，把凹进的地方补平。  

       

  　　(2)找平、弹线。按照设计图标高控制点内近因标高和平面轴线。对照垫层的每8米分隔缝一个开始铺贴。首先根据位置和高程在四个角各自铺一块基准石材，在这个基础上在南北两侧各铺一条基准石材。测量检查确认高程和位置无误之后，再大面积铺砌。  

       

  　　(3)试拼和试排。铺设之前对每块石材都按照方位、角度进行试拼。试拼后按两个方向进行编号排列，然后整齐排放。  

       

  　　(4)砂浆。板材的砂浆层为3cm，板材3cm厚。按水平线定出砂浆虚铺厚度，拉好十字线，就可以铺筑砂浆了。  

       

  　　(5)火烧板花岗石铺贴。铺贴之前要预先把花岗石除尘、浸湿并且阴干之后备用。板块试铺时，放在铺贴位置上的板块要对好纵横缝后，用预制锤吹到铺贴高度，是砂浆密实。板块试铺合格之后，翻开板块，检查砂浆结合层是否凭证、密实。铺装的时候虽是检查，如果发现有缝隙，要把板材掀起来用砂浆补实之后再继续铺设。  

       

  　　(6)灌缝、擦缝。铺砌完毕后，按照板材的颜色调试好砂浆灌到缝内，直到基本饱满为止，缝宽为2mm。粘附在石材板面上的浆液要随手用湿纱团擦干净。  

       

  　　(7)养护。灌浆擦缝完毕24小时候，进行喷水养护，不少于7天。

  　　1、选择吸音板最重要的原则是该款吸音板是否有权威的检测报告。目前国内最权威的墙体隔音检测报告单位包括清华大学和同济大学的建筑声学研究所。合格的吸音板应该出具有官方的检测报告，标明由该吸音板组成墙体的隔声效果。如果一种吸音板宣传其隔音性能如何好，但是却提供不了正式的检测报告，消费者一定要谨慎。  

       

  　　2、还要留意厂家销售的吸音板和检测时送检的样品是否是同一种产品。如果送检的样品与实际销售的样品是不同的产品，那么销售的产品很明显将达不到检测报告中标明的隔声值。从这一方面而言，消费者要注意辨别厂家的资质、信用和商誉，尽可能避免上当受骗。  

       

  　　3、吸音板的安装方法必须非常简单，否则也很难达到理想的隔音效果。一种墙体如果在实验室里检测能隔音X分贝，在实际工程中常常只能隔音X-2分贝，甚至隔音效果更低，因为实际工程中墙板的安装质量不如实验室里专业人士的安装质量，因此，吸音板安装必须简单，否则现场的安装人员肯定会出现失误，导致墙体隔声值达不到隔声目标。  

       

  　　4、吸音板是一种基于完全新型隔声原理的隔音材料，其显著提高的隔音效果不是通过增加重量和厚度来实现的，因此并不是板材越厚质量越重就是优质的吸音板，市场上不少劣质吸音板就是通过增加厚度重量，损失空间来提高吸音效果的，这是十分不可取的。  

       

  　　5、市场上有一些吸音板是在两块板之间安装橡胶层、减振材料或隔音毡等做成的，采用这种方法，在短期里可以在一定程度上提高隔音效果，但是其隔音效果会随着时间而逐渐降低，因此在选择吸音板是也要注意看吸音的效果能保持多长时间。

  　　2、用胶粘剂将吸音板(指饰面板)粘到龙骨上。  

       

  　　3、将吸音板(指饰面板)加工成企口暗缝的形式，龙骨的两条肢插入暗缝内，不用针，也不用胶，靠两条肢将板担住。
